Dieses Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Rezeption ist alle Frau sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr glücklich mit dem Service von ihnen. Das 2-Mann-Nacht-Personal war nicht hilfsbereit. Ich verstehe nicht, warum ich nicht für unser Zimmer trinken kann und das Ende des Aufenthalts bezahlen kann. Wir erhielten sogar einen Brief am Morgen, der außerhalb des Zimmers nicht in Umschlag, die jeder lesen kann ich überhaupt nicht gefällt, warum war Dater Schutz mit nicht vergessen, für unsere Bestellung, die wir uns sofort gemacht und hatte meinen vollen Namen auf.Wir aufenthalte für 3 Nächte, so was war ein solches Problem für diese 2 Nachtwechselmann. Andernfalls war unser Aufenthalt perfekt. Danke

Obwohl das Standard-Zweibettzimmer, das wir besetzt haben, ist ziemlich klein, ist gut dekoriert, hat moderne Möbel und ist unspottbar sauber. Es gibt eine kürzlich Dusche, ein TV, ein Fan, und Tee- und Kaffeemaschine Einrichtungen. Es gibt zwei elektrische Socken und 4 USB-Ausgänge neben jedem Bett. Während das Fenster entlang der Küste anstatt direkt aus dem Meer blickt, ist die Ansicht sehr angenehm. Das englische Frühstück war gut, und der Manager, Adam, sehr hilfreich. Es gibt Parkplätze auf einem harten Stand am Hotel. Das Meer und der Pfeiler sind nahe, und der Hauptkaufsbereich ist wandelbar. Insgesamt genossen wir unseren Aufenthalt viel. Zwei konstruktive Vorschläge sind (1) eine Schale im Badezimmer für Toiletten, die nicht oben auf dem gekürzten Tauchbecken stehen, und (2) die Bereitstellung eines Toilettenschranks.

Another wonderful stay. Reception staff warm and friendly. Upgraded to a sea view suite, lovely views over the bay, what a view to wake up to. Huge selection of fresh breakfast food, waiting staff very friendly and attentive.  Location is fantastic a few minutes walk down the hill to the harbour. Our 2nd stay at this hotel this year, 5 stays in total.

The room we were given was at the bottom of a flight of stairs resulting in a lot of noise disturbance throughout the day and night. The hotel itself feels a little dated and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The fire alarm at 7am was also an unwelcome wake up call. The breakfast was good, with a decent selection and the general location is good for accessing local walks and the costal path. Parking is a bit of a nightmare and you can end up with a lengthy walk to the hotel when it is busy.

Money we'll spent Perfect location and on point with cleanliness Feet away from beach and plenty of activities . Will be staying at Abbey sands Hotel in the future.

The building is old and has beautiful quirks. Bear in mind that due to the age of the building, you will hear a lot of floorboards creaking and noise from other rooms. My room had a bath and was very spacious. It was a shame no fridges, but the biggest problems for my stay was no WiFi as I was working for 4 days. The issue was 'managed' very badly by the manager and some reception staff. The problem started on day 1 and had a big impact on the enjoyment of my stay. I discussed it with the top manager on leaving and it was managed very well. I am just sad it wasn't resolved properly sooner and very disappointed with the staff. If you need WiFi I would check with the hotel in advance.

Große Probleme beim Einchecken, aber das war eigentlich trip.coms Fehler, weil nicht bestätigt die Buchung mit dem Hotel. Trip.com Zuerst musste ich mich über mein Geld beschweren trip.com der mich kompensiert, aber mit einem Kampf. Lage gut Sie Frühstück inbegriffen erwarten nichts Besonderes. Wie keine runden Eier. Torquay ist ziemlich teuer, so dass Alkohol und Getränkepreise im Hotel hoch sind. Sie können in 5 Minuten zu Marina gehen. Kein Parkplatz, so dass Sie Parkplätze bereit sein zu gehen

I always try and book a pre Xmas stay somewhere, with my children . I came across Woodford Bridge on a booking site , and it seemed to offer great value for money so I thought why not. There are some positives and negatives which I ll list below. Arrived on a dark and gloomy Tues evening, the roads are not particularly great , potholes galore in the area. In the dark its quite scary roads too, in the middle of nowhere !! Check in was straightforward, nice friendly staff , however I found they have a tendency to talk amongst themselves and leave you waiting for too long before saying ” can I help you ”? Apartment was very clean , modern and warm. Incredibly happy with the size of it. Easy location to the games room for my boys, which they enjoyed very much, the pool table and table tennis. However the lighting is not great around the steps , and also the warning paint on edges of steps have worn off , so I had to be very careful walking back to apt in the dark. Used swimming facilities , nice , clean , quiet . The other facilities looked good . Went to the pub on site one night. Lovely little place , although totally devoid of atmosphere, hopefully better at weekend when live music on. They definitely need something. Prices of wine extortionate 175ml for 7.25 . I had to contact reception as the seal around the oven was coming off, did this in the morning before we went to atlantic village. On our return it was still hanging off, so had to contact reception again. Although I really liked the apt , there are a couple of improvements needed I feel. Firstly I could not find a chopping board or fish slice in the kitchen. As a single female with 2 children I also did nt feel safe as the apts can be accessed by anyone , there needs to be a key card reader on the entrance to the block , not just the apt door. Overall , it was a nice enough stay but I Don t think we d return. Probably much nicer in the Summer , and more going on in the area

Das Hotel ist in einer idealen Lage für uns. Wir waren in einem Zimmer mit herrlicher Meerblick auf jeden Morgen aufwachen. Das Frühstück war sehr hochwertig und gab uns einen großen Start zum Tag. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr sauber und jede Anlage wird verwendet scheint zu einem guten Standard gepflegt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Hotelzimmern, in denen ich geblieben bin. Das Badezimmer war sicherlich größer als der Durchschnitt und umfasste eine gute Dusche mit viel heißem Wasser unter guter Druck. Selbst wenn die anderen Tapeten verwendet wurden, schien die Dusche völlig unberührt zu bleiben. Ein paar kleine Details, die unseren Aufenthalt verbessert hätten. Eine Arbeitlift, während unseres Besuchs war es aus der Ordnung. Aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht zerstört. Das andere Details wäre ein kleiner Stuhl (oder ähnlich) im Badezimmer. Alle Mitarbeiter trafen sich so freundlich, näher und hilfsbereit, sie alle scheinen gerne zu gewährleisten, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt in The Osborne genossen. Wir nahmen einen Spaziergang um einige der Grundstücke, die alle sehr gut gepflegt scheinen. Wir gingen auch aus dem Grundstück und über die Bucht am Meadfoot, seine tolle Lage zu wandeln und genießen die frische Meeresluft. Würden wir hier nochmal bleiben? Wir haben sicherlich bereits über unseren nächsten Besuch gesprochen.

Sichere Tiefgarage. Liegt oben in der Fußgängerzone der Stadt. Alle örtlichen Geschäfte, Restaurants und der Bahnhof sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel und verfügen über alle üblichen Annehmlichkeiten wie Tee, Kaffee, Haartrockner, Bügelbrett, TV, Telefon, Kombinationssafe für Wertsachen und gute Sitzgelegenheiten. USB-Anschlüsse und Steckdosen. Die Zimmerreinigung ist sehr effizient und der Hotelservice ist ausgezeichnet Das Restaurant bietet zu allen Mahlzeiten eine große und abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte. Die Preise sind wettbewerbsfähig und die Qualität ist hoch
