Hôtel de très belle apparence, bien entretenu et superbement décoré pour la période de Noël. Il se situe à proximité de la grande plage. Le personnel à la réception est accueillant, souriant et disponible. Nous avons bénéficié d'une offre avec. Petit déjeuner et dîner pour 2 personnes. La salle de repas est spacieuse, nous ne mangeons pas juste à côté de l'assiette du voisin. Les chambres sont propres, bien aménagées ainsi que la salle de bain attention cependant, je pense que nous étions dans une chambre économique au 2 ème étage sans ascenseur... Pas de soucis pour nous mais les escaliers sont assez raides , donc attention pour certaines personnes. Le Petit déjeuner est un des points forts de l'hôtel, bcp de choix et varié. Pour le dîner, nous avions sélectionné un vin espagnol de la cuvée Fletcher et dans aucun regret Alors vient le point négatif de notre séjour... 3 jeunes femmes(filles) s'occupent et de la réception et du service. On est gentiment accueilli pour le dîner, là la table que nous choisissons n'est pas propre, nous patientons ... La jeune fille nous apporte les carteS, je lui fais remarquer et elle réagit directement. Nous prenons commande de l'apéro qui se fait attendre pendant de longues minutes... Finalement mon mari voit notre plateau , se déplace lui même au bar et ses glaçons sont fondus dans son rhum.... Il redemande des glaçons, mais déception, le rhum a pris le goût de l'eau 😞 La jeune fille remarque que nous nous sommes déplacés pour les boissons et nous apporte le vin, là, surpris, elle nous présente du vin blanc... Après expliquations elle trouve et nous apporte la bonne bouteille. Arrivent directement les plats, apportés par le chef auquel nous faisons remarquer que nous n'avons ni couverts, ni serviettes... Le repas terminé, pas de réaction et c'est nous qui demandons que la table soit débarrassée... Nous terminons le repas par un pousse café, rien a signaler pour cette partie. Nous avons bien mangé et avons passé un beau weekend, nous y retournerons sûrement mais quelle déception face à cette mauvaise gestion due à du personnel inexpérimenté et désorganisé....

A package bought on weekend desk lead us to this place and it was a great stay. The hotel is top, people are helpful and sympathetic, the venue is of high comfort and warm full. The atmosphere is great and decorated is top and n way furbished. The rooms are large space with top bedding and large bathroom. The spa is very well equipped rand clean with 2 jacuzzis and different saunas and hammam including a bar service upon request. The restaurant also provides a top quality offering with great food very well cooked and a view on the opened kitchen. The breakfast is just perfect with a large choice of high quality food and variety of salted and sweet choices. There idd se also a possibility to rent bikes and get full information on cycling or walking routes in the area. The hotel is also ideally located for people willing to have a beach moment. As a conclusion, we will stay there again for sure.

De Fletchers durven nogal eens wat steken laten vallen maar dit is, wat mij betreft, niet het geval. De kamers liggen 150m verwijderd van het kasteel. Dat kasteel was tijdens mijn verblijf niet open en gaf een ietwat verloederde indruk. Het domein is nochtans omgeven door prachtige natuur waar het heerlijk toeven is. Ik had een ruime, gezellig ingerichte kamer met alles wat je wensen kan, tot zelfs een Nespresso apparaat met enkele koffie capsules inbegrepen. Wel een beetje spijtig dat wanneer men de kamer heeft toegewezen aan klanten, je die koud aantreft bij inchecken. In april mag de boel best nog een beetje opgewarmd worden vind ik, en liefst al bij incheck. ‘s Morgens ontwaak je met het getjilp van vele mooie vogels die hun voedsel komen zoeken tot net voor jouw raam. Prachtig gewoonweg! Ontbijt, naar goede Fletcher gewoonte heerlijk, gevarieerd en uitstekend brood en koffie. Enige minpunt, dat blijkt deel uit te maken van de hele Fletcher groep, is dat je NIET mag inchecken vóór 15u. Onder het mom van ‘de kamer is nog niet gepoetst’ kom je er niet in voor het vooropgestelde uur…ook al is er in geen velden nog een poets kar te bespeuren om 14u… Ik vind het ronduit flauw als je om 14:30 arriveert dat je nog exact een half uur moet wachten om de kamer in te mogen. Nochtans moet elkeen om 11u alweer uit gecheckt zijn…begrijpe wie kan! Al bij al is deze Fletcher zeker aanbevelingswaardig, daarom toch 4 bollen.
