Upon arrival in cerro catedral. Met by Samuel who was very warm and friendly. He and the morning receptionist (i’m sorry you were amazing i just forgot your name). They gave advice and offered options as my ski plans did not go as intended. Regardless this place has an incredible walking distance to Cerro Catedral base. That’s the compliments i can give. This was the most expensive accommodation of my whole trip. I knew it was a simple ski lodge but upon arrival i told Samuel about my flight troubles and asked him what’s to order in room service. Was just the one option grilled chicken and your choice of side. Okay food arrived hot and well. Good portions but all the sauce packets given (at least 5 mustard and 5 ketchup) they were all expired as i opened the mustard to discover a thick foul smelling sludge. I was tired hungry and out of options i just ate the food without condiments. Breakfast was as expected from Samuel’s description and had no issues but arriving at 9am for there to be scraps of eggs left. The ham looked very heavily processed with some clear rubber looking (it’s to be assumed as the fat) bits hanging off. Look maybe i’m being picky but for the money spent i’ve had far value for dollar in my years of travel. Regardless, the noise you can hear in the rooms, from the lift, to foot steps, to neighbouring rooms. Hard to sleep especially with an early snow day tomorrow. The room overall very ancient, pillows flat, the balcony light switch nowhere to be found. The outlets sparked everytime i’d try to insert something inside. TV too old for me to figure out how to use, Thank you Samuel for assisting me in figuring things out. Regardless besides my abundance of complaints. I enjoyed my time having a location with a view of the mountains. Sheets and towels changed daily. Would’ve liked liquid soap but oh well. Last thing is that the hot water was amazing and would last long enough for my shower. Greatly appreciated

Alles war sehr gut außer, dass sie 16 US Dollar pro Tag und Person zusätzliche pro Tag und Person für die Nutzung der Hotel Attraktionen unabhängig davon, ob Sie sie nutzen oder nicht und bleiben Sie immer in Ihrem Zimmer ist es obligatorisch für alle . Diese zusätzliche Gebühr ist nicht an irgendwo in der App zugewiesen und auch nicht erwähnt, wenn Sie sich anmelden .. Sie nehmen eine Garantiezahlung, wenn Sie sich anmelden, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie die Gebühr zahlen. Es ist eine völlig versteckte Gebühr . Ich buche oft Hotel mit App und nie hatte solche zusätzliche Gebühr .. Warum sie nicht einfach dort ganz Preis für ein Zimmer nicht transparent wie alle Hotelpreise tun es.. Es ist wie sagen, die Kosten von 100 Dollar von der Air you Herath müssen Sie extra zahlen .. Extrem unfair und ich hatte eine lange Diskussion, als ich checkte in .. schließlich zahlen sie zurück diese Rip Off Gebühren ...!!

Not sure why this hotel gets so highly rated. It was noisy. I had room 502, a large room on the 5th floor, facing Guemes Street (I think..). It had a large king bed, a kitchenette and a balcony.  I found it was a bit tired.  The wall that leads out onto the balcony is all floor to ceiling glass and has sliding doors.  I don't think that it was double glazed, the seals were non-existent and let in every bit of noise from the busy street below as well as the noisy air conditioner compressor on the balcony. There were no seals on the hallway door and no soft close.  I definitely won't be staying again.

Das war so ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Das Personal - und speziell Gonzalo - waren so unglaublich hilfreich. Von der Anordnung von Flughafentransfer zu/von, zu geben mir Empfehlungen an Orten, um lokal zu sehen, und nur im Allgemeinen unglaublich hilfreich. Der Raum selbst hat einen schönen Blick über einen See mit Andenbächen in Sicht. Das Zimmer war charmant und sauber - mit heißen Böden!!! Die Lage ist vom Zentrum von Bariloche entfernt, so dass es viel ruhiger war, was ich liebe. Auch direkt neben einem wunderbaren Park zu wandeln und die Wasserfälle zu sehen. Sie brauchen kein Auto, aber ich würde wahrscheinlich eine empfehlen.

Die Lage ist großartig. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber einfach. Zimmer ist bequem. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett reserviert, aber wir bekamen tatsächlich 2 Einzelbetten, aber zusammen. Wir haben ein Zimmer im 5. Stock bekommen, aber der Aufzug im 5. Stock funktioniert nicht, also müssen wir den Aufzug in den 4. Stock und dann die Treppe nehmen, das ist sehr ärgerlich und es wird von einem Hotel erwartet, dieses Zeug zu reparieren oder? informieren Sie die Leute im Voraus. Uns wurde gesagt, dass es Parkplätze gibt, und zwar einen, aber wegen eines Festivals am Wochenende ist nicht genug Platz, so dass sich alle Autos gegenseitig blockieren und wir die Autoschlüssel an der Rezeption abgeben müssen, damit sie das bewegen können? Autos, trotz dieses Platzmangels sagte mir die Rezeptionistin, dass das Hotel Parkplätze an andere Personen vermietet, die keine Gäste sind zusätzliches Geld verdienen.

Reception asked us to make the check in ourselves with a link they provided which wasn’t working. After 30 mins trying without success they said it was ok and they could do it 🤨🤨 Plus they gave us a room and then changed us to a different one with 3 small beds (when we asked for a double and a single)

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des zentralen Platzes. Sehr bequem. Sie bieten heißes und kaltes Wasser Alltag. Alles ist grundlegend, aber erfüllt meine Bedürfnisse. Dusche Wasser ist gut. Frühstück ist typisch für das argentinische Hotel kontinental Menü, begrenzte Optionen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfreich .

It was a great stay, receptionists were amazing with advice, reccomendations and all. But wasn’t the cleanest, lacking amenities. Expected a towel or toothbrush you won’t get here. Very minimal selection for breakfast

We liked this hotel, the team were friendly and the eoom was nice. The restaurant and bar were good as was breakfast. The view was amazibg. The only problem was the noise from the traffic in the steet below

En pleno centro, a pocos metros del hermosísimo lago, restaurantes, Centro Cívico, buen desayuno, limpio, habitación y baño espaciosos, la cama un poco dura pues la habían comprado recientemente (a algunos les gusta así) , en general un buen hotel que tendremos en cuenta si regresamos algún día al bello Bariloche, la atención muy buena, gracias Pablito, un abrazo desde Guayaquil , Ecuador
