Tahquamenon Suites Lodging

Enjoyed the facility very much, but no staff on site. The email access code to the room was a little confusing and difficult but eventually we figured it. Overall, very nice place.

It's a small apartment. Clean easy access to all the main roads. The kitchen is the star of the place. They provide pots, pans, silver ware, cooking utensils, it has everything you need to cook and enjoy yourself for 4 people. All you need to do is bring the food, and extra toilet paper, just in case.

Great property. Check in would have been easier with better communication from management. With spotty cellular service didn't get messages that it was self check in. Had to go find phone service to call for check in instructions. No text was sent only emails. Once contacted they were very helpful though.

We didn’t stay. The gentleman on the phone said it was newly remodeled. There were broken windows, broken screens the back porch was falling over, the back shed was collapsed. The place smelled We refused to spend the night there and were shocked it showed up as an option on *******.

False advertisement, itinerary photos were completely falsified. If I would’ve known the photos didn’t match the room I wouldn’t have paid all that money for 3 nights. Unhappy and won’t be returning.

There is no staff on site. You have to do everything by phone. Our code to check in did not work and it took a long time to get into our toom

Nice kitchenette. Courteous staff (even though they are off site). Clean rooms. Directions to obtain additional supplies was very helpful.

The room was very spacious and easily supported our large family. The kitchen area was very nice to have, especially in a rural area. The only thing that bothered me was the check in process. Not having a person to talk to really threw us off. At first, we weren’t even sure the place was still in business. There were signs on several doors saying this is not an office, so I’m sure this was an issue for others as well. Once we were able to talk to someone on the phone, it was easy to get our room and passcode. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our vacation immensely.

Our kitchen was not well stocked at all. We were asked to wash dishes before we left but there were not a dish cloth or dish towel in the kitchen. A roll of paper towels would have been a nice addition to the kitchen. We could not use the oven to reheat some food because there was not a cookie sheet or pizza pan. Overall, the kitchen was lacking. Communications was tough because we never saw an employee that could have answered our questions.
