Das Hotel Harbour alle Wünsche erfüllt, vor dem Hotel ist die Bus Haltestelle und mit Bus 7 kam ich sofort zum Tempel .

Diese Erfahrung hat mich wirklich überrascht und mir das Gefühl gegeben, in Wenzhou voller Erfahrungen zu sein. Ich denke wirklich, dass es das beste erschwingliche Hotel ist, in dem ich je übernachtet habe, und das Erlebnis ist sogar besser als das eines großen Hotels. Service: Der Hotelservice ist besonders gut und der Kellner an der Rezeption hat eine sehr gute Einstellung! Alle meine Wünsche wurden erfüllt und die Antwort erfolgte sehr schnell. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und es gab einen kostenlosen Wäscheservice. Abends schickte ich meine Kleidung und hängte sie morgens an die Tür. Außerdem gibt es viele Snacks und Getränke und täglich Obst. In der Hotellobby gibt es geröstete Süßkartoffeln und andere Snacks und beim Auschecken bekam ich ein kleines Geschenk. ❤️ Sauberkeit: Das Zimmer war wirklich sauber für drei Nächte und es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, als ich zurückkam. Das Badezimmer bietet auch viele Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs, von denen viele wegwerfbar sind, sodass Sie sich keine Sorgen über Unhygiene machen müssen. Standort: Beste Lage. Um ehrlich zu sein, wenn Sie von außerhalb der Stadt kommen, machen Sie sich keine Sorgen, dass die Wuma Street keinen Spaß macht. Nachdem Sie ein paar Tage in Wenzhou verbracht haben, denke ich wirklich, dass all das leckere Essen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in diesem Bereich versammelt. Und wenn ich das Fenster in meinem Zimmer öffne, kann ich die Straße sehen und das Feuerwerk von Wenzhou spüren. Das Zimmer ist gut schallisoliert und trotz der Straße draußen ist es überhaupt nicht laut. Das Einzige, was laut ist, ist, dass man es immer noch hört, wenn jemand auf dem Flur ein lautes Geräusch macht. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlen, wenn ich jetzt in andere Städte reise, übernachte ich eher im Wenwen Hotel, hahaha

Das Hotel liegt am Taihu-See, mit einer guten Umgebung und einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Die verschiedenen Marmordekorationen im Hotel sind unglaublich! Das Frühstück ist eine reichhaltige Kombination aus Chinesisch und Westlich. Der Check-in-Service war gut und der Zimmerservice war gut. Zu verbessern: 1. Das Abendessen endet um 21:00 Uhr und das Licht wird um 20:55 Uhr ausgeschaltet. Zimmerreservierungen enden um 21:30 Uhr und die Auswahl ist sehr begrenzt. Als internationales Markenhotel unter Sheraton sollten die Catering-Servicezeiten länger sein. 2. Da das Hotel vor 12 Jahren gebaut wurde, sind die Schalter nach dem Betreten der Tür und dem Betreten des Zimmers relativ alt. Es gibt viele Schalter und die Schilder sind klein und nicht Offensichtlich ist es sehr unpraktisch und muss aktualisiert werden.

Das Hotel gehört dem Management von Wuzhen West. Checken Sie am zentralen Schalter in der Nähe des Ticketschalters ein. Hier ist die Eintrittskarte in das Touristengebiet um 70 Yuan ermäßigt, es gibt einen Shuttlebus und das Gepäck wird aufs Zimmer gebracht. Das Frühstück kann im Hotel eingenommen werden oder man erhält eine Eintrittskarte für den freien Markt zum Essen und Trinken für 30 Yuan/Person. Als ich im Hotel ankam, wurde mir eine Schüssel heißer Tee angeboten. Das Personal war begeistert, konnte jedoch kein Englisch und konnte sich daher nur mit Google Translate verständigen. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich, sauber und komfortabel, aber die Schalldämmung ist nicht gut

I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Hangzhou and it truly exceeded my expectations. The facilities are modern, very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious, well-lit and quiet, allowing me to rest perfectly. The staff were extremely kind and helpful at all times. In addition, the hotel provides a complimentary laundry service, which was a great benefit during my stay. The location is very convenient for exploring the city. Definitely an excellent choice to stay in Hangzhou. Highly recommended!

Das Aufenthaltserlebnis ist sehr gut, die Lage ist auch gut, es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Westsees und ist sehr praktisch, empfehlenswert!

Komfortables Hotel in hervorragender Lage. Da der Hotelname aus dem Chinesischen übersetzt wurde, dauerte es einen Moment, bis wir das richtige Hotel gefunden hatten. Auf dem Schild steht „Color Story“ (nicht „Painting House Hotel“). Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Im Flur stehen den Gästen eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Verfügung.

This are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach. 

Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung, das Hotel liegt auch in der Nähe der Trade City, das Hotelpersonal ist sehr enthusiastisch und verantwortungsbewusst und reagiert zeitnah auf Nachrichten. Das Frühstück umfasst sowohl chinesische als auch westliche Speisen sowie frisch gekochte Nudeln und Wontons, frisch gebratene Eier und Fladenbrot sowie frisches Obst.

Volle Punktzahl! Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertungen, aber wenn ich es tue, dann weil sie absolut ausgezeichnet sind. Erstens ist die Lage am Flughafen unschlagbar und der Raucherbereich im Supermarkt unten ist super praktisch. Zweitens sind die Schallisolierung und die Sauberkeit tadellos. Man kann morgens den Sonnenaufgang beobachten (siehe Bild). Ein besonderes Lob geht an die aufmerksame Dame an der Rezeption, Zhao Sisi. Ich hatte um 4:30 Uhr einen Wecker, so früh, dass ich Angst hatte, ihn zu vergessen, also stellte ich meinen Wecker. Aber! Überraschenderweise kam der Wecker pünktlich um 4:29 Uhr, und um 16:35 Uhr kam ein Mitarbeiter, um zu sehen, ob ich wach war. Der Service war tadellos. Ausgezeichnet! Bitte geben Sie Zhao Sisi eine Beförderung und eine Gehaltserhöhung. Übrigens, das Abendbuffet war köstlich, die Willkommenskarte und das Obst auf dem Zimmer waren fantastisch, und sie hat sich sogar an meine Lieblingslimonade erinnert. Volle Punktzahl! Ich werde nie wieder in einem anderen Hotel in Hangzhou übernachten.
