We traveled to this hotel for the first time as highly recommended by friends. We were not disappointed as the reception staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room and bathroom really clean. Bed very comfortable. Will definitely use Ramada hotel in future while visiting our family

Beautiful old manor house with adjoining buildings for bedrooms. Very comfortable bedrooms and excellent breakfast. Friendly , helpful staff. Beautiful grounds to walk around and very good gym and pool. Excellent value for the quality on offer

We stayed at Orchid Epsom for 10 days and had a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel is very well located with good accessibility to both local transport and nearby attractions, making it easy for us to get around during our trip. The property is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained — perfect for families looking for a calm place to return to after a busy day in London. What really stood out was the wonderful staff who made our stay memorable. A big thank you to Akhil, Nikhil, Abhishek, Hava, Safa, Ali, Darshini, and Laura — each of them went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of. Their friendly attitude, helpful suggestions, and warm hospitality made us feel at home. Overall, Orchid Epsom is a great choice for anyone visiting the area — a peaceful stay with exceptional staff and great service. Highly recommended, and we’d happily stay here again.

Ehrlich gesagt, am 2. Tag waren wir in den Ort verliebt, alle Mitarbeiter auf allen Abschnitten waren brillant. Alle Einrichtungen waren sauber, gut gepflegt und bis zu Spezifikation. Indoorpool, Außenpool, 2 Sauna, Eisbad, Tennisplätze, Orchard und Kinderspielplatz. Es gibt auch Archee, Fahrradverleih und sogar Bootsverleih, so dass Sie eine kleine Reise am Fluss haben. Wir haben nicht Frühstück gemacht, aber es gibt eine nette kleine Kaffeebar mit Gewürz und für das Abendessen das Hauptrestaurant arbeitet mit rund 30 Optionen ein Buffet-Stil, so dass Sie ein wenig von allem versuchen können. Die Qualität der Lebensmittel war auch sehr gut. Schließlich möchte ich nur erwähnen, dass mein Partner ein paar Behandlungen im Spa genossen und sagte, dass ihre Erfahrung großartig war. Lovely hotel! Would definitely stay again. On the same street as all the shops. The staff are incredibly friendly. Room service is excellent. My son was poorly so ordered a lot to our room and came within 20 mins. Room was spotless. Cannot fault.

Das schöne Hotel ist großartig, da es nur wenige Minuten vom Einkaufszentrum entfernt ist. Mein Mann und ich kamen für ein Wochenende weg und wir liebten, dass wir nur zu den Geschäften gehen können. Die Kfc und McDonald’s sind auch wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Zimmer selbst war schön, es hatte die üblichen Sachen, Eisen, Tee und Kaffee usw. Das Badezimmer war super klein, wenn Sie plus Größe, Sie kämpfen, im Bad zu liegen, aber es ist kein großes Problem. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, wir hatten sogar einen Cookie bei der Ankunft und sie haben uns eine freundliche 1 Stunde kostenfreie zusätzliche Zeit für die Abreise (wir zahlen £20 für die restlichen Stunden). Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel.

Ankunft im Hotel, zu treffen von einem wunderschönen jungen hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter namens Reuben. Er hat uns alles erzählt, was wir wissen mussten. Wir hatten auch Abendessen, Reuben servierte uns wieder. Das Essen war schön. Das Bett war schön und komfortabel und das englische Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Schönes Hotel, würde sicherlich wieder bleiben.

I stayed at the Bush Hotel Farnham while attending a memorial service. Overall, it was a great stay — the hotel is charming and well-located, with good cleanliness and amenities. The atmosphere felt calm and respectful, which suited the occasion. That said, the rooms felt quite dated. While everything was tidy and functional, the old-fashioned decor didn’t quite match the price point. Service was decent, though not exceptional. Still, a solid choice if you value tradition and a peaceful environment, but be aware the interiors may not be modern.
