The stay was good mainly because of the location. The room was very spacious it could easily fit around 5–6 people even with just one bed, which was really nice. They also have an elevator, which made everything more convenient. However, the downside was that the bed had a slight smell, and the towels didn’t feel very fresh and were a bit rough. Good thing they were able to provide me with a new towel when I asked. Overall, it was still a nice stay, but the bed and towels could definitely be improved.

Ich kam in der Nacht, verstand nicht wirklich, wie zu lösen, als der Kontaktlose Eingang, aber die Anweisungen wurden per Post gesendet. Ich nahm das Apartment zum ersten Mal. Im Zimmer sauber war alles notwendig. Waschmaschine, Hygiene. Ich mag die Lage wirklich. Der Strand ist in 7 Minuten. Andererseits 7-eleven, Geschäfte, Austausche und ATMs im nächsten Gebäude. Auf dem Rückweg werde ich dort wohnen. Es gibt auch einen Pool, Fitness, einen Spaziergang im 4. Stock.

Ehrliche Bewertung2 für unseren 2-Nacht-Übernachtung: *Im Gegensatz zu anderen airbnb, Sie bieten keine Grundanforderungen an die Dusche. Kein kostenloses Flaschenwasser auch bei Ankunft. * Kühlschrank ist vor unserem Aufenthalt nicht sauber. *Synk und Stoß sind auch nicht gereinigt. * nicht genau das gleiche wie gepostet. Der Ort ist immer noch gut, wenn Sie nicht so sensibel sind mit all den oben genannten Dingen. Wir haben immer noch geholfen, unseren Aufenthalt zu genießen. 😊

We like the room it is so clean, water is good. The service is okay but at the pool area it says it will close at 9pm so we went there fast so that we can swim for a little bit of time but when we went there it was already close and the attendant was not so nice. The other staff told us it was still open but in our dismay it was not they should at least have the same information so that we will expect that we could swim so that we could really enjoy our stay. We just went to the gym and the attendant also did not inform that he is going to run of the light 😔. But overall it still okay. Thanks to the other staff attended our needs.

There was a cockroach, but in all kinda clean. Beside 7eleven, but walking time is around 10 mins. The contingent is not high class at all. You have a pool but no sun-beds.. The TV glitching for response, but good there is Netflix! And to find out WiFi password and login you can only in the auto message. So if you’ve got no internet, then you can’t reach to connect to WiFi.. Good thing they responded at night. Bad thing I couldn’t get login and password for good two days, only response after all with a screenshot that it was in auto message. So there is like two different people managing responses. One fast and good, another rude and slow. So left with mixed emotions after all. And! Don’t forget you will have charge for any small thing like if you don’t remove your shoes, if you didn’t switch off the ac and stuff. The check out is BEFORE 11am! Not 12pm. Be careful. Another thing, there is nothing beside. You will need a car or motorbike every time you wanna go somewhere. On the territory many securities which is really good! That’s like, if you okay with insects and low class surrounding - you will be good 👍 Also, there is nothing beside far two cafes, which I don’t recommend. The food was awful in the one that is left side. And on the right side there is ladyboys servicing. In general it was okay/good. Just was scared from the big cockroach 🙈

If you’re looking for a clean and cozy Airbnb near the airport with pool and gym access, this is a solid choice. The location is very convenient, especially for early flights or short trips. The unit feels new and well-maintained, with a cozy and modern interior. It comes with fast WiFi and Netflix, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen with complete appliances is perfect if you prefer cooking your own meals. Towels and basic guest kits were also provided, which made the stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated having access to the swimming pool and gym. The pool was spacious enough to enjoy without feeling crowded. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making the overall stay smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this is a clean, well-equipped Airbnb with great amenities and a convenient airport location. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice ~ Nicht weit vom Flughafen Mactan entfernt. Am nächsten Tag geht es zum Flughafen super bequem und in der Nähe ist es sehr bequem. Restaurant, Bar, Massage und so weiter können Sie bis zum ～～ Es ist sehr bedauerlich, dass das Hotel etwas spät ist. Ich bin nicht am Strand gefahren, ich möchte das nächste Mal gehen.

The hotel rooms are already old but they’re clean. What makes the stay perfect, fun and comfortable are the staff working together in this hotel. I absolutely love their servicemen. From the guards, baggage assistants, receptionists, housekeeper, and the chef/cook in the restaurant. You will never find this kind of team work and perfect customer service even from other high-end hotels. They are well synchronized and respectful. Approachable, name everything you need from the hotel staff, they are what you want to be surrounded with while staying in a hotel. I even extended my stay here for another day!!!

The Residences need updating and I had a problem with roaches in two different rooms. The hotel was nice about it and moved me to different rooms, in the end I changed to a deluxe room in the Hotel, my recommendation would be to select the Hotel rather than the residences as the hotel has been updated and the residences haven't yet and badly need to be done. Whether in the residences or the hotel rooms the TV and their use of IPTV is difficult as the tv movie program often cuts out due to the internet signal being poor and it is a pain to get it to back onto the channel. Even with the difficulties of bugs in the two rooms I had at the residences I was not offered anything complementary or any form of compensation. The breakfast was okay with lots of options mostly Filipino style items, however when I asked for a latte I was told it would be an extra charge, black normal coffee is standard. It is close to Ayala mall.
