Our condo is a beautifully appointed, fully furnished, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It is ideal for a couple or solo traveler staying for a weekend or a long term stay in Puerto Vallarta.The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to a step out balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and custom designed with modern appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher), granite counter tops, and breakfast bar with seating for four. A washer/dryer is included in the unit.The kitchen and living room have an open floor plan with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors (with remote control shades) that open to a wraparound balcony with lounge furniture and seating for guests. Condo is on the second floor and overlooks Lazaro Cardenas park. Living room has a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and individual A/C unit.Condo is located at The Park building, a boutique residential building with modern amenities in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's "Romantic Zone". The building is one block from Los Muertos Beach and surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries, gay clubs and the famous "Malecon" (PV's oceanfront boardwalk). It is across the street from the beachfront Lazaro Cardenas public park. The building has 24/7 security, a staffed front desk, a fitness center and rooftop terrace (7th floor) with amazing ocean, city and mountain views. The terrace has an infinity edge saltwater swimming pool, lounge furniture, outdoor gas grill, restrooms and a small kitchenette. Rental includes utilities (WiFi, water, cable, building HOA, electricity*) and convenient amenities including, in-room safe box, hangers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Bathroom/pool towels, linens are supplied as well as a welcome supply of toilet paper, soap, paper towels and cleaning supplies.Rentals for 7+ days include once a week housekeeping service.We will be happy to stock the refrigerator with your favorite snacks, food, and drinks prior to your arrival. Additional cleaning may be arranged (at your expense) with the concierge for 250 pesos per visit.• We try to leave adequate paper products and cleaning supplies for your convenience but if they run out, you are responsible for providing your own. You may use whatever condiments and spices that are available in the kitchen.• There are two beach towels available for your use outside the condo and at least four sets of bath towels for use inside. Please do not take bath towels to the pool or beach.• Our homeowner’s association requires that no breakable containers be used by the pool (non-breakable beverage containers are provided) and that no clothes or towels be hung from the windows or railings. • Lost keys mean the locks must be replaced at your expense. Please contact the concierge if keys are lost for a replacement.• Please minimize your use of the A/C, not leaving it on when you leave, or operating it with doors and windows open.Hold HarmlessThe property owners will be held harmless for any problems, injuries, loss or damage to the property or to any persons occupying the rental property. Problems relating to construction and construction noises are not controllable by the property owners and we will in no way be held responsible.Number of GuestsThe number of guests shown at the end of the agreement is the maximum allowed to occupy the rental property. We will ship items back at the owner's expense. At the end of thirty (30) days any item not claimed will be donated to a local charity or discarded.General Rules and PoliciesFor security reasons and to ensure better coexistence with other owners and guests, we inform you of the following regulations that you and your companion must meet while staying within the facility. You agree to comply fully and failure to do so will result in the staff of these condos that you leave the facilities without refund.• Smoking is not permitted inside or outside this unit. A smoking fee of $200.00 USD will be charged for violation of this policy.• The use or sale of any drug is prohibited.• No loud music or noise at any time of day within the property or communal areas is allowed.• The renters are not allowed to receive visitors or guests.
