This hotel is exactly like the other reviews: old, poor soundproof, hard beds, but really well located. However, the room I booked was way too noisy: I think it was next to the street because I could hear people shouting late at night and in the morning. I could hear them way too well, even though there was no window in the room. It was that bad that I asked to change rooms. Fortunately we got upgraded to another room for free. This one was on the second floor, I could finally sleep and get some rest in peace, but if people passed by talking, I could still hear them. At least not a lot of people passed by. The rest is OK, as you can see in the pictures. Beds could be softer for a hotel, but for the price I paid, I won’t complain. The hotel is at first hard to find because its entrance is in a small lane, but conveniently located near Dongguan and Pishi streets, as well as Ge and Ho gardens (approx. 20 mins walking each).

The stay was amazing! The river view inn made it feel very authentic and turned it into a relaxing getaway. Prime location just a walks away from famous streets for that natural getaway, and also major shopping malls. Great amenities and the friendliest staff. The boss and the sweetest cleaning staff made our stay super enjoyable from helping loading our bags to the didi on check-out day, providing us with his very own made, in-depth Suzhou travel guide and also giving us fresh fruit to eat! 100% recommend!!! :)

Ein sehr sauberes und elegantes Hotel sehr nahe dem Löwengarten 子林 und alle Hauptattraktionen. Alle modernen Einrichtungen und sehr freundliches Personal, das Bett war so komfortable und die Umgebung sehr ruhig , so wirklich eine gute Nacht’s Schlaf 😴 Ausgezeichneter Ort zum Aufenthalt, wirklich bequeme Lage und würde es allen empfehlen ! Die Hotels sind sehr bequem, sehr nahe von der Wälder des Lieges, andere Attraktionen sind nicht weit entfernt, und es ist sehr bequem, viele Restaurants zu essen. Das Hotel ist voller chinesischer Wind, Elegance und Schönheit und ist auch sehr sauber. Die Geräte sind sehr neu, das Bett ist besonders komfortabel, die Rezeption ist sehr herzlich freundlich, das Hotel in Suzhou ist das beste, das ich wohne. Ich werde hier auch wählen, wenn ich die Chance habe, zu kommen, empfehlen!

Ich nahm mein Kind zum Spaß mit zur Nianhua-Bucht und übernachtete im Nianhua Inn in der Nianhua-Bucht. Die Ausstattung des Gasthofes ist relativ einfach. Außerdem war der Boden sehr rutschig und die Hausschuhe waren nicht rutschfest, sodass sowohl das Kind als auch mein Mann stürzten. Aber der Service des Personals war wirklich herzlich. Unser Butler Shou Zihao hat uns sehr aufmerksam bedient. Nachdem wir eingecheckt hatten, kontaktierten sie mich über WeChat. Der Spielplan für die Aufführungen im Park wurde mir zugesandt. Am zweiten Tag der Reise regnete es. Wir hatten gerade im Park zu Abend gegessen, aber der starke Regen hinderte uns daran, uns zu bewegen. Ich habe Shou Zihao mit der Absicht kontaktiert, es zu versuchen. Was mich überraschte, war, dass die Haushälterin Shou Zihao sofort Kontakt mit der Elektroautofirma aufnahm, um mein Problem zu lösen. Vielen Dank an die Haushälterin Shou Zihao. This inn is in such a beautiful location. I only stayed one night, but definitely want to come back and stay longer. The host was warm and friendly. We connected on WeChat the day before and she provide a waypoint for gps when booking a car. She met up with me in the pedestrian street outside of the town’s gate to guide me in and helped with the luggage. The location is very convenient. This is an ancient town so the street surfaces are stone slabs and uneven cobblestones. But going in is mostly smooth, cross one bridge and the inn is right there, about as close to the entrance and as least hassle as you can get. The waterway in front of the inn is travelled by the row boats whether they’re on the day or evening tour route so there’s plenty to people watch from the balcony. Overall a great place, great host, and highly recommended. Little tip, if you can store luggage at the airport or train station, take only what you need for your stay so you don’t have too much luggage to weigh you down for the trek in and out. The balcony rooms are walkup only.

Hôtel was in a good location, we can go to the lake just by walking

We booked two great little rooms here on the main floor. One of them was GORGEOUS and had a little balcony that you could sit in the sun in the morning. The other room was clean and tidy but more basic. The owner was so nice. He answered all my questions on WeChat, waited up for us in the evening to let us in and helped store our bags the next morning when we went for a walk. **NOTE: to enter the old town you will need to pay 100 rmb per person if entering before 5:00 PM. If you plan on staying here keep this in mind. If you’re wanting to explore the city that day then great! You can walk around and see the attractions. Otherwise, wait until after 5:00 PM to check in.

The hotel is located within Zhouzhuang Old Town, making it convenient to visit nearby museums. If you enter the old town after 5 PM, you can avoid the entrance fee. The hotel is also situated next to a temple, but unfortunately, the temple is currently under renovation and not open to tourists. One issue to note is the presence of mosquitoes, so be sure to bring insect repellent. Zhouzhuang offers a stunning night view — highly recommended! Don’t miss the boat ride; it costs 220 yuan per ride and can accommodate up to 6 people, including infants.
