Very social hostel. Dorms were clean and comfortable. The location was near all amenities.

Good stay at mad monkey. We stayed in a double private room, it had some cleanliness issues but overall it was ok. More run down than the one we stayed at in Phnom Penh. Hostel has a great location and is only about a 15 minute walk from pub street etc. Staff were friendly and welcoming, tours are offered at this hostel and regular evening activities/entertainment.

Loved it there and extended my stay. Some staff weren’t helpful and had attitude some were very helpful and awesome vibes. Everything was great except maybe my room just didn’t have strong aircon, i sleep topless because its so hot but there were so many mosquitoes. I was sweating and kept getting bitten.

it was the best $5 i spent in my whole life.staff are very friendly and food is very delicious and cheap too.very clean and very spacious and lots of friendly travelers.will definitely book again if ill visit siem reap

Nice clean hostel, helpful staff. Just found food and drinks overpriced.

I didn’t even the water in the room. There was no kettle, body wash, toothbrush & shampoo. Outside food and beverage were not allowed and inside they are selling super expensive. Room was super noisy as we got the room on the ground floor in front of the pool. It was hard to sleep because of music.

Was a great experience! Amazing location, very close to everything and a special shout-out to Sokreom for the wonderful hospitality.

Very nice and posh "hostel" (mad monkey is more a corporation now), perfect for young people looking for meeting others, pub crawling and getting frequently drunk. Check the info you get from the counter (they'll tell you need a taxi to the airport for 30 USD because tuktuks don't go there. Tuktuks actually go asking 15 and you can probably bargain at around 8)

Great hostel, really clean, great and friendly staff, great evening activities. It would be nice to have had a hairdryer in the room and a hand towel but very minor feedback as the rest was great!

Only stayed for a night as had an early flight. But nice hostel with good vibes. Lots of solo travelers, the partying finishes at around 11ish pm then they go out out so you can sleep. The food menu is great. They have 2 pools but no one was in them, just one people partying at the pool party, there was a really loud DJ booth. Felt awkward if I went in the pool.

I stayed there one night and the room was dirty. I wasn’t given a towel so I had to rent it . The outdoor area is nice though . Location is also pretty central.

Good location close to pub street. Good service, I had to move rooms because of a problem with my electricity and the staff were very apologetic and helpful. The water in the room could’ve been a little bit hotter. Good for solo travellers or groups of young people.
