The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring sights of Harrogate everything very nearby! From checking in and our room available early with welcome cookies which were warm and amazing to checkout the staff could not be more helpful! The room was on the third floor clean, tidy and well presented. The gym and spa facilities were all good and nice to use and relax especially on a Sunday evening! The breakfast was buffet with a selection of hot and cold options the parcel machine was my favourite fresh pancakes which were delicious! This hotel is huge but it's well maintained clean tidy and such an enjoyable experience for our anniversary!

Schön gepflegt Zimmer mit WiFi auch, was ein Bonus war und hatte 3 schöne Nächte dort und alle Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren sehr nett und freundlich und sehr hilfreich für mich auch, was mich am meisten beeindruckt

Conveniently located for the shops and convention centre. The room was pretty basic, but was clean and was all I required. Staff were friendly and helpful, I was able to store my luggage an hour before check in, and again after checking out, so I could have a walk around before getting my train.

Overnight stay in Harrogate, hotel in a great location within easy walking distance of the town centre for shopping, dining etc. We opted of a king room which was very spacious with a huge bed. Breakfast had a great selection of food to choose from and the full English was excellent. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

An excellent 'home from home' stay and a great location. It's a short walk to the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway. A warm friendly welcome on arrival and we were shown immediately to our room. Our room (No6) has a great view and is spacious and bright. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Tea & Coffee making facilities along with biscuits were appreciated. The ensuite bathroom was spacious too and had complimentary toiletries. The breakfast was lovely, so many choices to pick and the portions were generous. A great place to stay!!

Was quite nice hotel / about 20 mins walk from station / nice clean room and towels and included breakfast - had fridge and tea and coffee but no water or even a biscuit which was a bit mean for 160 a night

Expected more if I'm honest from the room, for what I paid. Convenient location Sweet and helpful staff Nice views Fairly quiet Booked a queen bed and got a double 😌 Breakfast options looked sorry for themselves, miniature pastries, tired fruit.. No fridge No Decaf drink options in room No coffee machine A unesecarily big TV, spend the money on some useful amenities like above mentioned- 4k monitor makes standard quality usual broadcasting look worse. Also no streaming apps available, and screen casting wouldn't work. AC temperature restricted to lowest 19°C, which wasn't really cool enough.

Me and partner stayed at the milner for one evening, The hotel inside is lovely and very clean The staff are very helpful and polite. The room we stayed in was in the sidings and although not in the main part of the hotel it was quite nice for our short stay and the corridor from the main hotel to the sidings is very helpful and protects you from the weather especially in the colder months. We will definitely stay again and hopefully get to stay in the main hotel building next time round.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, sauber und geräumig. Einzig störend waren die Geräusche des Aufzuges, von dem ich 2 Zimmer entfernt war. Nachts zum Glück so gut wie keine Aufzugfahrten. Frühstück war durchschnittlich, auch die Bar, Restaurant habe ich nicht besucht.

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage. Das alte Gebäude wurde in hervorragender Lage gehalten. Wir haben uns für den Aufenthalt im Doppelzimmer-Althall entschieden. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, mit Sitzbereich. Auch eine Kaffeemaschine war verfügbar. Kühl trinken im Kühlschrank. Das Frühstück war lecker, individuell gekocht, mit einer breiten Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Würde dieses Hotel definitiv empfehlen
