Ich war spät im Hotel angekommen. Ich hatte nichts erwartet, als wir müde waren und zufällig ein Hotel für die Nacht reserviert. Das Hotel war sauber und neu, die Mitarbeiter waren auch freundlich. Hoffentlich konnten sie den Standard halten. Das zugewiesene Zimmer war im 2. Stock und hat keinen Blick. Aber trotzdem waren wir dort zu Ruhe. Bett und Kissen waren so komfortable. Die Ausstattung war auch komplett. Das einzige Problem war die heiße Dusche. Wir haben sie nicht informiert, als wir müde waren.

During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

Schöner Fitnessbereich und schöner Pool. Service des Personals war ziemlich gut und freundlich. Wir hatten jedoch nach dem Braunschweiß kein heißes Wasser. Wir wurden ersucht, 30 Minuten zu warten. bis eine Stunde nach der Elektrizität zurückgekommen. Wir warten 2 Stunden ohne heißes Wasser. Der Duschebad ist überhaupt nicht sicher. Es war zu hoch und gefährlich. Es gibt keine Anti-Schleifen und das macht es sogar gefährlich. Ein anderes ist, es gibt keine elektrische Ausfahrt auf der linken Seite des Betts, die es schwer macht, das Telefon zu laden. Auch ich bat um eine Box von Gewebepapier und ich erhielt 2 Toilettenpapiere. Ich wurde informiert, dass sie nicht Gewebepapier liefern. Von allen Hotels, die wir geblieben haben, ist dies das teuerste, aber kann nicht Gewebepapier liefern. Wir werden nächstes Mal eine UMA versuchen.

this is our second stay in this hotel, the staff are more nicer this time in front desk, I ask extra key so that I can leave the room while my companion is sleeping and she give me extra no argument, the parking lot is safe although its limited, they renovated the the hotel so kind of a mess but they tried to make everyone safe and provided they need. the bed is firm and pillow is soft, the safe didn't work but they fix it quickly, the bathroom need improvement. strong wifi, strong water pressure and hit water somehow a funny smell in the bathroom just need to continue exhaust on. its quite we both sleep well. this location is perfect in center legaspi walking distance to ayala mall. the food seems very limited this time but good enough few variety to get it full, had a soup, fruits, and omelet station.

There is a good-sized outdoor pool, billiards table. Breakfast is so-so as there is no bread. Overall for the price that should be
okay?
Our minor complaint was the beer bucket promo of 599 which includes a bar chow. The kitchen was closed when we came and there is no more bar chow, not even peanuts but the price remains the same and the staff was inflexible for us to redeem it the next day.

ROOM
Our first room was okay, but the filter of aircon is dirty so we had the staff cleaned it. next, we would like to go out to swim but their SDB was not fixed in the cabinet so we dont think how was that ”SAFE” knowing that it can be removed. so we just let it pass. then going back after our dip in the pool, we took a shower, but voila! the drainage doesnt drain at all 😂 so we decided to request to transfer to another room. so on the next room, as you enter, you will smell that it was not used for a period of time. the carpet was dusty, you can feel it on your feet. in this room, aircon and bathroom are now okay.
RESTAURANT
Volcanic Grill - before it was so nice to lounge here because of the food, but during our stay, the food was limited and there is no meat to grill 😅 how was that called volcanic grill? we ordered other food, and tbh, it's delicious and big serving.
Breakfast - Since it is a weekday, we expect that it is not buffet, the food are not the same as before but it is still sumptious. we enjoyed our breakfast.
POOL
Of course, the hotel has the best view of Mayon. Nothing else to say, just look at the photo.
SERVICE
The staff are all respectful.
PRICE
It is a bit pricey given, they should have lower the price first to gain clients.

Das Essen im Frühstücksbuffet war großartig. Die Lebensmittelsorte war ausgezeichnet, aber es hatte keine Obstsaft zur Verfügung. Andernfalls hatte auch der Lotus Blue Cafe zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis tolles Essen.
Die Lage war sehr nahe dem Hauptstadtgebiet und zu Fuß zu sauberen Malls mit viel Speise- und Restaurantoptionen. Das Gebiet ist auch sehr sicher und freundlich.
Leider hatten wir eine schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Zimmer. Der Warmwasserheizgerät im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Wir berichteten sofort, dass an das Frontdesk. Sie schickten eine Wartungsmechanik, um es zu reparieren, aber die gleiche Frage jedes Mal, wenn wir versuchten, die Dusche zu verwenden. Sie versprach, den Heizgerät zu ersetzen, während wir auf unserer Tour weg waren, aber als wir zurück kamen, war der Heizgerät noch nicht funktioniert. Das Wasser aus der Dusche würde zuerst sehr heiß und schwer zu richten. Dann nachdem das Wasser sehr kalt kam. Ich berichtete die gleiche Frage an das Frontdesk, aber keine Ergebnisse. Danke, dass wir nur zwei Tage gefangen waren.

NNicka F.Stayed in this hotel for less than a week but I can say we are comfortable. Budget-friendly, with free breakfast. Not sure if we’re the only guests since most of the rooms in our hallway are under renovation- glad we don’t hear any noise. We had to change room on the 2nd day since the aircon in the prev. room was no longer working after a day but the transfer is not a hassle. They provided free toiletries, towels and bottled water replenished everyday.
It’s in the center of Tabaco. Several fast food chains, convenience stores, dirty market, dental clinics, malls, laundry shop, gas station are just few walks away. Below the hotel is a grocery store. You have to enter the delivery alley because the hotel entrance is at the back of the grocery store. Parking is in front of the hotel. There’s a guard 24/7 so it’s secure. It’s still a peaceful location in the heart of the city. If your priority is budget, accessibility of location and a comfortable place to stay, this might work for you.
