We stayed here on our recent trip. The hotel is located at prime location, has nice views and great service. It’s really a value for money.

Saffron wayanad is one of the best places i have ever stayed. The place is really good and customer service is equally great. Anytime i visit wayanad in future, i would only book my stay at saffron wayanad for sure !

Recently i stayed in saffron with my family. It was a pleasant stay. It is one of the best hotels to stay in sultan bathery. The staff is cooperative and helpful. Food was tasty, room was clean. If looking for a stay at reasonable price this is one in sultan bathery.

Food was okay. Stay was comfortable, however makemytrip booking and hotel confirmation had some issues so had to wait to clear their communication issues. Couldn't get the room booked by makemytrip and had to manage with standard room instead of deluxe for which mm t gave little refund as compensation. But it cannot be valued at the amount of stress went through during check in.

The welcome, check-in was good. It was made abundantly clear by the manager that makemytrip customers are least favoured!
- the shower was leaking all around and water from the shower was less than the spillage!
- after the shower, around 30% of the water had seeped into the bedroom, through the glass window, because of improper sealing. - there was no spoon in the room for stirring tea / coffee. :the saddest part was that these were not attended to and i had to repeatedly follow-up. Disgusting for the type of rates charged by them.

This new venture in sultan Bathery is well placed in the lap of nature It’s well maintained, the rooms are super cool and serve delicious cuisines.
The staff are courteous …

The hotel is excellent in terms of cleanliness, room amenities, and staff service. The room is maintained spotlessly clean and the whole hotel looks brand new. However the food was not good for our taste.

Some points about hotel
1 rooms are very neat, clean with all necessary amenities veer good
1 food tasty hygienic
3 staff very cooperative and prompt. One suggestion. In such tourism oriented places bf should be ready atleat by 7. 00 am so that tourists can proceed early. Totally very very good
