All Staff was accommodating, helpful and friendly. I booked a room with mayon view but according to them the room they received that I booked was just a de luxe room without mayon view. I received a great customer service tho with the polite reception staff. She gave me some options and with a minimal fee I got the room that I wanted. Thank you Miss receptionist sorry I have difficulty with names but I really appreciate your service and to the waiter too who served us pork pinangat at the restaurant. Kudos to you all!

Das Personal im Front Desk war untergebracht. Lage weise, direkt in der Nähe des Platzes und sehr zugänglich für alle Arten von Fahrzeugen. Sie haben auch einen großen Parkplatz.

Das beste Go Hotel in den Philippinen. Wie üblich ist es neben einem Robinson’s Mall. Es hat direkten Zugang zu ihm am 2/F. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und gut! Es ist mein zweites Mal hier und wird weiterhin zurückkommen. Das WC und das Bad sind getrennt und es gibt ein Bidet. Das Bett ist eine Königsgröße, könnte leicht drei Erwachsene passen (ja, es ist so groß!).

Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hatte eine verschlossener Tür zum Nebenzimmer, weshalb man die Gäste (Familie mit Kindern) im Nebenzimmer m.E. zu gut hören konnte. Ebenfalls isolieren die Scheiben zur Straße hin nicht so gut, sodass man den Verkehr auf der Straße relativ gut hören kann. Aufgrund der Klimaanlage am Fensterbereich gibt es Schlitze bei den Vorhängen, weshalb sich das Zimmer nicht komplett abdunkeln lässt. Daher bei Ausstattung nur 3 von 5.

Upon arrival in the hotel we were warmly greeted and helped by the staff of the hotel, they very friendly and accommodating. Serrvice is utmoat excellence the only problem is that the rooms needs to be updated, it needs to be cleaned, restroom needs to be maintained. When we reached our rooms there are no towels and when it was delivered it is like beige already because it is too old. The food served is also decent, this hotel is nearby a good place with lots of reataurants out side. I hope they can update the hotel soon. They have such a good spot and it just needed to be renovated. By the way we saw a cockroach in the room also but again the staff helped asap. I will still consider my stay here very good because the people are really nice. And anyway the bed is not dusty. So all good.

During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

Wir haben hier mit unseren Freunden geblieben. Wir haben den Pool verwendet, um herauszuhängen, was lustig ist, aber ein Kopf hoch ist, ihr Pool ist 5ft und oben. Es gibt einen Kinderpool, aber es wäre schön, wenn der Erwachsenenpool mindestens 4ft beginnt. Die durchschnittliche Höhe der Philippinen ist nicht über 5ft 🙂

Liebe den Ort! Lage ist großartig, wie es in der Nähe anderer Einrichtungen ist. Das Personal ist nett und unterkunft. Sie haben auch eine Pflege Restaurant in der Innenstadt, die großes Essen hat!

I booked for 3 persons per room, with 2 breakfast so I was expecting to pay only for the additional breakfast of the extra person (no extra bedding requested), but was asked to pay for the full extra person with breakfast and no senior discount. I may have misunderstood, but the booking choices via Trip were also misleading (2person/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3persons/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3 persons/room w 3 breakfast; I chose the 2nd option). Room service took a very long time, more than the promised 45mins. One of the assigned rooms had a broken doorknob that wasn't fixed since it was on one of the connecting rooms.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! The amenities were top-notch, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the food was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and commitment to excellence that permeated every aspect of my stay. Whether I was relaxing in my room, enjoying the hotel's facilities, or savoring the delicious cuisine, I felt like I was experiencing the best of the best.
