Ein ziemlich kurzer Aufenthalt hier, aber die Rezeption war ziemlich schön und hilfreich. Zimmerbedingungen ziemlich zufriedenstellend auch.

Unfortunately, our stay at Argo Boutique Hotel was quite disappointing, especially considering that it is advertised as a 4-star hotel. There were some positive aspects: the bed was comfortable, the breakfast had a reasonable variety of options, and we appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water provided on the first day. However, several issues significantly affected our stay. The bathroom sink was blocked, which is not something we would expect from a 4-star hotel. Our room had a balcony directly facing the hotel and the street. Because of the lack of privacy and the high level of exposure, keeping the windows open was uncomfortable for most of the time we were in the room. In my opinion, this type of room should only be allocated when there are no other rooms available. This was not our situation, as we had booked several months in advance and it did not appear to be one of the last rooms available. The soundproofing was also very poor. We could hear a lot of noise from the neighbouring rooms and the corridors, including conversations and, particularly, doors constantly slamming. When guests in the rooms next to us closed their doors, the noise was loud enough to wake us up. This was especially frustrating during the night and early in the morning, and significantly affected the quality of our sleep. The internet was another significant issue. There was essentially no Wi-Fi connection in the room and, unfortunately, even using mobile data was not a viable alternative, as 5G/mobile coverage was also extremely poor inside the room. The Wi-Fi was also frequently unavailable in the breakfast area. For a hotel of this category, this was particularly disappointing. The payment process was also not quite what we expected. When making the reservation, we selected “Pay at the property” and intended to pay the full amount in cash at check-in. However, we were first required to pay 50% in advance, and the hotel subsequently continued attempting to charge the remaining balance to the card before our arrival. We eventually paid the outstanding amount in cash upon arrival, as originally intended. Had I not blocked the card from being charged, the payment would have gone through. This was frustrating, particularly given that the reservation had been made with the “Pay at the property” option. The breakfast was varied enough in terms of choice, but the quality was rather average and the selection did not change much from day to day. For example, the fruit was the same every day, which becomes quite limiting when staying for several days. The breakfast area is also very small and not particularly well organised for the number of guests, making it feel crowded at busy times. We only used the pool once, as it is in a shaded area by the end of the day. We did not use the spa, as this requires an additional payment. Overall, although there were some positives, I don’t feel that our experience reflected the standard I would expect from a 4-star hotel — at least not in the room we were given. Considering the price, the fact that we had booked several months in advance, and the hotel’s category, we expected considerably more.

Ist sehr freundlich, begrüßt die Gäste immer mit einem breiten Lächeln und hat unseren Aufenthalt zu einem wunderbaren und angenehmen Erlebnis gemacht. Neben der herzlichen Gastfreundschaft ist das Anwesen ein schöner Ort zum Verweilen; Der Pool hat eine schöne Aussicht und das Frühstück ist wunderbar für die Augen und unseren Magen. Vielen Dank, Frau Margarita, und ich würde den Besuchern wärmstens empfehlen, bei ihrem nächsten Besuch auf Santorini im Callia Retreat Suites zu übernachten.

Excellent service, stunning views, very pretty hotel, highly recommended! The most handsome manager contacted us before our arrival to arrange a pick-up service. When we landed at the airport, George the driver was already waiting for us with a name sign — so convenient and stress-free. He drove us to the nearest drop-off point near McDonald's, and from there, handsome manager and Edward the porter was already there waiting for us. it was just a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Edward helped carry our luggage from the roadside all the way to the room, and did the same when we checked out. Such thoughtful service! During check in, handsome manager was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, taking the time to explain the nearby attractions and facilities in detail. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his guests. Our room was on the higher floor of the building, offering exceptional privacy. The space was absolutely beautiful — a two-level unit with a breathtaking view of the caldera and the volcano island. The hot tub was a highlight. The water was wonderfully warm, and since March was a bit chilly, soaking in the tub became the most relaxing part of each day. We spent hours in there, enjoying the panoramic volcano view — absolutely perfect. The unit itself was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The toiletries — shampoo, body lotion, and so on — were from a lovely brand with such a rich, elegant fragrance. As soon as we walked into the room, we were greeted by that beautiful scent. It felt fresh, special, and incredibly romantic. Breakfast was served with a sheet where you could tick your choices, and you could select different items each day — a lovely touch. The breakfast itself was generous and delicious. The hotel is run by a small, dedicated team. The same gentleman Mr Edward who helped carry our luggage also took care of breakfast, room maintenance,, and more. Everyone we met was always smiling, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Their hospitality made our stay truly special — honestly one of the very best experiences I've ever had. As for the stairs — yes, there are some steps to reach the hotel, but this is Santorini. If you're expecting a flat walk everywhere, this probably isn't the right island for you. In the context of Santorini, the stairs here are absolutely nothing to worry about. The location is actually very convenient — you can walk along the cliffside path or head down to the old port, and take the cable car back up, which is fun and easy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini.

Everything is just fine and perfect—the hotel, the location, everything is just perfect. The people are so nice, but there was one thing missing. We had a problem with the AC, and we asked for their help twice (we needed to turn it off, and it wouldn't turn off, so we asked them). They came, checked, and then left, and they never came back or did anything. It was a little disappointing. Other than that, nothing—everything was on point.

Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, die Zimmerausstattung ist auch sehr gut und es hat uns das große Zimmer aktualisiert. Ob es sich um den Manager oder den Jungen und den kleinen Kerl handelt, die beiden Kellner , der Service ist sehr gut, es gibt einen 24-Stunden-Wärmewasserpool auf dem Balkon, mit Licht , sehr schön, obwohl der Wind aus Gründen des großen Windes, Wir haben keine . Der einzige Kommentar ist, dass es zu wenig Obst und Gemüse im Frühstück gibt, um  zu verbessern.

A piscina estava partida não deu para usufruir dela, cobram 10€ se deixarem toalhas no chão e nem avisao, cobraram-me 50€ a mim pelas toalhas e por ter sujo sem querer a coberta da cama, simplesmente deixaram um papel debaixo da porta para ir à receção que tinha de pagar 50€ exigiam em dinheiro físico e eu impõs-me e só pagaria por cartão e fatura. Fora isso correu tudo bem

Overall a decent stay, but definitely not a true 5-star experience. The hotel is starting to show its age, and the rooms and common areas could use some renovation. The food was repetitive and not particularly good, with very little variety from one day to the next. The staff and location were fine, but for a 5-star price I expected a higher standard. I'd recommend it for a relaxed stay, but not if you're expecting luxury.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und die Aussichten waren schön. Die Lage ist sehr bequem es ist nicht richtig in der geschäftigsten Teil von Oia oder in der Nähe des Schlosses, aber Restaurants und Geschäfte sind nur wenige Minuten’ Fuß entfernt, und wir könnten immer noch eine schöne Sonnenblick aus der Unterkunft genießen. Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthalts war gut. Der Gastgeber antwortete sehr schnell auf WhatsApp, vor allem, wenn wir einige Schwierigkeiten hatten, den genauen Eingang zuerst zu finden. Unser Zimmer war eine zwei Ebenen Suite, die schön konzipiert, geräumig und sauber war. Es gibt auch kein Frühstück, das angesichts der schönen Terrasse und der Aussicht eine schöne Zugabe gewesen wäre. Das Hauptproblem, das wir erlebt haben, war die erste Nacht, als die Drinage im Badezimmer blockiert wurde und das Wasser nach dem Duschen ins Zimmer zurückgekehrt wurde. Da es schon um 11:30 Uhr war, konnte es nicht sofort repariert werden, so dass wir das Wasser selbst zu reinigen. Am nächsten Morgen prüfte das Personal die Frage und ordnete, dass sie repariert werden. Es dauerte etwa eine bis zwei Stunden, und wir hatten nicht das gleiche Problem in der zweiten Nacht. Das Problem wurde gelöst, was wir geschätzt haben, obwohl ein wenig mehr Folgemaßnahmen später den Service fühlen würden, vor allem angesichts des Preises des Aufenthalts. Auf der positiven Seite waren sie auch flexible mit unserer Abreisezeit, da wir später eine Transferreservierung hatten. Insgesamt waren die Lage, die Zimmer und die Aussichten sehr gut, und unser Aufenthalt wäre ohne die Drinage-Frage ausgezeichnet gewesen.

Ich weiß nicht einmal, wo mit Elizabeth zu beginnen... sie ist außergewöhnlich. Unser Aufenthalt in Theano Cave Suites war schön, unverschämt und genau wie im Internet abgebildet, aber Elizabeth ist, was unsere Erfahrung wirklich fühlt 5-star. Vor unserer Ankunft in Santorini hatte sie alles für uns geregelt. Ein privater Fahrer wartete am Hafen mit unserem Namen, unser Zimmer war früh bereit, und von dem Moment, als wir ankamen, mussten wir ehrlich über etwas nachdenken. Sie hat alles aus unserem Platte genommen. Jeden Morgen bereitete sie das unglaublichste Frühstück im Haus, jederzeit, was wir bevorzugt haben, und würde uns helfen, unseren Tag zu planen... wohin zu gehen, was zu sehen, Transport, Buchungen... alles. Sie hat sich irgendwie alles unermüdlich gefühlt, während sie immer noch unglaublich persönlich und echten ist. Mein Mann und ich wurden von ihr völlig abgestürzt. Wir haben uns tatsächlich entschieden, wegen der Erfahrung, die sie für uns geschaffen hat, eine Nacht in Santorini zu verbringen.  Die Suite selbst ist schön, sauber, friedlich und alles, was Sie wünschen... aber Elizabeth ist das, was diesen Ort unvergesslich macht. Ich kann mit Sicherheit sagen, dass ich, wenn wir nach Santorini zurückkehren, hier spezifischerweise zurückkehren würde, um Elizabeth wieder als Gastgeber zu bekommen. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einer sorglosen, luxuriösen und wirklich besonderen Erfahrung in Santorini... buchen Sie diesen Ort. Und wenn Sie Elizabeth um Sie kümmern, betrachten Sie sich unglaublich glücklich. Sie ist wirklich einer der besten Dinge, die diese Insel bietet. 🤍
