Ein wunderbares Hotel, eine Visitenkarte von Scarborough Beach. Der Retro-Stil ist spürbar. Geräumige Zimmer mit Meerblick, alles, was man braucht, inklusive hochwertigem Duschzubehör. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit hochwertigen Produkten. Mir gefiel nicht, dass man mich nach einer langen Reise mit der Begründung, das System sei technisch nicht machbar, eine halbe Stunde früher einchecken wollte. Auch gefiel mir nicht, dass für eine Übernachtung eine Kaution von 200 australischen Dollar auf meiner Karte gesperrt wurde – mehr als die Übernachtung mich gekostet hat. Jetzt wird es mehrere Wochen dauern, die Kaution wieder freizugeben! Es ist unklar, warum es nicht möglich war, diese Kaution in bar zu nehmen und sie mir gleich am nächsten Tag zurückzuzahlen.

Ich werde nie wieder hier bleiben . Zuerst kamen wir um 3 Uhr (Check-in ist 2pm) dann empfahl sie unser Zimmer nicht bereit . Andere wurden auch von dem gleichen angeraten und wir alle einen Trinkgutschein zum Kaffee gegeben . Das war gut , aber dann ging eine Stunde vorbei , und die konnte uns nicht sagen, wie lange es wäre für unser Zimmer bereit zu sein . So gingen wir in die Stadt zum Abendessen , wir wurden dann um 5:40 anrufen, um zu sagen, dass unser Zimmer bereit war . So warten wir über 2 und eine halbe Stunde ! Wir kamen dann nur in unser Zimmer, um zu finden, dass der Klimaanlage leckte und das Teppich absolut nackte, und es gab Kleider/Blöcke auf den Bettdecken. So empfahl wir den Front Desk , gingen zum Schwimmen im Pool, während sie das Problem behandelten. Wir wurden dann gesagt, wir müssten Zimmer bewegen , und es war eine Abstufung, sie bieten uns kostenloses Frühstück für die Abstufung, da der Platz vollständig reserviert wurde, so dass es wirklich nichts anderes konnten wir tun . Das neue Zimmer schmelzt mustig und wieder die Teppiche waren dampf, denn ich glaube, die Dusche/Badezimmer muss unter den Bodenblättern lecken. Ich habe den Schreibtisch angeraten, es ist ein Gesundheitsproblem, da Moll definitiv in den Zimmern wächst. Sie können sagen, es ist so gewesen, dass für eine lange Zeit, als die Teppichfarbe entlang der Wand sind schwarz. Diese schamvolle Cos die Pool-Einrichtungen sind erstaunlich, und die Lage. Aber es ist absolut run down und schmutzig.

The SureStay Hotel at Albany suited our needs perfectly. We only booked a couple of days before our arrival as Albany was a last-minute addition to our WA trip waiting to see what the weather was like before venturing out of Perth. The only thing was the tv was too big for the  split-level bench it sat on and it sloped from one level to the other. Praise God for the Gideons Bible as the Word of God proved an excellent leveller for the crooked TV. The hotel was in a great position, close to the centre of town and the surrounding attractions. Beautiful view with endless wineyards and Swan rive, that's why I choose this grape season com to visit you.We had a lovely dinner and breakfast at the own restaurant, bought the yummy wine, whole family love it, we pretty sure will come back again.

Room was just spectacular, staff really friendly, fresh towels 2 times a day and night chocolate l. It truly was an incredible experience

Big room with a living room area. Netflix and free WiFi available. Bed are big and we had a good night rest for all 3 nights of our stay. There is a heated pool but we did not use it as it was cold. Cooking utensils available. Washer and dryer need some cleaning and maintenance . Went for a whale watching tour which is only 10 mins from hotel. Very conveniently located to visit Busselton Jetty and Margaret River.

Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett, eine so schöne entspannende Umgebung, Zimmer sehr gut vorgestellt, alles war außergewöhnlich sauber, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Gut gemacht Waldunterkünfte.

Everything was ok. Pleasant experience checking in. Booked 2 nights for One Bedroom Business Queen which stated comes with 1 Queen and 1 Sofa Bed. We used the sofa bed as well as the heater was direct to it as we are chilling watching TV. The next day we were informed that there will be charges of $50 per night as the housekeeper found out that we use the sofa bed. This should be communicated earlier as there will be extra charge for using the sofa bed, else please don't state 1 Queen Bed and 1 Sofa Bed as part of the offering. Parking is limited. Can park by the roadside but please be precaution as it is very steep road.

My stay at Hilton Busselton was exceptional. Located just steps from the iconic Busselton Jetty, the hotel offers stunning ocean views and convenient access to the foreshore. Together & Co Restaurant serves an impressive breakfast buffet with made-to-order options. Their dinner menu showcases local produce beautifully, and the bar provided excellent casual dining throughout the day. What truly distinguished my experience was the attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their warm hospitality, combined with the hotel's premium amenities, created a memorable stay that has me eager to return.

Das Hotel ist sehr groß, das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet, es hat eine Mikrowelle mit Kühlschrank in der Küche, aber alle Küchengeräte und Geschmacksmuster müssen sich selbst tragen. Der Supermarkt hat einige einfache Küchengeräte, aber sehr teuer, die erste Reihe von Meerblicksräumen ist so wunderschön. Jeden Morgen um 7:45 Uhr gibt es eine Piratenschutz- und -ausführungsaktivität. Dann spielen Piraten am Strand des Hotels eine Morgens. Mit einem Kunststoffboot haben Sie die Möglichkeit, eng mit dem Piraten in Kontakt zu kommen. Es ist absolut das erste Hotel, das Sie gewählt haben.
