Wir warten eine gute 15-20 Minuten bei der Tür anrufen, aber keine Antwort, ein Gast ließ uns in die Rezeption warten, bevor jemand kam. Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft heiß, so dass wir den Radiator abdrehen und die Fenster öffnen. Die Reinigung war nicht groß und wir fanden Rezepte im Draht, das Bett war zwei Einzelpersonen zusammen gedrückt und Sie könnten die Lücke fühlen! Die Dusche ist nur ok nicht leistungsfähig und die En-suite ist datiert und klein, kein zusätzliches Toilettenpapier und nicht einmal eine halbe Rolle auf dem Rollen, die übrig war! Frühstückszeit warten wir etwa 10-15 Minuten, bevor wir unsere Bestellung beantragt haben und die Auswahl war nicht großartig!

Ausgezeichneter Service, gutes Essen und saubere Hygienezimmer und Toiletten

We booked a 1 night stay for New Years Eve and were very happy with everything. The room with a view was lovely . Warm & with tea coffee facilities & a comfy bed. The staff were all very friendly & accommodating and breakfast was plentiful in a lovely dining area with fab views. My only small grumbles would be that the furniture in the room needs an upgrade and there was a £10 charge for the car park .

Alles in allem war so ein erstaunliches Wochenende Das einzige, was in dem Zimmer ein Kühlschrank brauchte, sonst war alles völlig gut.

Die Lage ist gut für die Südwestküste. Zimmer komfortabel, aber die Qualität des Services, Essen und Trinken war hervorragend. Insbesondere Frühstücksmenü und Abendessen hatten eine breite Palette von lokalen Lebensmitteln, die über unsere Erwartungen hinaus gekocht und zubereitet wurden. Wein und Bier waren ebenso beeindruckend. Wir haben ein bisschen in Norddevon reisen und das ist ein Gestein eines Ortes.

The hotel bed and environment was ideal for a good sleep.

We found our stay at this hotel very convenient. It was just off the M5 motorway and it was like a separate apartment where we could park right outside our hotel room which was all ground level., The room was clean and tidy had a TV and comfortable beds with extra pillows and the heating., They had extra toilets in the foyer and the breakfast included was really top-notch for the price.

Booed through trip.com. Hat einen Fehler bei meiner Buchung gemacht und ein Zimmer gebootet, das behinderten Zugang erforderte. Dies wurde von einer sehr hilfsbereiten jungen Dame namens Laura (Ich denke?) Sie hat unsere Buchung geändert und uns sehr dankbar ein Meerblickzimmer gegeben! Wir hatten in Paignton die vorige Nacht im Travelodge auf der Straße geblieben, da es ein bisschen günstiger war. Wenn/wenn wir wieder kommen, habe ich keinerlei Zweifel, die Extra zu zahlen und hier wieder zu bleiben. Bitte danke uns der wundervolle Laura! 👍 Herr & Frau Joyce

The hotel and area was fantastic, however, service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking. We took a long weekend break and were excited to try the beach club, however our experience was dampened by the service. Being made to stand around for 5 minutes, whilst being told we hadn't paid (when we had) was unnecessary and frankly embarrassing. The restaurant was the most disappointing part of the stay. I'm the evening service was slow, followed by having our order wrong twice and also dropped. Breakfast at the restaurant was lacking compared to cheaper hotels that offer continental. Small selection , nothing outstanding. When we ordered a cooked breakfast, it took 30-40 minutes to receive some eggs and pancakes although the restaurant was fairly quiet. However, the room, facilities, and the spa were fantastic. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The beach club outside was gorgeous. The spa was perfect and treatments were, to quote my partner, 'one of the best massages of my life'. We're unsure if we would come back. Although the facilities were great, the service was mostly subpar and not what we'd expect from a harbour hotel.

Ausgezeichneter Service vom wunderschönen Gentleman an der Rezeption. Er war willkommen und informativ. Zimmer war sauber mit allem, was wir brauchten und gut serviert. Wir hatten einen Cocktail in der Bar, bevor wir zum Bett gingen und es war perfekt! Wäre sicher wieder aufhalten 😄
