This configuration is suitable for short stays, particularly for travellers visiting Mont Saint‑Michel. Breakfast offered a complete basic selection, including bread, eggs, tea, coffee, yogurt, and fruit. Scrambled eggs were refilled regularly, which ensured availability. A fly was observed on the cheese, suggesting that additional attention to food‑area hygiene could further improve the experience. The taxi service recommended by the hotel performed at a high standard. The driver consistently arrived within minutes, communicated clearly in English, and was reachable via WhatsApp. Assistance with luggage and door service was provided, and pricing was reasonable for the level of service. On that cold and dark winter evebing, we were gracefully helped by phone by the reception lady in order to reach the hotel located within the pedestrian corner of the city. A beautiful Maison de Maître serves as the Edgar hôtel. Check-in was swift and pleasant, and we had access to an elevator for our humougous suitcases. We entered a beautifully-decorated and warm bedroom, and were nicely advised by our receptionist on which restaurant would be open for dinner (winter Sunday night). Had a resting sleep and a tasty breakfast. Only good things to say, basically. I want to emphasize here that we had a wheel chair accessible bedroom on the 1st floor (the hotel has 3), which I found interesting. The bathroom was all planned for wheel chair access. In case anyone here needs this type of facility, you can book Edgar hotel!

I booked a room with a terrace, hoping for a beautiful sea view, but I was assigned to the ground floor, so I couldn't see much. I understand that room availability is limited. The facilities in the room are not very clean, and this four-star hotel seems to require a lot of self-discipline from guests; cleanliness is something that guests need to manage themselves. Since I usually do a preliminary clean when I check into a hotel, I found that the wet wipes I used to clean the freezer turned brownish in colour, making me completely hesitant to use the freezer. The living room is spacious, but the shower room is very narrow, although the kitchenette is well-equipped. Overall, it doesn't feel like a four-star hotel.

Good, clean place with easy access to a shopping centre. Check in was simple and the man on the front desk was extremely helpful A short drive to all the attractions we wanted to visit and a great breakfast served in the morning. Der Pool und die Einrichtungen waren nicht mit unserer Buchung verfügbar, das war nicht klar und enttäuscht, wir konnten den Pool nicht verwenden, es sei denn, als eine Person aus der Straße bezahlt. Wir haben nicht bezahlt und Zeit am Strand verbrachte stattdessen. Das Frühstück wurde für getrennt bezahlt, eine gute Auswahl an Lebensmitteln und einen guten Kaffee. Das Frühstückszimmer hatte einen erstaunlichen Blick auf die Doureneze Bay mit einem Segelboot-Rennen für Unterhaltung. Das Hotel ist im ***-Block von der Poststelle nur ein wenig zu wünschen, bezahlt die Extras und bleibt im Haupthotel****.

The Original City, Are Hôtel in Landerneau is an eco-friendly hotel, which means there is no air conditioning. The rooms are on the smaller side and the facilities are quite basic, but overall adequate for a short stay. On the positive side, the free jacuzzi and sauna session was a very enjoyable surprise and a nice way to relax. Service was good throughout, and the receptionist in particular was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a simple hotel with basic comfort, made better by the wellness facilities and pleasant service.
