Ich hatte vor, eine Nacht im Hotel zu verbringen, aber das Hotel gefiel mir so gut, dass ich noch eine Nacht blieb! Das Personal war in vielerlei Hinsicht freundlich und hilfsbereit, was die Reise zu einem unterhaltsamen und angenehmen Erlebnis machte.

Das Serviceniveau im arabischen Raum ist unbeschreiblich. Man weiß nicht einmal, ob der Bademantel gewechselt wurde oder nicht. Die digitale Steuerung des Raumes ist sehr mühsam und die Dekoration sieht sehr neu aus, aber der Stil ist etwas billig und übertrieben. Tatsächlich ist es für normale Geschäfte besser, es einfach und unkompliziert zu machen. Das Frühstück ist recht zufriedenstellend und es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz zum Parken.

Es ist ein sehr erstaunliches Hotel, das sowohl komfortable Gefühle als auch Luxus kombiniert.

Great stay with excellent service I recently stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel Amman and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The reception team were efficient at both check-in and check-out, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable, offering a great blend of modern amenities and a relaxing ambience. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bedding, which ensured a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job of maintaining the room throughout my stay. Dining at the hotel was also a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of international and local dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is another strong point - convenient for both business and leisure travellers. In addition, the facilities, including the fitness centre and swimming pool, were well maintained and added to the overall positive experience. Good location, not so far to the rainbow street. Small supermarket is nearby located. Silent place, good breakfast, laundry. The early check in is available The view from the first floor was not the same as announced. Water bottom in toilet need be repaired. There is no toothbrush and paste in the room

We stayed in four different five-star hotels during our Jordan trip, and if I come back to Amman—or recommend a hotel to friends—it would definitely be W Hotel. The breakfast is amazing, with an impressive setting and creative staff who even made waffles for me! The entire team is professional, friendly, and attentive. Bonus: all the boys working there, even in the parking, are young, handsome, and eye-catching—definitely a fun touch! lol
