Ruhig und sehr sauber. Die Frühstücksbar war nur genug, um Sie aufzuholen und für den Tag zu beginnen. Wir beschlossen, für eine zusätzliche Nacht zu bleiben, so dass wir mehr Zeit in Gatlinburg. Alles war ein komfortables Aufenthalt.

Zimmer und Hotel war sehr schön gepflegt und sauber. Nur die Frage war, dass der Kühlschrank in unserem Zimmer gebrochen war. Kontaktiert das Frontbüro und sie uns sofort in ein anderes Zimmer verteilt. Frühstück war gut! Ich empfehle dieses Hotel an Familie und Freunde. 

So I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

Das Hotel war großartig, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Sehr bekannt über das Gebiet, obwohl unser Besuch zu einer Komödie Show ging, suchen wir auch dort zu bewegen und das Front Desk Personal hat uns da rausgeholfen, indem wir einige große Informationen über das Gebiet erhalten. Wir werden sicher wieder dort bleiben.

Room was clean didn’t have much of a breakfast

The hotel is in a great location and that’s the best thing I can say. The breakfast if they have a lot of people coming is good with biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs but if there’s not many people booked, it’s just scrambled eggs and half cooked sausage. The one thing if you have a pet, they’re gonna stick you in one of the old rooms that the floor hasn’t been mopped in ages. They made dust mop it, but if you drop some water and wipe it up, the rag is black and the bed was very uncomfortable. Young man at the desk was very nice and he actually helped me a lot and he said they did have a lot of new mattresses, but unfortunately our room wasn’t one of them.

Quick off the highway. Decently clean. Quiet. Breakfast is literally just coffee, bananas, and honey buns, nothing else. Very convenient stay for interstate travel.
