Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

Checked in on 22 Feb 8pm, the black lady on the front desk was telling her colleague who served us that my booking name is not the same as my ID and if she is willing to accept that is her risk.. I found that her comment should not make in front of us as we are ultimately the customer who pay for her job.. She should not be in this job if she continue to has this kind of attitude in this industry. However the other lady (I forgot the name tho) understood that I am using my credit card name to make the booking as my CC name is different from my ID and she helped to call the manager to clarify the matter , we would like to specially thank her for the patient and effect to help resolve customer issues

Rezeption war außergewöhnlich-Zimmer wie neue und spotless-were hilfsbereit-quiet Zimmer mit großem Mountain View

Das Aussehen des Hotels ist sehr modern. Die Innenausstattung ist sehr antiken. Die Haltung des großen Bruders auf der Rezeption ist sehr gut. Die Angebote der Art des Frühstücks sind in drei Tagen nicht vollständig. Das gesamte Angebot ist immer noch sehr gut. Das nächste Mal wird es weitergehen.

Room is spacious! Hotel provides free shuttle service to and from the airport. Located near to Line 1 station that gets to downtown in less than an hour. There’s self-serviced washer and dryer for guests use as well.

晚上到店已經八點多，前台一個老太太對於攜程的訂單似乎不信任網上全付款。研究半天遲遲不能安排，問這問那。這是頭一次碰到這種情況，浪費好多時間。網上價格比門市價格貴了不少。酒店很新，類似國內的快捷酒店，色彩明快現代。全封閉的窗户，但隔音一般，夜晚公路的車聲有些吵鬧。大堂全天有水和咖啡，休息區漂亮。在公路旁，適合臨時落腳。

Pros - Big Room -Location - Clean Cons -Old rooms, furnitures -View is parking doesn’t matter which room - Super old A/C (not enough)

We requested 2 times for the room to be cleaned and it was not cleaned for our 2 weeks stay.. The receptionists are nice. The breakfast is simple American breakfast, cold eggs, DIY waffles and bagels. The highlight of the lobby is that you can help yourselves with coffee or hot chocolate. During my 2 weeks in Redmond Inn, there’s was no cookies served as promised in the brochure. One good thing about the room is that there’s a small area for microwave and fridge but no electric kettle.

Ein selten gutes Hotel. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, am Columbia River, daneben befindet sich ein Golfplatz, und ich sah eine große Gruppe von Wildenten, begleitet von dem alten Mann, der zum Spielen kam. Die Einrichtungen des Hotels sind großartig und die Kellner sind sehr freundlich. Es lohnt sich wieder zu gehen.
