Das Hotel hat eine sehr hohe Lage und bequeme Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Personal an der Rezeption war beim Check-in freundlich und professionell. Der Service und die Sauberkeit des Hotelfrühstücks entsprechen wirklich nicht der Hotelnote. Ich habe in vielen Fünf-Sterne-Hotels übernachtet. Dies ist das erste Mal, dass beim Frühstück die Unterschrift jedes Zimmergastes erforderlich ist, die Zimmernummer notiert wird und Die Anzahl der registrierten Personen. Ich möchte nur jedes Mal wissen, wann. Weiß das Hotel, wie viele Personen in jedem Zimmer inklusive Frühstück sind? Kommunizieren die Abteilungen nicht miteinander? Und es ist in Ordnung, wenn Sie sich einmal registrieren und verstehen können. Der Schlüssel besteht darin, jedes Mal nachzufragen, mindestens ein paar Minuten Verzögerung. Sagen Sie „Hallo“, wenn Sie in anderen Hotels ein- und ausgehen, aber im Frühstücksraum werden Sie es nie sehen. Und oft befinden sich Fremdkörper in der Frühstücksschüssel oder sie ist klebrig.

酒店的裝飾及風格非常有內蒙古特色，酒店大堂香氛很香，很高級的香味，特別表揚前台辦入住退房效率很高，會根據我的喜好來安排房間，態度也很好，很有禮貌。退房有禮賓員給我們叫好了車，很感動，酒店有這樣紳士的工作人員對客人的入住體驗及服務上的感受真的非常重要。整理房間也很乾凈仔細，非常專業。房間還可以送餐，酒店整體裝修很好，客房很豪華，酒店房間床柔軟舒適，房間裏設施完善，房間裏的咖啡機很好用，有衣帽間，洗手間乾濕分離，酒店還送了歡迎水果，很貼心。強烈推薦早餐食材新鮮又暖胃，中西結合，而且有各種鮮榨果汁不錯。酒店大堂吧可以享用下午茶，服務很好，有要求都能得到滿足。健身房器材也都是大牌，游泳池也很乾凈，五星級配套完善。酒店的網速也是非常快。酒店也有免費停車場，無論是餐廳還是客房，每個工作人員的態度都讓我感覺無可挑剔。

Gute Lage mit vielen Geschäften und Einkaufszentrum direkt neben ihr. Viele kleine Restaurants umgeben. Sauber und ein wenig Verwirrung beim Aufstieg in Ihr Zimmer, je nachdem, welche Block A oder B, außer dass alles gut ist.

Very good location and very clean facilities. However, be aware that the hotel reception is not used to foreigners. We had a difficult time registering our stay with local authorities.

Hotel ist sehr zentral an der Kreuzung der beiden Metrolinien gelegen (Ausgang C nehmen!). Etwas weiter Weg zum Fahrstuhl. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, die Betten bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, aber ohne Kaffee/Tee. Waschmaschine und Trockner können kostenlos benutzt werden.

I recently stayed at Wanda Vista, and honestly, it was such a nice experience from start to finish. The hotel is super comfy, with clean and cozy rooms that make it easy to just relax and chill. What made the biggest impression was the staff. Everyone I came across was so friendly and welcoming,they genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a good time. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, they all went above and beyond to make me feel at home.Overall, it was such a relaxing and pleasant stay. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable place with awesome people!

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in China. Excellently styled, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Great food and good Wi-Fi. Centrally located. But, most of all, the staff were so friendly and welcoming.
