Der Flughafen-Shuttleservice hat mir auf jeden Fall gefallen (obwohl ich eine Weile gebraucht habe, um den Mann mit dem Schild zu finden, weil er im Meer der Taxifahrer nicht so offensichtlich war und auf der anderen Straßenseite statt an der Ausgangstür war). Die Essensauswahl war ausgezeichnet und das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und vielfältig. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. Der Mayon war während meines Aufenthalts in Wolken gehüllt, aber gegen Ende des Tages hatte ich Glück.

I booked for 3 persons per room, with 2 breakfast so I was expecting to pay only for the additional breakfast of the extra person (no extra bedding requested), but was asked to pay for the full extra person with breakfast and no senior discount. I may have misunderstood, but the booking choices via Trip were also misleading (2person/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3persons/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3 persons/room w 3 breakfast; I chose the 2nd option). Room service took a very long time, more than the promised 45mins. One of the assigned rooms had a broken doorknob that wasn't fixed since it was on one of the connecting rooms.

Die gerade hinter der Gaisano Mall und der Pazifik Mall sehr bequeme Spazierweiterung bis zum Sm Mall auch. Ich würde noch einmal dort bleiben, wenn ich wieder nach Legaspi zurückkehren kann.

Buffet breakfast was fine. Hotel amenities also okey. They have airport service upon request in which i suggest must avail. They also have spa with great massage service.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Herzen der Stadt Naga! Ich habe ein Zimmer für mich und meine fünf Kinder gebucht, und sie hatten so viel Spaß am Pool. Das Essen war auch wirklich gut, was unseren Aufenthalt noch mehr angenehm machte. Die Lage ist perfekt nur einen Spaziergang zu E-Mall und Plaza Rizal in Naga City. Das Personal war während unseres Aufenthalts untergebracht, näher gelegen und freundlich. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut organisiert. Insgesamt war es eine tolle Erfahrung, und wir würden sicher noch einmal hier bleiben!

We had a wonderful family stay at The Oriental Legazpi. The hotel offers one of the best views of Mayon Volcano, and waking up to such a stunning landscape was truly unforgettable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to assist, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of delicious food, and the amenities, especially the swimming pool, were excellent for both adults and kids. The location is convenient, with easy access to popular attractions like Cagsawa Ruins, Daraga Church, and Sumlang Lake. It also has ample parking, which was a plus since we traveled by car. Overall, The Oriental Legazpi exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with breathtaking views of Mayon Volcano and excellent service, this hotel is definitely worth booking. We would gladly stay here again.

Die Lebensmittelsorte war ausgezeichnet, aber es hatte keine Obstsaft zur Verfügung. Andernfalls hatte auch der Lotus Blue Cafe zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis tolles Essen. Die Lage war sehr nahe dem Hauptstadtgebiet und zu Fuß zu sauberen Malls mit viel Speise- und Restaurantoptionen. Das Gebiet ist auch sehr sicher und freundlich. Leider hatten wir eine schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Zimmer. Der Warmwasserheizgerät im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Wir berichteten sofort, dass an das Frontdesk. Sie schickten eine Wartungsmechanik, um es zu reparieren, aber die gleiche Frage jedes Mal, wenn wir versuchten, die Dusche zu verwenden. Sie versprach, den Heizgerät zu ersetzen, während wir auf unserer Tour weg waren, aber als wir zurück kamen, war der Heizgerät noch nicht funktioniert. Das Wasser aus der Dusche würde zuerst sehr heiß und schwer zu richten. Dann nachdem das Wasser sehr kalt kam. Ich berichtete die gleiche Frage an das Frontdesk, aber keine Ergebnisse.
