Super über das erwartete Hotel! Wir hatten eine Reise am nächsten Morgen, also hatte ich hier eine Nacht gebucht, um ein Bett zu schlafen und ein Bad zu nehmen. Es gab keine zu hohen Erwartungen für das Hotel, und das Ergebnis war unerwartet gut. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, die Einrichtungen wie die Klimaanlage und das warme Wasser sind auch sehr gut, die Hygiene ist sehr sauber, selbst die Sesselplatten sind in China. Das Hotel ist eine seltene Pakete mit drei Mahlzeiten, die alle chinesischen Mahlzeiten sind. Wir sind am Abend des Fluges angekommen. Der Chef hat auch ein spezielles Abendessen gelassen. Besonders nachdem wir aus Südsudan in der Wildnis eine Woche voller afrikanischer Reis gegessen haben, können wir ein sauberes, sauberes und leckeres chinesisches Essen essen, wie es zu Hause war.

The hotel is well located in Kampala Uganda, easily accessible and close to Acacia mall making it easier for meetings and convenient for accessing different amenities and services outside the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and supportive. The food is delicious especially their samosas 😋. The night views by the pool side is also amazing. Sunset views are amazing and at no cost!!!

Very nice, clean and cozy hotel. The bed is very comfortable. Friendly staff. Free and good breakfast. Just about 100m from Lake Victoria. Morning enjoy the breakfast at the balcony could see the beautiful scenery of Lake Victoria. If you wake up early can see the beautiful sunrise. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Will recommend to friends and stay at this hotel if visit Entebbe again.

Das Zimmer ist groß genug und der Serviceschalter ist großartig. Sie haben mir geholfen, alle meine Probleme zu lösen, einen Reiseleiter und einen Fahrer organisiert und mir Wasser und Messer ins Zimmer geschickt war auch gut, der Preis war angemessen und der Preis war hoch.

Das Hotel ist sehr internationalisiert und der Service ist sehr gut, sehr nett.

The hotel is small but quite neat! With good customer care. The rooms are quite small but the outside balcony area seemed untidy with a lot of clutter on the ground floor pavers. The breakfast is good

Went down to the counter to extend my stay for one more day, was told that it is ok as long as I pay before 1300. when I went to pay at 1300, I was told that the hotel is full and I have to check out.When I check back at Trip.com I saw that there are other rooms avaliable but I was not even given that option. It would have been ok if I was told that it was full and I cannot extend. I am now stuck at the lobby and will have to look for another hotel.

Smart and efficient service. Sehr schönes Frühstück. Gewöhnliche Nutzwertprobleme für Uganda, d.h., Aufzug abgebrochen, Raumschlüssel funktionierte nicht und unzuverlässiges Internet. Vielleicht sollte der Manager in ein Land investieren, in dem diese Probleme Unternehmen nicht beeinflussen.
