Beim Einchecken am Abend stellte uns die Rezeption-Sister sehr freundlich vor. Das Frühstück ist auch gut, zwei Optionen können Sie wählen, wie das Bild, die andere ist frisch und viele Getränke. Das Zimmer ist groß genug, sauber genug, schlafen Sie komfortabel. Der Service ist auch sehr schnell, was Sie brauchen, gehen Sie zur Rezeption und suchen Sie ihn, um ihn zu finden (Telefon kann nicht 😂 verwendet werden), und schicken Sie ihn sehr schnell. Es gibt auch Tischballzimmer (frei) und Waschmaschine (2.5～ 3 🔪) Trockner (2 🔪). Kostenlose Parkplätze!

Alles ist großartig. Schönes, anturiöses Hotel. Sehr willkommenes Personal, Frühstück ist schwach. Lage ist ausgezeichnet.

We just came back from our 4 nights stay. The Inn looked clean and offered a good breakfast, although in a different building. That is pretty much it. Our stay was not the most pleasant though. We booked a room for 3 people (we were traveling with our teenage kid) and at the time of booking I specified that I needed a room large enough for three people and an additional bed for our son. I called the Inn twice in the week prior to our arrival to make sure we had the room we needed and to let them know that we were arriving late in the evening. We arrived on Thursday night at 9 pm to find out that the room we were given was incredibly small and there was no place for an additional bed. The receptionist, a foreign student, called the manager who told her to add a cot to the already small room. We asked for another room and we were offered a room on the third story that was identical to the one we were given but with an awful smell and we declined it. The receptionist told us to either take the room we were assigned or leave. Little caveat, we had already prepaid a non refundable rate and at this time of the year there are no rooms available on Old Orchard Beach without a reservation. The receptionist did not seem to understand the conundrum of the prepaid non refundable stay and did not want to call the manager a second time to try to help us out. We did not want to lose the money we had already disbursed for our vacation so we had no choice but to take the room we were given, move the furniture around to fit a cot bed between our bed and a bureau (which then we could not use because his bed was right against the drawers). Every night we had to move all the luggage against the door to have enough space for the three of us to get to the tiniest bathroom you can think of (a closet repurposed as a bathroom). I do not understand why they accepted the reservation and ended up messing up with our vacation. They could have rejected the reservation saying that they did not have a room for us and I would have booked a room somewhere else. This small room could have worked for a couple but did not work for a family. The room service is offered every other day which meant leaving wet towels from 3 people's showers on the bathroom for an entire day. On one day, I asked for a garbage bag and put the wet towels outside the floor for someone to pick up. Same for the garbage. They sat there in the hallway until the next day. How do they expect people to shower every day, without a change of towels, especially after spending a day at the beach? There are a lot of things that could have been done better. We have been at OOB several times and other motels offer a much better service. I think there is a lot of potential but they need better management. Will not stay there again.

Ausgezeichnete Betten, Lage und Aussichten. Der Strand war fantastisch, auch im Winter.
