"Here’s a balanced, honest, and respectful review of Aryaduta Pekanbaru, focusing on your family experience and the issues you faced: ⸻ ⭐ Family Stay Review: Aryaduta Pekanbaru We recently stayed at Aryaduta Pekanbaru for a family trip, and while the hotel has a good location and a well-known brand, our experience was below expectations. 👥 Front Desk Experience The check-in process was disappointing. The front staff were not friendly, and there was very little warmth or hospitality. Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. The pool area itself is decent, but the lack of staff presence made it feel unmanaged. 📍 Location The hotel is in a convenient central area, close to malls and food outlets, which is the main positive point. ⸻ ⭐ Overall Rating: 2.8/5 Aryaduta Pekanbaru has potential because of its location and brand, but the hospitality, cleanliness, and maintenance need significant improvement. For families, the strict check-in policy, room condition, and lack of staff attention made the stay less comfortable than expected. This review reflects our genuine experience, and we hope it helps the hotel improve and guides other travellers planning their stay."

"overall it was a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also convenient and easy to access. Everything was okay during my stay. It’s a nice place to stay if you are visiting Pekanbaru for business or a short trip."

"the room size is good, just nice for 2 of us.the bed was comfort and soft.the bathroom hot water not so good, took long time to get hot but still not so hot as we expected.there was no labelling of whether it is shampoo or bath soap.we requested iron but never come. the location was at city centre but not noisy as it was not in front of main street.you can go anywhere from the hotel especially STC Ramayana. the breakfast was not as we expected, too basic as what Cititel names should have.but the dining area was clean and spacious. the lobby was small and not enough sofa to seat while waiting for check-in,please improve on this!. the motorcycle parking is good but please put spotlight to make it brighter. overall was okey for us as we only spend time at hotel during sleep as day we outside at Pekanbaru city."

"The room is clean The bed is not very comfortable, it needs a to be changed to a new one. Location is a bit far from the center. The gym is very small & disappointing, it's should NOT be called as a gym, but a room with 1 treadmill & a full set of dumbbell."

"Nice and clean hotel with a great location in pekanbaru👍👍👍👍"

"Welcoming staff, nice clean room and great location to the airport for a short stay. Room service was fast and food/drink delicious! Thankyou :)"
