老款的酒店，與mall內部連接，修好地鐵這個位置很好

隔音太糟糕，沒有吹風機，插頭🔌就是這種圓的，什麼四星級酒店，早餐最離譜，人山人海，沒什麼服務員，煎雞蛋的小妹只有一個人，排隊排了一大堆人，沒有牛奶🥛，座位上吃過的餐盤也沒有人收拾，，對了，我好像訂44平方米㎡，結果房間應該最多27平方米㎡，真的不想說太難聽，但是事實上就是失敗😓😓還好我只有訂一個晚上😜😜

酒店比較老，訂了是3份早餐的，但入住的時候衹給2份

房間一般不大，衞生還可以，位置交通方便，服務態度可以

Pelayanannya sangat memuaskan, kamar bersih dan besar . petugasnya ramah . letak sangat strategis, mau ke mall tinggal pergi kesebelah :)

The Grand Paragon felt like a hotel that was once the best in town. Alas, its grandeur had faded and the rooms had fallen into disrepair. Cons - We stayed on the 6th floor and the smell of cigarette was overwhelming as soon as we stepped off the elevator. - The smell of cigarette continued into our room. - The walls and furnitures were covered in dents. - A single ottoman was the only available seating. - The bathroom faucet was unhinged. - The shower did not drain. We took pauses during our showers to prevent flooding. - The toiletries were of the lowest quality we had experienced in our lives. - The towels were stained and ragged. - The safe was not operational because it did not have batteries inside. - The batteries for the remote for the AC was also out of juice. - The wifi connection was unstable and painfully slow. - The hotel's website was outdated in terms of its amenities offered as they no longer offer airport shuttle services. Pros - We issues with the remote for the AC at the front desk and they were prompt to come with replacement batteries. - We could buy soap and shampoo from the grocery store in the mall downstairs, Grand Lucky. - The bed was comfortable. - Our address was easy to find for all Grab and Gojek drivers. There was a paper in our room indicating that the hotel was currently in renovation, although we saw no evidence of constructions of any kind. We definitely would not stay here again until said-renovation was completed. Perhaps the overpass to the Starbucks across the street would also be rebuilt by then, along with the new section of MRT.

Actually i was in the mixed feeling about the stay. Not satisfied nor totally upset yet I'm not excited about it. Let me share how my experience was: Booked 2 units from january 2023 and selected NON SMOKING ROOM. They gave us a smoking room on the day we arrived as bad cigarette smell filled out every inch of the room. I asked to move the rooms and they couldn't do it because it's already full so they only came and sprayed air freshener. Thank God, the smell can be reduced by running the AC with the lowest temperature. The funny thing is they only have 2 units of hairdryers for the entire 171 rooms( as stated on the website. ) So we couldn't borrow it as those used with other guests. The bed sheet under the dufet looked yellowish and dingy but Housekeeping immediately came and changed the whole linen. Appreciate their prompt action. The reception team are nice but I couldn't feel the warm gestures/welcome. A few times we passed the lobby and saw them grouping on the corner of the counter. Hopefully Grand Paragon can be better in the future.

Tidak layak hotel mendapatkan bintang sangat tidak rekomen ac tidaj dingin..air hangat kadang ada kadang mati...fsilitas di hotel ini sangat buruk..lebih nyaman di tempat hotel melati sekalian

Grand Paragon Hotel is one of four star hotel in west jakarta which has good service and good location. Also near by with shopping mall. I can watching movie at xxi and also i will not try so hard to get the food. Because this hotel near by Mangga Besar.
