Great location, fantastic staff Verdal Hotell is located in the vicinity of Verdal train station. One minute walk - just cross the road and you are there. Easy access by train from Trondheim Værnes airport. Trains are running every hour. Next door is Verdal Thon shopping center so easy access to shops and grocery stores. The staff was excellent! So serviceminded, friendly and attentive. They followed up our questions and provided great pieces of advice. We really felt welcome and that they really cared for us as guests! The hotel is clean and nice. Please be advised that this is a country side hotel with less fancy amenities. We didn’t book for fanciness, but searching for great value. The bed was comfortable, nice and fresh linen, it was possible to open the windows and get fresh air. I The breakfast has was nice with a solid selection of fresh items. Some of these are very traditional Norwegian dishes. The dining hall was not crowded so we could enjoy our food. I would like to particularly underline that the hotel showed great flexibility in order to provide breakfast a little earlier than regular times because several guests participated in a local event, and had some time constraints related to transport. This adjustment was highly appreciated and provided us as guests to get better time and being able to have breakfast before early departure. I will commend the staff for doing their utmost for the guests. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was good. Employees were super friendly with welcome drinks. Bunk beds are always the same in Scandic for kids. Breakfast is always delicious in Scandic. One thing that was non sense was the parking fee. It costs 450 nok for one night. Had I known this in the beginning, I would have consider airbnb also. I know it is Norway so parking fee is expansive but this parking fee is out of line.

We had a pleasant surprise when we were given a room on the highest floor with nice city and harbour view. Breakfast was great with good selection of cheeses and an omelette station. The smoothies were a bonus too. The location is good which is practically 15mins to all attractions within the city center. The receptionist services were excellent and helpful. We happened to be there during weekend which the street level parking was free from 3 pm to Monday 8am, we were able to unoad our luggage at the hotel carpark and then park outside for free parking. Hotel charges 295 Nok per day.

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber! Und sieht sehr neu aus! Sehr sauber! !!! Ich lebte in vier Personen am Tag, und das Fenster öffnete die heiße Nachtszene des Schneebergs und des kleinen Hauses, super schön. Und die Küche bietet Kaffeemaschine Brotschachtel Mikrowellenwaschmaschine, kostenloses Essen hat ja Milch Milch und Dampfwasser usw., und getrocknetes Brot mit Käse und Eierbagen und einige Gemüse, Norwegen kaufen Sie sich selbst Kochen!!!! Ich fühle mich, dass es zwei Mahlzeiten gibt, die nach dem Essen gebraucht werden. . . (außer den Resten ist es freie Nahrung, ich denke, dass ich früher als die Reste bereit sein kann, zu handeln.

Wundervoll Hotel im Zentrum von Geschäft/Restaurant . Schön eingerichtet, schönes Zimmer mit allem auf und an. Ausgestaltet Frühstück und hervorragender Service. Sehr wert!

Ein sehr schöner Ort für eine Übernachtung. Das Ein- und Auschecken war einfach. Und es liegt direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof, aber wir haben nicht wirklich viel Lärm von den Zügen gehört. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel und es gibt keine Zahnpasta. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Zimmer ist sehr eng, aber das Bett ist weich, das Wasser im Badezimmer ist stark, das Badezimmer ist sehr zufrieden, das Parkplatz ist nicht kostenlos, aber es gibt einen U-Bahn-Ladegerät

Sehr beeindruckende modernes Hotel, das o erloojs grundlegende, wesentliche Bedürfnisse. Die Parkplätze ist eine große Frage, wie Sie für 24 Stunden bezahlt werden, egal! Sehr kleine Fenster im Zimmer. Wir konnten keinen Fan für das Zimmer, aber es waren 2 auf dem Empfangstisch für das Personal. Das Zimmer war außerdem komfortabel, das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Check-in und Aus waren schnell.

Hotellet var trevligt och prisvärt. Fin frukost, rent och fräscht. Dock fanns inte Air con på rummet så det var helt ohållbart värmemässigt med en liten fläkt. Fönstren gick bara att öppna lite så det gick inte att vädra. Men det var väldigt varmt ute så det är förklaring men så mycket nattsömn blev det inte. Rekommenderas gärna när det inte är så varmt.  Hemtrevlig Chesterfield stämning med fina fåtöljer och inredning.
