Staff on front desk was absolutely lovely, was able to check us in early. Gym was good size, pool was busy as they also sell day passes I think but still plenty space. Room was clean along with the whole hotel. Only complaint was that breakfast was astronomical (£20pp) especially for Newcastle, I would recommend taking the short walk into town for breakfast instead

Gute Lage in der Nähe von Newcastle. Gute Bar ans Restaurant auf der Website. Zimmer war groß und sauber mit guter Dusche. Personal lieferte eine schnelle Eincheckung. Barpreise und Lebensmittelpreise wir vernünftig

Extremely busy hotel with coach loads of people arriving. These tend to be mini breaks for the elderly. Waiting to get served or order food at the bar on an evening is terrible due to the unmanageable influx of people.
Sat and eat my evening meal on a sofa as that was all that was available due to people sat at tables that weren’t even dining (these people were waiting to be called into a function room to eat their meal as a collective).
Parking is expensive, both in the council run car park and indeed the hotels one. This hotel is on the quayside but to be clear…….. the opposite side of the river to the busy quay. With this in mind I can’t quite understand the expensive parking and expensive food and drink prices.
The hotel rooms are really clean, very modern and extremely comfortable. The hotel itself is amazing, my only criticism was the hotel was seriously under staffed and bar food and drinks expensive for what they were.

Zimmergröße war groß, das Bett war komfortabel. Nur die Frage war ein rotes Heißrohr durch das Zimmer, das nicht ausschaltbar war und das Wetter war sehr warm. Will wieder bleiben.

Die Lage des Hotels ist für die Autofahrung noch bequem, aber für die nicht-autofahrenden Eintrittspersonen sollte es nicht bequem sein. Darüber hinaus muss das Auto auf dem anderen Feld fahren und es gibt viele Autos, die dort stehen.
Das Zimmer ist insgesamt sauber, aber die Schlafzimmerwand ist etwas näher, aber da es im Grunde nicht in Kontakt kommt, fühlt es sich gut an.

Ich habe dieses Hotel zweimal per Unfall reserviert, weil der Trip.com Schlüsselknopf nicht funktionierte. Sie waren sehr brutal und erniedrigend, als sie mir erklärten, dass ich zurück zum Dritte-Agent gehen musste. Die letzte sagte mir dann, ich gehe zurück zum Hotel und ich ging von einer Seite zum anderen. Es war nur ein Unfall, ich weiß nicht, warum sie so insistieren, mich nicht zurückzuzahlen.

Eet10Wir sind gut im Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist super sauber. Sie bieten auch kostenlose Waschraum-Verwendung. Aber Waschsappen können Sie im Rechner kaufen. Bfast wurde enthalten ....gut gut verbreitet, aber, die gleichen Lebensmittel täglich.
Das Hotel ist spotless, n erlaubt Haustiere.

GGastnutzerWe checked in and checked straight back out again after going into the room. The room was tiny definitely not suitable for more than 1 person. The ”double” bed was pushed right up against a wall and wasn't much bigger than a single bed. Room was dusty all over. The bathroom was bigger than the actual room although you couldn't actually sit on the toilet properly as the sink cabinet was right next to the toilet. The room stank of food as I'm guessing was above the kitchen as the big fans were next to the window. Couldn't open the window as the smell of food was then even worse so the room stank like burger grease. Room was really hot as the radiator was turned on however couldn't turn it off and opening the window wasn't an option either. Reception area is really nicely presented but definitely not a reflection on the rooms which are poor to say the least. Ended up booking into a second hotel round the corner which is amazing complete opposite end of the scale in comparison to the first. Unfortunately meant we've ended up paying for 2 hotels just for 1 night but lesson learnt.

FFranfromivegillKann nicht besser die Lage!!!! Trolley drücken aus den Türen und ins Hotel (oder umgekehrt). Keine Sorge um Taxi oder Transfer. Restaurant OK, aber leiden von der gleichen Krankheit von so vielen.... Blinking schrecklicher Kaffee!!!! Auch diese schrecklichen Mugs .... Ich habe schon gesagt..... Ich habe mich geholt, um meinen eigenen anständigen Kuchen zu trinken.
Ich habe letztes Mal in der Bar gegessen - ähnliche Menü ( gleiche Preise) aber keine Reservierung eines Tischs erforderlich. Ich musste nur mit TV mit konstantem Lärm oder Sport platzieren...
Sie lassen mich meine Gepäckstücke verlassen, während ich aussteige oder ein Mietwagen hole.... ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Ich habe immer meine erste Wahl.

MMichelle ElliottEinen Abend - Bankurlaub Sonntag in einem Club Doppelzimmer mit vollen englischen Frühstücksbuffet und einem Trinkgutschein. Wir blieben in Zimmer 511, das etwas geräumiger erscheint als andere Zimmer dieser Art, aber nur teilweise gesehen, weil am Ende des Korridors. Bei der Buchung hatten wir gebeten, zusätzliche Pfeile für das Bett zu haben und das wurde für unsere Ankunft gemacht. Ein sehr guter Übernachtung in einem Hotel gelegen in der einfachen Spazierweite von Bars und Restaurants auf der Queibenseite. Wir werden ein zurückkehrender Gast sein.

AAlessandraBest bed ever! Very comfortable linens, mattress and pillows! Towels were a bit old but very clean!
The swimming pool is just good… kind of cold but a little warm, but not enough! So it is not comfortable being on the jacuzzi at all… and every 5/7 minutes, have to get out of the water to restart the engine…
Saunas and spa were really good!
Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties that we don’t see often in hotel in the UK. Fruits, cold cuts, cheeses, breads and all the hot british breakfast dishes.
