It’s still 15 min drive from the airport and shuttle needs to be booked 48 hours ahead. We did NOT know as did not check the hotel WhatsApp profile picture that says so in Spanish… but they did provide us shuttle transfer for free the next morning upon our request at check-in. Facilities are nice despite of average service

야외 수영장은 온수가 아니어서 현재는 물이 매우 차가워서 수영을 할 수 없었습니다.
하지만 gym 시설이 좋았습니다.
간단한 과일, 물이 구비되어있었습니다.
특히 물, 탄산수는 계속 공급되어 부족함 없이 즐겼습니다.
샤워부스에 문제가 있었는데 방 교체는 물론 와인까지 선물로 주셔서 서비스에 다시 한 번 감동했습니다!

第二次來了，挺喜歡這個酒店的，後面是山，附近有**** 便利店，打車三公里左右有大型商超，就是房間有點小，早餐一般

Gutes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt im Providencia-Bezirk, in der Nähe aller Hauptattraktionen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Von den oberen Etagen gibt es einen guten Blick auf die Stadt und den Sonnenuntergang. Auf den Punkten, die Sie wissen müssen: Das Klimaanlage im Zimmer liegt nahe dem Bett und das macht Schlaf nicht sehr komfortabel. Auch ich würde mir nicht auf die Rezeption verlassen, die für Sie ein Taxi ruft - in unserem Fall kündigte ihr Partnerunternehmen am Morgen kurz vor unserem Flug eine 45-minütige Wartezeit an.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und der Umzug ist die erste Wahl. Im Gegenteil des Passagiertransportgebäudes ist das Zeichen sehr deutlich. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und sauber, es gibt kein Bergwasser in dem Zimmer, aber Sie können jeden Tag die Rezeption um das Bergwasser bitten.

Ich mag den Service des Rezeptors sehr, geben Sie Menschen ein freundliches Gefühl, dass ich mit mehreren Rezeptoren in Kontakt gekommen bin, dass ihr Service am besten ist und sehr intim ist. Ich hoffe, dass ich das nächste Mal wiederkommen kann!

Ich mochte dieses Hotel sehr, als wir hier waren, und wir hatten uns sehr reiche gesunde Kuchen geschenkt.
Das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel, das spektakuläre Bett ist das perfekte Aussichtsbild.
Vor dem Arauco Park
Das ausgezeichnete Frühstück hat uns mehr Zeit in den Anlagen verlassen.
Ich empfehle es.

GGuest UserI loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night.
There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix.
The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish.
Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

ZZHENTAODie Umgebung ist wunderschön, die Lage ist gut, es gibt einen großen Supermarkt daneben, die Zimmer sind komfortabel und hygienisch, der Morgen ist reichhaltig, das Servicepersonal ist sehr enthusiastisch, bereit, alle Arten von Hilfe zu leisten, und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Die Einrichtungen sind sehr benutzerfreundlich und die Landschaft vor dem Fenster ist gut. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, aber auch beim nächsten Mal.

LLinaIt was my Best Stay ever from this 21 days trip in South America, Hilton Garden Inn has the best room design especially the bath room.
I have accident in Torres Del Paine and have to fly from Puerto Natales to Chile for surgery, after surgery I was check in to Hilton Garden Inn
in other hotels i can't wash my hair due to my hand is only one left, but with in here i will be able to manage shower and wash my hair too
Speedy check in and friendly staff actually surprise me, and they speak English too :)
In Punta Arenas I was struggles with the language, especially in Hospital, OMG
The room is very clean and pillow is perfect with the very soft linen
Breakfast also Best, from what I experiences in other hotel in Chile city and Punta Arenas
I am back home now, but i still miss this hotel and can't wait to give a big hug and sincerely thanks to all staff
I highly recommend this hotel, and i meet lots of socker players stay here too.

AAAYADas beste Auswahl mit perfekten Dienstleistungen. RQ Santa Magdalena Hotel war neu und sehr komfortabel mit so schönem Innen- und Außenbereich. Es ist so beste Lage in der Nähe des Mall Costanera Center und CBD. Sehr schöne Aussichten. Auch die Hotelzimmer mit der Küche, einschließlich aller Küchenausstattung und Zubehör. Das Front Desk des Hotels war sehr freundlich und warm. Mein Flug war früh am Morgen nach meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Vordertafel (Ihr Name war Catalina) gab mein Frühstück an meinem Zimmer am Vortag. Auch sie gab mir ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit ausgezeichneten Aussichten. Das Fenster war auf der Suche nach dem Sky Costanera Center, ich bin so dankbar für das Hotel-Vorzeigebüro Catalina und ihre Kollegin, die ein Mann war. Ich möchte ihnen nochmals viel zu danken sagen. Bis bald wieder in schöner Santiago de Chile 🇨🇱💕👍👍

CCUILIDas Hotel befindet sich in einer High-End-Gemeinde, umgeben von vielen guten Restaurants. Es gibt ein chinesisches Restaurant in der Diagonale gegenüber dem Street Food-Thema jedes Landes. Ich bestellte sechs empfohlene Gerichte, von denen jedes gut war. Bestellt eine Flasche chilenischen 18 Lohan, der Preis ist ähnlich wie im Supermarkt. Das Design und die Dekoration des Hotels sind sehr künstlerisch. Skulpturen und Gemälde werden im ersten Stock verkauft. Der Service ist gut, die Zimmer sind geräumig, es gibt viele Frühstücksoptionen und Begrüßungsgetränke werden serviert. Sie können sie auf der Terrasse im 9. Stock bestellen. Der Begleiter sagte, der Service sei viel besser als das nahe gelegene Ritz-Carlton. Ich habe mir auch einen Wasserkocher an der Rezeption geliehen, um heißes Wasser zu machen. Das Restaurant im negativen ersten Stock ist auch sehr gut und die Preise sind angemessen. Es gibt auch ein japanisches Restaurant neben dem Hotel. Es gibt Einkaufszentren an drei oder vier Kreuzungen.

DdisasterEXEMeine Frau und ich waren vor vier Jahren für unseren Hochzeitstag hier. Es scheint, als ob der Ort die gleiche geblieben ist, was kein Kompliment ist. Das Zimmer wurde getaucht, aber keine Slips wurden uns gegeben. Die Klimaanlage würde laut und zufällig während der Nacht, die mich wachbrachte, buzzen. Aus irgendeinem Grund mussten Badewanne drainhalter beantragt werden, und die zwei Nächte, die ich für eine beantragt habe, wurde mir gesagt, sie waren alle raus. Ich verbrachte zwei Nächte, um ein Bad zu nehmen, um sich zu entspannen, und ich konnte es nicht.
Die Aufzüge sind extrem alt und müssen ernsthaft ersetzt werden - die Tür würde vor uns geschlossen, wenn wir auf eine warten und ich wurde einmal von den Türen gefangen.
Das beste Teil dieses Hotels ist das Frühstück. Es hat eine große Vielfalt und die Qualität der Obst und Geschmack ist ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist auch sehr nett.

MMarcelomy personal experience was excellent. I used the hotel as a base while I travelled to different parts of Chile and also a side trip overseas. They accommodated my request to live my main bag in storage while I used my smaller bags to travel. Staff was always friendly and the food at the restaurant was great, the staff in the restaurant were very nice also. I love the location, next to the Costanera Centre and the San Cristobal Metropolitan Park. Went for hikes around the park many times
aAtransfer to the airport or Uber is really convenient as one of the motorway to the airport is close by making the trip very quick.
It's not the cheapest option fro everyone but the facilities, cleanliness and location makes it worth the price.
