Ein super Hotel. Verwöhnung hoch 2! Mit Kaffemaschine im Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Auch wenn Check in um 15 Uhr, hab einfach das Gepäck in Foaier lassen dürfen und so die Stadt besuchen können, Mittag essen etc.

Of course the rooms have been renovated but the hotel retained the charm of 1960s style

Optisch gepflegtes Hotel. Technisch alles bestens.
Frühstück leider sehr minimalistisch und nicht lecker. Von Eierspeisen nur kalte (!) Rühreier, die auf Anforderung im Warmwasserbad aufgewärmt werden.Sehr hellhöriges Hotel wird häufig von den Reisegruppen gebucht. Unsere Nächte waren schlaflos, da eine Gruppe Alkohol gesoffen hat und sehr viel Lärm in den Zimmern und in den allgemeinen Räumen verursacht hat. Hotelangestellten reagierten nicht.
Wenn Du Ruhe brauchst meide das Hotel.

The service was great and professional. We stayed only for 2 nights to go on the boat tour to the antarctic. I'm really happy towards the end where we checked out but we were allowed to keep our luggages at the hotel while we explored the city for the last time. The young staff, didn't catch his name, was very helpful and assisted us with ordering a 🚕. Only downside would be the carpet in the room didn't look very clean, but aside from that it was great.

Das Hotel ist ein einzigartiges Gebäude, sehr charakteristisch, die Lage ist sehr bequem, das Zimmer ist warm und sauber, die Heizung ist sehr gut, das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut, zum ersten Mal im Aufenthalt, die Erfahrung ist sehr gut, stark empfohlen.

El Hostel es excelente! Muy acogedor, el recibimiento por parte de Luis y Gerardo fue una de las mejores recepciones que he tenido en mi vida. ¡Nos sentimos como en casa! Todo el espacio estaba súper limpio, jabón corporal, champú y acondicionador disponibles. Toallas nuevas y de buena calidad... La cocina tenía todos los elementos disponibles para cocinar si era necesario y un desayuno excelente. A pesar de todas las cosas que formaron parte de la buena experiencia, las personas que formaron parte de ella se destacaron. Buena conversación, simple como una conversación entre amigos, mucha ayuda con información local y muchas historias de vida interesantes. Luis, Gerardo. Te deseo toda la suerte en todos tus proyectos. Un abrazo Rodrigo y Vale.

KKazzy travelerBack again after five years. I had room 807 on the top floor facing the plaza. It had a smallish double glazed dormer window that had seals that were hard, but due to the lack of traffic there was very little traffic noise. A bit of hallway noise due to the gappy door. I found the bed and pillows to be very comfortable. There was a sofa bed in the room but no mattress. Only Chilean PowerPoints in the room with no USB outlets. No kettle, no bottled water, no slippers, no robes. Hotel instructions and information including menus where via a QR code on one wall. Typical South American buffet breakfast with lukewarm runny scrambled eggs, nice hams and cheese. No bacon or sausages were offered. Average pot coffee. I ordered a poorly made bitter cortado the first morning and it cost $3,000 pesos extra. I had excellent dinners in the beautifully renovated Faro restaurant all three nights of my stay.
One of the great things about this hotel is that there are free MTB bikes available for guests for the limited number of bike paths available. Would stay again.

JJasin LinaBreathtakingly Gorgeous, At the first I was arrived at parking lot, I thought I am making the wrong booking.
But when I entered, it's relief looks very nice living room, and then when approach to the simple lobby, wow, the reception is very friendly and very helpful.
She walk with us to the room, and wowww, the view is spectacular.
We book for 2 night here, I am a bit regret, why not just stay for 4 night here ??
The location is a bit far from the city, but it's wort it, I will love to come back if I visit Punta Arenas again
The Design of the room is amazingly gorgeous, full of arts, same as at the living room, there is a museums too
Strongly recommend all type of traveler to stay here, it a MUST

GGastnutzerDie Kontrolle im Gange ist glatt und klar. Die Mitarbeiter des Front Desk Hotel haben alle Informationen Schritt für Schritt und geduldig gegeben. Jeder Gast wird eine komplimentarische Getränke in der Bar mit allen Getränken erhalten und eingeladen, zur 18:30 Lamm Party beizutreten. Wir haben das 2/F Restaurant für das Abendessen reserviert und auch ein Getränk und Essen in der Bar, beide sind lecker mit guter Service. Der Pool, den wir zweimal gefahren haben, war sauber und mit wunderschönen Blicken. Wir haben auch das Spa reserviert, es war großartig und entspannt. Das Zimmer ist genau das gleiche wie das Webfoto, das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Empfehlen Sie Freund und Familie.

Für das Frühstück , ich denke es ist soso , die Frühstückszeit beginnt @6:30 , wie die Mitarbeiter sagte , wenn Sie irgendeinen Plan und u hv zu gehen vor 6:30 , u hv zu beantragen.Dann , sie werden u das Frühstück früher / takeout. Ich habe für das frühe Frühstück gebeten , aber ich wurde abgelehnt . Auch , Es gibt ein Restaurant namens Santolla , ich denke Santolla es ist ein “muss” zu versuchen !

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist während meiner Reise zu den besten. Das Layout hat ein norwegisches Gefühl, sehr praktisch und effizient. Das Personal hier ist wirklich ein Geschirr, sehr hilfreich und freundlich über den Aufenthalt. Es ist so komfortable, dass ich sicher wählen werde, hier wieder zu bleiben. Der Nebensitz ist das Fehlen von Aufzügen, aber das Personal wird helfen, das Gepäck zu tragen.

JJelle SDieser Ort verdient 10 Sternen von 5, seine perfekt gelegen, sehr nahe dem Busterminal, supermarkt über die Straße, der Gastgeber ist super freundlich, wirklich wunderschön dekorierter Ort, PERFEKT BEDDEN UND DUSCHEN, gutes Frühstück, Gepäcklagerung, wenn Sie später auschecken, zu Fuß zu allem, Ich glaube nicht, dass Sie einen besseren Ort finden können, um in Punta Arenas zu bleiben. Wahrscheinlich eines der besten Orte, die ich in Patagonia geblieben habe!

JJayyy3126Great place for the price. The WiFi signal is weak for the rooms at the back it kept disconnecting. The heater was not working that well the one in the bathroom worked well though but there were abundant blankets. Other than that for the price it was a great place. The girl that takes care of the place is a darling. Always willing to help. Location was great very close to the central plaza and the waterfront.
