Dies ist ein Resort von unvergleichlicher Schönheit, keine Frage. Der Strand, das Wasser, die Schönheit, die Privatsphäre. Allerdings gibt es wirklich nur ein Restaurant. Sie können entweder am Strand oder oben am Pool / Hauptrestaurant essen und das Essen ist in Ordnung. Wenn Sie Abwechslung beim Essen und Erleben mögen, dann ist mehr als ein Wochenende oder ein langes Wochenende VIEL zu lang. Für das Geld, das Sie pro Nacht bezahlen, ist es das nicht wert. Wenn Sie für den Faktor Privatsphäre und Abgeschiedenheit bezahlen, ist dies für Sie; Hände runter! Wenn Sie tolles Essen, eine tolle A**osphäre und verschiedene Erfahrungen wollen, ist dies nichts für Sie. Wir waren für 5 Nächte im Resort und haben eine Menge Geld ausgegeben, und meiner Meinung nach war es viel zu lang und viel zu viel Geld, um es für einen Spa-Urlaub auszugeben. Ich habe die Schönheit dieses Ortes genossen, aber für das Geld hätten wir eine Menge anderer Dinge erleben können.

Anmerkungen von Amanyara HINWEIS ** Wir waren im April 2021 ** Dies war unser erster geimpfter Urlaub in der COVID-19-Ära, um unsere verspäteten Flitterwochen nach der Zoom-Hochzeit vor einem Jahr zu feiern. VORTEILE: Atemberaubendes Resort, Design, Zimmer, ästhetische Ausgewogenheit und Lage abseits aller anderen Bereiche. Fühlte mich wirklich abgeschieden in einem Luxusanwesen. Jeder Blick über das Wasser und auf das Grundstück ist spektakulär. Das Personal war bis auf wenige Ausnahmen mehr als freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Strand- und Pool-Crew, das Restaurant- und Barpersonal waren sehr angenehm im Service. Der Strand war phänomenal, wir haben jeden Tag dort verbracht, einfacher Zugang, kristallklares blaues Wasser. Inklusive Zugang zu SUPs, Hobie Cats, Schnorchelausrüstung. Relativ zahme Brandung. Die Qualität des Essens war hoch, auch wenn die Auswahl nicht besonders umfangreich war. Die Weinauswahl war auch großartig, ein großes Lob an Winnie the Somm vor Ort, der äußerst kompetent ist. Erwarten Sie auf keinen Fall, dass Sie für Wein das 8-10-fache des Einzelhandels bezahlen. Wir hatten einen Buchtpavillon und dies war wahrscheinlich die beste Zimmereinrichtung und Aussicht direkt auf dem Wasser, die wir je erlebt haben. Wir konnten jeden Abend zum Rocky Point laufen und den Sonnenuntergang mit Getränken in der Hand beobachten sowie unter dem Sonnenschirm auf unserer eigenen privaten Terrasse faulenzen. Das Zimmer ist einfach, komfortabel, hat elektronische Jalousien, starkes, konsistentes WLAN und eine automatische Toilette, die Ihren A_ _ verwöhnt! Der Pool war spektakulär, obwohl wir dort nicht viel Zeit verbracht haben, der Service war hier besser als am Strand während des Tages. Ausgezeichnetes Essen auf dem Zimmer, sehr schnell, tolle Speisekarte, höflich und immer bemüht, kein Trinkgeld erwartet aufgrund der offen gesagt exorbitanten Servicegebühr, obwohl ich mich gezwungen fühlte, hier und da ein Trinkgeld in bar zu geben, meistens am Strand oder in der Bar. NACHTEILE: Für diese High-End-Tagesgebühr mit der zusätzlichen Servicegebühr und der T&C-„Steuer“ und im Vergleich zu anderen Aman-Resorts waren der gesamte personalisierte Service und die individuelle Liebe zum Detail zu kurz. Die Haushaltsführung war mangelhaft, sie haben nur minimal aufgeräumt und häufig keine schmutzigen Gläser ausgetauscht oder alkoholfreie Getränke usw. im Zimmer aufgefüllt. Hier gab es kein "Gedächtnis" des Kundendienstes, zum Beispiel baten wir jeden Abend um Eis in unserem Zimmer , und es kam nie vor, dass es einfach dort auf uns wartete, dies ist nur ein kleiner Mangel an Liebe zum Detail, der kaum vorhanden war. Ähnlich wie bei Essensvorlieben usw. Außerdem schien das Personal manchmal über unsere Anfragen „genervt“ zu sein, und wir hörten Ähnliches von anderen Gästen. Ganz einfach, Aman und insbesondere dieses Anwesen gehören zu den teuersten internationalen Resorts, und es sollte erwartet werden, dass der persönliche Service auf höchstem Niveau ist. Wir sind in keiner Weise Primadonnen, aber auf diesem Niveau von Luxus ist es ein Tischspiel. Interessanterweise hatten wir bei COMO Parrot Cay ein ähnliches Kundenerlebnis, erstklassiger Luxus, der hinter der Personalisierung zurückbleibt, die einige Marken wirklich auszeichnet. (Vielleicht sind wir das Problem mit so hohen Erwartungen ... aber diese Meinung wurde von den anderen Gästen geteilt, mit denen wir interagierten oder die wir belauscht haben) Spa war "ok",

Dieses Hotel ist über dem Preis, wir waren für 6 Nächte im Ocean Cove Pavilion, der Service ist schlecht, das Essen ist schlecht, nur 2 Leute, die uns exzellenten Service und Aufmerksamkeit gaben, aber das Personal ist schlecht ausgebildet, wirklich werde ich Ich kann dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen, das Hotel hat einen schönen Strand und die Bucht ist wunderschön, es gibt keine Möbel außerhalb des Zimmers, es gibt keine Dusche außerhalb des Zimmers, sodass Sie den Sand von der Strandbucht abwaschen können, wir haben in einer anderen übernachtet Hotel in Bay Grace auf derselben Reise und das Essen war fantastisch und wir haben den echten Manager nie getroffen. In Amanyara haben sie neue Manager aus den Unternehmensbüros von The Aman und ich hoffe, sie ändern die Möbel, das Essen und die Dienstleistungen. Wenn Sie zu Provinciales gehen, gibt es viele bessere Möglichkeiten.

