Ausgezeichnete und geräumige Zimmer und Tiefgarage. Es funktioniert einfach alles perfekt. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Das Hotel ist makellos und riecht die ganze Zeit gut. Das Badezimmer war etwas klein, aber ausreichend – kein echter Hingucker. Die Gegend direkt um das Hotel herum war etwas alt und unsauber, aber die Bautätigkeit in der Gegend scheint darauf hinzudeuten, dass sie bald modernisiert werden wird. 15 Minuten flotter Spaziergang zum Haram. Wir buchten dieses Hotel, weil wir ein Auto hatten und es kostenlose Parkplätze bot, also dachten wir, wir könnten einfach zum Haram fahren und dort in der Tiefgarage parken. Am Ende sind wir trotzdem zu Fuß gegangen – war ganz okay. Das Frühstück war nicht so gut. Vielfalt und Qualität könnten verbessert werden.
Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen, da es eine saubere, komfortable Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bietet.

Rooms were a bit small but clean. Staff was hospitable, polite and well mannered. Not too far but far for those with small kids and who don’t like to walk much 😄 or in the hot sun.
Breakfast was in adjacent building and was reasonable. Same menu for the two days we stayed.

Umrah kam und in der Morgenstunde gewählte dieses Hotel. Gute Lage zur Haram-Moschee. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Tor 326. Gute Einrichtungen um das Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Ich würde wieder kommen.

Sehr gut, was Gott wollte, sauber, gemütlich, und sogar die Zusätze, Sie waren in einem fünf-Sterne-Hotel, umgeben von allem, was Sie brauchen, von Zahnbürsten, Gewebeholz, sogar ein Quay-Wälder mit einem Quay-Tisch, und alle anderen natürlichen Dinge wie Handtücher, Schampoo und andere, ausgezeichnet, und das Personal war schnell und professionell verbraucht. Die Erfahrung mit einem Shoi Ort, etwa eine halbe Stunde fahren mit dem Auto in der Nähe, sagten sie waren umgeben von einem Bus, und ich hatte eine ausgezeichnete Erfahrung im Ganzen, und es ist die Erfahrung wert und es ist die Erfahrung wert, wenn sie fortfahren Ihre hervorragende Qualität.

Das Hotel war von innen sehr sauber und das Zimmer war durchaus in Ordnung. Aus den Nachbarzimmern drang ein leichter Rauchgeruch, der etwas störend war. Außerdem gab es keine Nachttischlampen, sodass man entweder sehr helles Licht im Zimmer hatte oder gar kein Licht. Die Masjid Al-Nabawi war 15 Gehminuten entfernt, aber die Gegend selbst war nicht besonders ansprechend. Erst wenn man die Hoteltür öffnet, merkt man, dass es sich um ein Hotel handelt. Insgesamt war es für zwei Übernachtungen okay.

AAllam ashInsgesamt war mein Aufenthalt gut. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen freundlich, obwohl die Eincheckungserfahrung zunächst etwas unbehaglich war. Dankeschön, die Dinge verbesserten sich später dank der hervorragenden Hilfe von Frau Bayan. Das Hotel fühlt sich jedoch im Vergleich zu anderen Optionen sehr nahe Al Haram in Medina überpreist. Eine große Nachteile war die Korridore sie waren oft voller Überreste von Nahrungsmitteln, die außerhalb der Zimmer verlassen, was unbehaglich und gab einen schlechten Eindruck. Sicherheitspersonal braucht weitere Schulungen, um Kundenfreundlicher zu sein.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is in a great location within a national park. The pool villas have a great view of the maraya. You can get a campfire going to relax outside at night. The rock pool is great as well, but very far from reception (5 min on a buggy). The hotel needs more buggies as they can take a long time. Breakfast was great. Dinner at harrat restaurant was good overall except for the porterhouse steak which was way overcooked.

From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances.
The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable.
As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram.
Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times.
Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day.
Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

GGastnutzerDas Management und die Rezeption sind rund um die Uhr erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Auch das Reinigungspersonal ist sehr hilfsbereit und kooperativ. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Nur 3 Gehminuten vom Harem Nabwi (Friede sei mit ihm) entfernt. Das Frühstück ist zwar nicht das beste, aber ich würde es mit 8 von 10 Punkten bewerten.

GGastnutzerWe had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced. We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage.
The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery). Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us. The view outside was heavenly mashAla. Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t. It such an experience and you have to do it. Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house. Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud. All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk. Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all. And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.
Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.
They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44. It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at. You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel. If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.
The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family. Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience.
Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly.
We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time.
A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.

AAwaisDas Hotel liegt günstig. Haram ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und es gibt auch einen Shuttlebus, der die Gäste während der Gebetszeiten dorthin bringt. Allerdings war das Hotel für den gebotenen Service und die Aufenthaltsqualität überteuert. Ich vermute, das lag an der Hochsaison in Medina. Insgesamt war es aber eine gute Unterkunft.

The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, with direct access to the ladies’ and men’s prayer gates, making it incredibly convenient, especially during prayer times.
The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, soft linens, and all the amenities expected from a top tier hotel. The view of the Prophet’s Mosque from our window was breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special.
Service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Check in and checkout were smooth, and housekeeping was attentive to every detail.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were warm and accommodating, making sure every guest felt welcome.
Overall, InterContinental Dar Al Iman truly stands out for its prime location, world class hospitality, and serene atmosphere. It’s the ideal place for anyone visiting Madinah, whether for Umrah, Hajj, or personal reflection. We left with hearts full of gratitude and peace, and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit.
