Very great experience. Best location. Comfortable environment, clean room . Friendly service . Nearly all of night market . Easy to shopping and you can find a lots of local food … it is great hotel

This is my 3rd or 4th stay here, so I’m pretty educated about the room funtions and how things work. First when I stepped in, there was no greeting or even smiling at all from the receptionist lady. It was me who even started greeting first by saying “Sawasdee ka. Check in ka.” During check in process, there was 0 word coming from her mouth until when she demonstrated how to use the key card (which I already knew). When I got to the room, I tried every side and direction of the card, it didn’t work. Sometime the light showed red at the door, so I assumed the door battery would probably be low. I went down to front desk in hoping she will get me a new key or send someone to change the door battery. The lady, instead, explained to me again how to use the key. I said that I know how the key should work here cause I have stayed here before. (and I even work at a hotel too!) There was nothing happenned so I went back up to the room and the door still wasn’t open. There was a housekeeper serving the other room on my floor so I asked him to open the room for me. Before leaving he said he will have receptionist get me a new key so I went to rest in the room, waiting for the new key then go out. I was in the room for like 15 min for nothing and couldn’t wait no more as I was hungry and needed to go out. I came down to reception and asked the lady where my new key is. She hustling got me the new key (which I wasn’t sure if it would work) that was hung right next to her. That was very frustrating on how they communicated. I was pissed, to be honest. If they wouldn’t go up on the floor to hand a new key, they could’ve just called as there is a telephone in every freaking room! or just call mobile phone number on registration freaking card! Later on I realized that this is not a 5-star hotel, not 4 or even 3. It’s -1 star hotel, so that was how the service was. The often I stay, I worse service experience I get. I think I’m kind enough to spend my precious time writing this review so the hotel can reflect itself and make some improvements.

Good location, nice and clean, can hear the sound of the street in the day time. Front desk is very polite and quick. Very worthy for the price.

It is in a very good location, a stone's throw away from the Patpong Night Market. However, it is on a main road so if road traffic bothers you then you may want to consider elsewhere as it can be very loud from time to time. I stayed in the Deluxe Room and it actually surprised me. It is an older hotel but it has character... I am genuinely not a fan of such older hotels but it is very clean and kept up well. Also, the staff was very helpful and extremely friendly with any needs I had. I will definitely consider staying here again as it is very affordable for what you get. There are certainly nicer, fresher, and more luxurious hotels especially in the area but it nonetheless provides fantastic value for what you get.

Water slow and small when bathing. Requested to change room and they answered 8th floor room all same problem. I guess they know the water pressure problem and no fix it.

This hotel is located just next to Si Lom area and accessible to all main attractions in Si Lom. This hotel is also within easy walking distance of Sam Yan MRT station and Sala Daeng BTS station. The room was clean and tidy and I will definitely come back and be staying at this hotel whenever I’m in Bangkok
