A centrally located, clean, and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and good dining, valued for its convenience and service quality. I stayed from 17th November to 18th November 2025 for one night, and this hotel has always been my first preference when staying in Gorakhpur. The food is excellent, the staff is courteous and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Ich mag dieses Hotel sehr, nahe an touristischen Attraktionen, entfernt von Taj Mahal, sehr nahe, Ich kann zu Tatafaha touristische Attraktion und Zoo und andere Geschäfte gehen. Einfach, das Hotelpersonal ist sehr gut für mich, erleichtert mich gut, und das Hotel hat kostenlose Service, Indianer kommen zu Musik für mich spielen, das Hotel ist leicht zu verschiedenen Orten zu reisen. leicht, es gibt einen Schwimmbad auf dem oberen Stock, Ich kann im Pool spielen und die Landschaft oben sehr schön am Morgen und am Abend sehen.

Wir haben für uns und die Kinder zwei Zimmer reserviert, es war ein angenehmes Aufenthalt, die Lage ist gut, sehr freundliches Personal. Das einzige, was uns störte, war der Geruch von Seepage in einigen Bereichen des Hotels, das Buffet Mittagessen und Abendessen definitiv eine Upgrade. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, in Zimmern Einrichtungen sind mit jedem anderen Kategorie Hotel, Zimmer waren geräumig und komfortabel

nice to stay in nova hotel but few things are missing such as AC is old and noisy. TV not working but except this many good things are also there such as wifi facility and places like taj mahal, fort are near from this hotel,car parking facility are also available, behaviour of hotel staffs are so nice, overall the it worth your money. good hotel to visit

We had booked Renaissance via Trip.com and the hotel hospitality was worth appreciation. The breakfast lunch and dinner were a treat to taste buds. The staff was cooperative regarding any service demanded. It's a place worth coming again...

不満な点は見つかりませんでした。日本人が気になるシャワーの水圧、お湯の温度、排水、臭いは全く問題なかったです。シャワー室もガラス扉があり、トイレの床がびちゃびちゃにはなりません。部屋も広く清潔感があり快適に過ごせました。朝ごはんバイキングも種類が豊富で満足できました。フロントスタッフは常に笑顔で対応してくれますし、レートはあまり良くないですが日本円の両替もしてくれます。

The perfect hotel in Agra. The real 5 star hotel. The service is extremely high, the stuff can help you with everything. The breakfast is delicious and there are a lot of choice. From the Sky deck you can see Taj Mahal and have a drink (cocktail price is 1000 rupees). The dinner was great. And the best thing is a swimming pool.