If the experience planning my trip is any reflection of the trip to come, I am already so impressed! I booked the wrong spa appt not once, not twice but actually three times and the Spa team was so incredibly patient and accommodating. I travel a lot and you can just tell when it’s going to be great! I am so excited for this trip of peace, restoration and healing! More to come!

Unfortunately not the review I want to be leaving, but I feel it is necessary after our visit in May 2021. Amanyara was the 4th Aman I’ve stayed at and by far the worst. To be clear, the others were impeccable! Service left much to be desired from the very beginning - we made multiple simple requests to the front desk (for hangers, a bandaid) and literally not one of them happened. Almost every single meal we had was painful in some way, from terribly slow and incompetent service to bringing out the entirely wrong meal. The waiters at the beach had to be chased down just to get water, and many of them were rude. I understand that they had staffing issues with COVID, but the poor service we received really cannot be excused given the exorbitant cost. It’s pretty clear that to get good service you have to be important in some way (an NBA player was there at the same time and the staff bent over backwards constantly for him, while neglecting everyone else.) We are really not difficult to please, but unfortunately we will not be back!!

Short version: unmatchable location and beach; friendly service; great facilities; attention to detail Pros - responsive service (shout-out to Sade, Yessica, Ervin, and kayak instructor among others), treated our 4-year old daughter like a celebrity, beach, private pavilions, great facilities Cons - few service shortcomings, food was good but not great Pre-arrival: booked online directly through the Amanyara website, but will note that it was hard to get a hold of their reservations team via phone or email. I was given some inaccurate information by the Aman reservations number about the location of the pavilions and when asking for quotes over email, took over 24 hours to hear back from them, which led to some of the pavilion types being booked up. However, once I booked, I was able to communicate my requests to the Amanyara team via email and they were more responsive. Arrival: I had arranged a private transfer with car seat, which was a Mercedes-Benz GLS-450 (they had a whole fleet...no range rovers). Vehicle was ready on arrival. Friendly driver offered us cold towelettes and chilled drinks (water, sparkling water, etc.). I mentioned our daughter gets motion sickness and he drove extremely carefully. The road was windy and unpaved for more than half of the 25-minute drive but not nearly as bad as I expected. Upon arriving at the hotel, were greeted at arrival area by team of smiling staff with welcome drinks. bags were whisked away to our room. Sade from the staff gave us a brief tour of the property and of our room. She immediately hit it off with our four year old, who became her biggest fan. Check-in was done in room. Room: We were upgraded to an alcove pavilion, which was located on a lagoon/pond and has a glassed-in sunroom/alcove, thus more inside space than other pavilions. We had the chance to look at a pool pavilion but unless you're planning on swimming in your room most of the time, did not feel it was necessary given proximity of beach and infinity pool. Pavilion was very private--you walked down a long path and down some stairs to the pavilion. There was an outdoor patio with dining table. Our pavilion was walking distance to the main area and a slightly longer walk to beach but some pavilions were definitely a lot farther. We called for the golf cart, especially during night time. Service: they pampered us. Sade at reception was really a standout--went above and beyond. Daughter would ask if Ms. Sade was around every day and wanted to ride shuttle with ms. Sade. She tried to find a Minnie Mouse for my MM obssessed daughter and upon check-out, came by with TWO surprise gift bags of toys. Whenever we had a request, it was met...for example, asked for microwave in room, got it. Asked for room closer to main facilities, got it. Internet was slow in room--they called IT and fixed it. Mentioned dietary restrictions, they were addressed. Most importantly, they made our daughter feel like royalty. They gave her a gift bag on a

Nicest hotel in the Carribean. Have been going here for over 10 years. Our favorite hotel in the Carribean. The service is very attentive and amazing. Much improved from our last visit in April 2022. Nolan our butler was a superstar and very attentive. Amazing new improved menus and choices at the restaurants. Surprised my wife and I one morning with a private breakfast on cliff edge overlooking the ocean. One of the nicest beaches anywhere in the world and we travel a lot. Beautiful Pavilions - rooms- all glass overlooking the amazing turquoise waters. The massages at spa were amazing with therapists from Asia. New managers are very attentive. Upgraded the TVs with apple tv in every room. Tennis pros are also great. Recommend highly as the best resort in the Carribean. Can’t wait to come back soon.

Super laid back beautiful place with great service, food and drinks, transportation to nearby places provided, with cool drivers that played fun music for us. A great time!!! Rooms were spacious and clean with great views.

On the way home from our stay my wife and I discussed how we would rate our experience. We decided that of ALL the Caribbean resorts we’d visited (many), Amanyara ranked FIRST in all categories: Beach Room Food Tennis courts Service We love tennis and the well-maintained HarTru courts, some of which were well protected from the breeze, were fabulous. The only inconvenience related to gratuities. Are we supposed to give a tip for every ride to our room, every gesture of service, every time someone brings us tennis balls? That’s work; not relaxation. I wish they either prohibited tipping or collected a percentage of all charges or something so we didn’t have to worry about it. Bottom line: Can’t wait to return.
