The staff is amazing ❤️, the hotel is very clean and as well, the location is absolutely convenient, no need for uber to the airport, just 10 minutes walk inside the airport, however , there were no sleepers😩😩had to wear my sneakers after leaving a shower 🤣🤣 … no bottled water to drink as well😩was so thirsty at night… but i will definitely come back again ,it’s a beautiful hotel and safe as well.. I give it an 8/10 …. I highly recommend

A great hotel for one night, 5-10 minutes from the airport. + The main advantages are the free shuttles to and from the airport every hour. +The inclusion of breakfast. + The hotel grounds are lovely, with plenty of seating in the courtyard. + There's also a restaurant where you can order lunch or dinner. + The room is basic, with tea and coffee available. Cons: – We didn't get our breakfast, even though we arrived at the appointed time. We waited 25 minutes for breakfast to be brought out for guests in other rooms who were traveling to the airport later than us. Ultimately, we were given packed lunches. – We had a family room. Tthere's no door between the rooms, and the bathroom door is a folding door, which lets in all the noise and makes a lot of noise. – The bed was sagging on one side. – While taking a shower, the hot water went out for a couple of minutes, but then it came back on.

Perfect layover hotel, so close to terminal A, only about 8 minutes in the free shuttle they provided the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Dinner was really good, especially the springbok carpaccio! I’d recommend it to anyone needing to be near the airport.

Die Kontrolle im Prozess war sehr einfach und einfach. Der Empfangsmann, der uns unterstützte, war sehr hilfreich und wissensvoll! Ein Gentleman von Mzwandile half uns mit unserem Gepäck und er war professionell und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Wir schliefen wirklich gut, und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, viele Optionen und es war frisch. Wir würden sicher wieder buchen.

Meine Erfahrung war nicht die beste. Zuerst habe ich ein Queensize-Zimmer gebucht. Ich checkte ein, ging ins Zimmer und jemand anderes übernachtete in genau demselben Zimmer. Ich bekam eine neue Karte für ein neues Zimmer, aber die Schlüsselkarte funktionierte nicht. Ich ging zurück zur Rezeption, sie sagten, es gäbe ein Problem und die Wartung versuche, es zu beheben. Sie sagten, es seien keine Zimmer verfügbar. Ich kann nur zwei Einzelbetten bekommen, also sagte ich ihm, dass ich für ein Queensize-Zimmer bezahlt hätte. Sie müssen sich etwas ausdenken... Schließlich kamen sie nach einer Weile zu mir zurück, gaben mir eine Zimmerkarte, gingen ins Zimmer und sie schoben buchstäblich einfach die beiden Betten zusammen, nahmen den Nachttisch heraus und wir mussten so schlafen. Es gab keinen Wasserkocher, um Kaffee zu machen und das Zimmer stank.

Если берёте номер с завтраком и ужином, то будьте внимательны, ужин на номер 800 ZAR, завтрак на номер 450 ZAR. Если возьмёте больше этой стоимости, то Вам придется доплатить! Wi-Fi работает хорошо, без проблем.В номере нам не хватало только тапочек.

It was great to stay! Very comfortable, clean and spacious than I expected. Especially, the breakfast was amazing. Had many options to take than I thought. Hot and cold foods and different kinds of cheese, breads, jams and even smoked salmon sashimi! Also, they have upgraded my room into king bed room. The room was clean and big enough. Amenities were soap, body lotion and 3 in 1 bodywash(+shampoo and conditioner). If you want to stay quiet room, I would recommend the 1st floor. The parking in the basement made me feel more safe. Definitely I'll recommend to others and will come back!

I enjoyed the whole experience, the hotel is located in a quiet and safe area so i felt safe the whole time. loved the facilities as for the food was always eating out at nearby restaurants. I will definitely visit again because I enjoyed and had a wonderful time at the hotel.
