Bed was very firm and difficult to get comfortable. Breakfast was decent but items were limited. Coffee was excellent. Room location was ideal.

2 stays ago had to wait in the lobby for an hour after check in(3p) since the room wasn’t cleaned yet. This time, wasn’t allowed to switch rooms since I booked online. It was Sunday afternoon and there was hardly a guest in the whole damn place. The breakfast was dismal,, and the hot tub wasn’t working—again!  I realize the online rate was $60/nite and we live in a get-what-you-pay-for culture, but come on. This is AmericInn, not Motel 6. So next time if I have to pay more, I’ll pay more…somewhere else.

I had booked through trip.com, it didn't give me the option to let them know we had a dog. So originally booked a 2 queen bed and 1 pull out couch Suite. We got there and they said the suite wasnt pet friendly so we got downgraded and had to get a cot and the room was smaller obviously but the room actually costed more with the $40 pet fee than the the price of the suite.

とても親切なスタッフでした。 部屋も汚いと思うところは特になく、タオルがたくさんありました。 アメニティは、タオル、シャンプー、リンス、石鹸 ドライヤー、アイロン、テレビ、Wi-Fiが使えました！ 朝食は自分で好きなのを取るスタイルです。りんご、食パン、ベーグル、ワッフル（自分で焼く）、オートミール、コーヒー、ジュース、その他ジャム、バターなどでおかずのようなものはありませんが十分満足できました。

Alles war großartig. Sie hatten einen 24-Stunden-Service-Desk. Das war schön, weil wir keine Zeit hatten, um um 3:00 Uhr zu checken, weil wir bei einer Hochzeit waren. Die Vordertafel Dame war schön. Der Haartrockner hatte ein Haar aushängend. Aber alles andere war gut.

Wir haben 2 Zimmer reserviert. Andere Zimmer Kühlschrank & Bürostuhl funktioniert nicht. Otjer Zimmer TV funktioniert nicht. Zimmer sind dunkel, dunkel gibt es keine einzige Lampe im Desk.

Clean and spacious room, and the staff was more than accommodating. For the price I very much recommend this place. Thank you and I'll see you next time.

 Es liegt in einer schönen Stadt. Alles ist OK, nichts besonderes es gibt keine Zahnbürste, aber das Bett ist gut.
