Rooms are a good size, some have pool views others have field views. Rooms are cleaned daily. All children are on the ground/reception level as there is no lift and to keep the little ones save. Pool area is kept clean, pool bar has a snack menu and a lovely lady who is willing to do anything for you. Hotel is close the beach and main road

My 4th time in Kalamaki & I will be trying to re-book this little gem for next year. Rooms are a good size bit quite basic except for the bathroom which was very modern but small, definitely no complaints. The hotel itself is very well maintained & spotless, the pool area & surroundings garden is lovely & there are enough sun loungers to go around, we did have some usual suspects who reserved the same loungers everyday but we always managed to get one. Also a very good pool bar serving good food & drinks at a reasonable price. You are no more than 10 minutes to the main ***** & about 5 minutes to the iguana bar. The beach is also very close by Had another amazing holiday in Kalamaki & can't wait to return hopefully back to the Kalidonio studios.

The grounds and room were absolutely spotless. There was no issues getting a sunbed by the pool and Fotini is an exceptional host. The pool bar had a great menu at really reasonable prices. Rooms are cleaned daily and the cleaner was such a lovely lady and did a great job. You can get towels when you need them (we had plenty). Bathroom was really beautiful, one of the best we've had in Kalamaki. Our only issue was the exterior light was right over our balcony so was a bit bright at night but that was literally it. Rooms are spacious and we had a back room which was ideal as it is shadier (it was VERY hot). The air con was lovely. As for location, it's pretty much perfect. About 5 minutes from the main ***** and 5-10 minutes from the beach as there is a cut-through. Lots of lovely restaurants close-by. Space to park out rental car as well. We had regular sheep visitors which was fun! There is a small toddler pool by the main pool. The pool was so refreshing in the heat and as mentioned, the grounds are immaculate. Alma and Fotini keep it beautifully. A real gem and I would 100% stay again.

Could not have a better place to stay Fotini is an excellent host and can’t do enough for you the rooms and surrounding areas are spotless and comfortable the food is all so very good Alma made a very good tzatziki and they all so sell water and milk which is very handy as we did not have to carry it from the shops we hope to go back again next year

Our 2nd visit to this lovely complex of self catering apartments. Fatinia, the owner, does a superb job and this year she had the help of Alma around the pool bar area. They both looked after eveyone so well and would do anything that was needed for you. The whole complex is kept extremely clean and tidy. The rooms are a very good size with everything you need for a self catering stay, albeit it they could do with a few more kitchen utensils. The rooms are cleaned every day, and basics such as toilet rolls and cleans towels are always provided. We have already booked to stay again next year :-)

Amazing little hotel with great hard working ladies who make it a great stay. The place was spotless and rooms cleaned daily. Great little pool bar with reasonable prices for drinks and snacks. Perfect location for the ***** 5 minutes walk and 10 minutes to the beach. Definitely book this little gem again. Thanks all for a fantastic holiday xx

We are just home from a wonderful 10 night stay at this lovely little hotel. The rooms are basic but spacious with nice bathrooms and a small kitchen facility. Fotini who runs the hotel works really hard to keep everyone happy. We could get a lounger by the pool no matter what time we went down and apart from the odd person, there was no reserving of beds at silly o clock in the morning. The snack bar serves basic but nice food. They do a nice full English breakfast and the usual omelettes and toasties etc and there is a small bar that is open during the day. Alma who runs the snack bar is really lovely and can’t do enough for you. It is a rooms only hotel but as well as the snack bar, there are plenty of nice places for breakfast around and as you’re close to the main ***** and the beach there are plenty of options. If you’re after peace and quiet and relaxation then this is the place for you!

Do not book direct with this hotel/website we booked back in September 2022 for 10 days to go on 4th July 2023 and they have just cancelled our reservation - 1 month before going - no explanation or response to calls or emails - very poor customer service and ethics!

We started here as a family with a young baby and my sister and her family also stayed with their 2 year old. We were given studios next door to each other on the ground floor which was ideal. We can't fault anything about our holiday. Everything was clean and tidy and the owner was always around and helpful. We were the only guests there with children, but were never made to feel negative about this and everyone doted on the children. Staying in a studio was ideal for us as baby sleeps in with us anyway and there was still ample room to move around. We took our next to me cot and attached it to the double bed, but a travel cot was provided (we put this in my sisters room for her little one). It was a good location, close to all the shops and restaurants and the shutters kept the noise out at night. We had a lovely stay and would definitely visit again.
