Mein Mann und ich hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir genossen es wirklich dort. Sehr nett Personal und sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Betten und Kissen sind so komfortabel. Wir werden bald wieder zurückgehen.

Das Hotel ist großartig, 5 Sterne in allen Kategorien. Wir brauchten ein Haustierfreundliches Hotel und das war nur das. Das Front Desk ermöglichte eine frühe Eincheckung, als wir früh von unserer Straßenreise angekommen und uns in ein Zimmer auf einem niedrigeren Niveau gesetzt, um es angenehm zu machen, unsere Senioren Fellball draußen zu nehmen. Der ganze Tag war frisch Kaffee großartig und die heißen Frühstücksbuffets waren jeden Tag fantastisch. Wir werden sicherlich noch einmal dort bleiben, wenn wir in Morgantown sind.

Das ist das sauberste, schönste, komfortabelste Hotel, das ich seit Jahren gehabt habe! Kudos an das Personal! Das Haushalt und das Essen sind inbegriffen. Bestes Hotel in Charleston.

Mein Mann war dort für eine Krebsoperation. Er ist ein behinderter Veteran und Amputier. Das Personal war sehr bequem, hilfsbereit, freundlich und freundlich. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr geräumig. Die kleine Küche war atemberaubend und sehr nützlich. Wir würden dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen. Wunderbarer Ort, um zu einem großen Preis zu bleiben.

The room was somewhat clean. The window curtains had stains. The shower was supposed to be handicap accessible but it was not. The shower has no room to stand and shower so you have to set on the built in seat to bathe. Wheelchairs can’t roll into this shower so you’d have to lift the person into the shower. The breakfast was decent. Boiled eggs, waffles, cereal, donuts, bagels, OJ, cranberry and apple juice, sausage gravy and biscuits.

We stayed there because other reviews mentioned very good cleanliness. However, the floors were filthy. A towel fell to the floor and it was covered in dust and gray instead of white afterward. It felt like walking on sand!

GGuest UserIn January I rented 2 rooms for this past weekend off of trip.com as a nonrefundable booking so I paid for rooms at time of booking and money was immediately charged to my account. Got to hotel for check in, Sherri(sorry if spelling wrong) asked if I wanted to use card on file and I explained I already paid. She said it was a hold for Incidentals so I said ok. She said the computer wouldn't let her use that credit card so I scanned a different one. I then checked my credit card app to see how much hold for incidentals was and it showed being charged for both rooms for a higher price than what I paid. I asked her about it and she said the second room was unable to charge the original card so it charged to that credit card. I first explained it was all pre paid and showed her where it came out of my account in January and on top of that it also didn't make sense that the hotel amount was higher than what I booked at on trip.com which I also pulled up and showed her. She said that my my fault for ”using a 3rd party” because they cannot guarantee rates booked through them. She said I would have to contact them and I asked if she was saying trip.com was a scam and she said it was possible (even though trip.com is a well known booking site and I've never had a issue before). I explained I only thought the hold was for incidentals as she mentioned and was not expecting almost $300 more to be charged and she said there was nothing that could be done as her manager was not in until Monday and the assistant manager had recently quit and they were not allowed to contact their manager on her days off for any reason. I asked multiple times for her to contact her manager since this was a signifant problem as I had not expected a extra charge for the weekend and because I was from out of state it concerned me no one in charge would be available for another 3 days and by then I woukd be gone. She continued saying she was absolutely not allowed to contact her supervisor under any circumstances. Another coworker with her agreed with her. I will say neither employee was rude, but it is ridiculous there is no one they could call to get help. They said corporate would not be able to be of assistance then either and only thier manager who was not available until Monday and they were not allowed to contact on her days off. Other than that (and the fridge not getting cold until the last day).... the hotel,pool, and breakfast were all very nice.

JJunesdaughterThe convenience of staying right at the ****** was the best part of the stay. It was great to walk right up to our room after a fun night without having to go outside. But other than that it was just ok. The staff checking us in looked tired and worn down. They were clearly used to checking in people who stay at ******s often but this was new to us. When I said it was our first time here I would have appreciated some info about breakfast and maybe an offer for a players card. Some staff were new so learning the job is understandable, but it just looked like it had been a really long day. The room was fine. It was clean and comfortable. The ****** was a lot of fun. Breakfast the next am was pretty basic, cereal oatmeal, toast, bagels, muffins and yogurt. The host arranging it all was lovely and helpful. He found earl gray tea for me when I asked. It was a fun overnight at an ok hotel. Glad we gave it a try.

WWEIDies ist das schönste Hotel auf dieser amerikanischen Reiseroute. Das Hotel liegt an einem schönen Hang. Als wir nachts eincheckten, suchten wir mehr als eine halbe Stunde nach dem Hotel. Das Schild am Straßenrand war nicht zu erkennen. Es dauerte ein paar Runden, um es zu finden. Du hast fast aufgegeben.
Ich mag die interne und externe Umgebung des Hotels. Ein typisch amerikanisches Hotel ist das gleiche wie andere amerikanische Hotels. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher, keine Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta, und die anderen Einrichtungen sind gut.
Die Lounge im Obergeschoss der Hotellobby ist sehr beeindruckend und daneben befindet sich ein Swimmingpool. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein Golfplatz, dahinter ein kleiner See und nachts viele Sikahirsche an der Straße.
Wenn es nicht eilig ist, möchte ich unbedingt noch einen Tag in diesem Hotel bleiben!

GGastnutzerThe hotel was nice and we have stayed at Fairfield Inns before. However, the television was broken and needed to be replaced. There were lines on the display screen in two directions, a spot in the lower left hand corner where the television had been dropped or something hit the screen, and the remote control had a sticky substance on the back of it and had obviously not been cleaned. When my wife used the hair dryer, the plastic on the exterior of the hair dryer had separated and posed a potential hazard. The worst part of our stay was my wife finding a bug in the bed when she was straightening the bed for our departure.
The accommodations were not up to Marriott standards, but the desk clerk received our concerns well and apologized.

GGastnutzerGreat people and service came out to get breakfast and the maids were coming on shift one asked me if I needed anything I said yes and switched my towels out other than that left my room alone while I stayed which I find to be nice and gave a since a security and a respect for my belongings especially since I did not have to worry about nobody coming into my room and stealing my stuff. As for the breakfast it was nice but simple I would make one suggestion and it is adding a fruit basket so someone can have a banana or something but other than that kudos if I ever come back to this town I'll be coming here price is very reasonable thank you

CCheralyn KayWir haben in unser Zimmer geprüft und keine Wasser-Kein Toilette, keine Dusche, keine Tauchbad. Wir gingen zurück und lassen sie wissen, und sie sagten, es sei wegen Bau und das Wasser würde in einer Stunde wieder auftauchen. Es war nicht, also gingen wir zum Abendessen. Dankeschön hatten wir endlich Wasser. Nicht ein toller Weg, um Zeit in einem Hotel zu verbringen, als die Hälfte der Zeit, die wir dort waren, hatten wir kein Wasser in den Zimmern. Lage war großartig, aber es gibt andere Hotels um. Sie hätten uns vor der Buchung über den Bau erzählt haben sollen.
