Excellent onsen Hotel surrounding with beautiful garden. the staff in the hotel is nice and super-helpful, though I wish they could find more english speaking workers. Room is clean and food is delicious. Wish I could have spent more time in the hotel! Definitely will come back to enjoy!

Das Hotel liegt am Shinji-See. Die Hotellobby ist sehr groß, die Einrichtungen sind neu und sauber, das Personal ist groß und die Zweibettzimmer bieten ausreichend Platz. Das Waschbecken befindet sich im Flur, was die Familie weckt. Auch beim Frühstück gibt es Verbesserungspotenzial.

超棒的體驗，很像平價版的日式旅館，全棟都是榻榻米的地板，有頂樓天然溫泉邊泡湯可以看星星以及夜景，有免費按摩椅按的不錯，還有多種免費吃的食物。 早餐9:00最後入場，記得早起吃早餐，週六早上7點就需要排隊入場，最喜歡自製海鮮丼還有螃蟹可以任食，每樣菜都很日式，水果也都很甜。 飯店價格實惠，有機會會想再入住同集團的飯店。

Das Frühstück ist sehr groß. Das Zimmer ist relativ groß, aber das Muster ist relativ alt und der Raum ist nicht effizient. Mit vier Schalen ist kostenloses Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Auf der anderen Seite der Songqing-Station, aber die Straße muss über die Straße. Auf etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß von Songqing City und dem Tunnelsee kann man auch einen Bus erreichen. Die Ecke der Zimmerwand hat ein Schleifnetz, aber insgesamt zufrieden.

Lovely ryokan & staff, spacious room and a big parking on site. They provide both the shower in the room as well as the onsen on the first floor. They only offer Japanese set breakfast. A little retro hotel but a good value for money and lovely staff.

Booked a room for two with two beds. Room was a bit small for two adults. Microwave, Vending machines and a lounge like space on the second floor. A minute walk away from Izumoshi Station and its bus loop that takes you to Izumo Taisha. Recommend for people visiting the city to go visit the grand shrine.

Everything was perfect! The staff was kind, helpful, and extremely efficient, as always in Japan. I loved the delicious ramen served in the evening, the relaxing onsen, the peaceful atmosphere, the impeccable cleanliness, and all the extra services included. The location is also very convenient, just next to the station. I would have loved to stay more nights, but unfortunately, there was no availability. I really hope to come back!

スタッフみんな親切で丁寧に対応してもらいました　お部屋　大浴場　食事処綺麗に掃除されています。特に夕食食事はとってもおいしきただきました。　小さいお子様がいなかったのでとっても静かな環境でした

The room was nice and very clean and the location was alright given that it is 2' from the station and Matsue is a small town. Though there were enough dishes for breakfast they were more what you'd expect for lunch, the coffee was absolutely horrendous and there was none in the room, get your own. That said it was a good experience all in all, would go again

Die Kiste ist auch sehr gut und draußen. Die warme Umgebung ist bequemer mit Fisch und einem Supermarkt gibt es viele Restaurants und der Verkehr ist sehr billig, wir fahren auch raus und kaufen Brotparkplätze. Es ist groß genug.
