Der ganze Aufenthalt war großartig, außer wenn ich mich um 5 Uhr für Massagedienst buchen wollte, der als „Baik Bu“ bezeichnet wurde. Allerdings, wenn ich ankam, war nur 2 Mitarbeiter mit einem Nap zu finden. Und ich wurde gebeten zu warten. Später erwähnte eine der Mädchen die Slot bereits voll und musste um 7:00 Uhr auf eine andere Slot warten. Nicht die Erfüllung der Versprechen ist eine Sache, aber keine Remedien ist eine andere. Keine Service-Wiederherstellung wurde am Ende gemacht.

To be honest, with the facilities given, I felt that the hotel was pricey. Yet, the geographic location (in Sumatra) might make this hotel have less competitors. I honestly feel do not have as many options to stay like when I was in Java Island. I was mind with the design of the bathroom as there was this thick glass window separating the bedroom and the bathroom. When I was about to shower, I had to pull the white-thick vinyl curtain down. I just didn't feel that I had enough 'privacy' when I was showering as I had a roomate with me. Why did they design that way? LOL I didn't dare to glance at the glass window when my roomate was showering. I hope she did the same... The good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. The coffee was also great!

Es gibt einen Abzug aus dem Hotel, wenn Sie mehr als 12 Uhr ab checken ... Keine Erkenntnis darüber, sobald Sie anmelden,,, und die FO um 11 Uhr nicht die Frist für die Überprüfung, ob es eine Geldstrafe von 100 Millionen pro Stunde .... Bitte nehmen Sie 2 weitere Zimmer 😠😩😫

Travel as family, however only 2 towels are provided. Live music on weekend can be loud amd goes all the way till midnight.

Hotel is right beside mall and convenience. However the hotel is very narrow in design and not like usual hotel. Food is ok. Services is great
