Auf dem Büro sagte die Gastgeber mir, sie sind überbucht, so dass sie nicht sofort antworten können, 4 Tage ok... Ich buche auch einen Abendessenstisch 4 Tage im Voraus, die gleiche Mist... Ich habe Erfahrungen in vielen NOBU, Immer fantastisch, aber diese in Warschau empfehle ich nicht!

I booked a night at H15 as a treat for my birthday and I couldn't recommend this place enough. The staff made me feel so special on my big day, I felt really welcomed and at home. The attention to details is uncanny. My room was absolutely stunning, the furniture and decor world class designer made. Beautiful city views at sunset too. This is the best present I could get for myself, feel totally spoiled at H15! I'd like to especially thank Mr Oscar for going out of his way to make my birthday stay better than I could have ever imagined. Lovely hotel, absolutely great staff. I'm on my way to breakfast now and I'm pretty sure it'll be out of this world too! :)

Wir blieben einige Tage als Familie in der Präsidentensuite und haben das Zimmer absolut geliebt. Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr komfortabel und gut eingerichtet, der Wohnbereich war groß für die Kinder zu spielen und es gab viel Platz für Entspannung und Arbeit, wenn es nötig. Das Hotel hat uns auch gut in Wasser und Kaffee gelagert. Wir genossen das asiatische Restaurant des Hotels. Aber wir waren weniger beeindruckt von dem Frühstücksrestaurant. Es gab viele Mitarbeiter an der Hand, aber in einem Eck zusammen gehüllt und an allen anderen Tagen kam niemand zu unserem Tisch, um zu fragen, ob wir etwas warmes trinken wollten.

Wir haben eigentlich ein Romantic paket gebucht, wo steht das wir unsere Frühstück im Zimmer bekommen, haben wir aber nicht und der Rezeption Mitarbeiter wusste gar nix davon, sondern hat uns nur gesagt, wir sollten für Frühstück runter in Restaurant kommen. Das Badezimmer ( Dusche und Waschbecken Wasserhahn sollte unbedingt entkalkt werden- so stark verkalkt, dass es spritzt überall und nicht dort wo es sein soll. Sonst alles andere war in Ordnung.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und ist gut an die Verkehrsmittel angebunden, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist modern und qualitativ sehr gut. Im Lobby gibt es an sehr bequemen Sitzecken mit viel Platz zum entspannen oder für ungestörten Gespräche. Das Zimmerservice ist erste Klasse. Das Bett und die Bettwäsche begeistern: Man merkt sofort die höhere Qualität. Nach langen Wegen durch Warschau war es das Richtige! Beim Frühstück überrasch das Hotel mit der großen Auswahl an Produkten, die schon außergewöhnlich ist. Man kann ruhig über Branchen statt Frühstücken sprechen. Wir waren absolut überzeugt mit der Wahls dieses Hotels für eine Woche in Warscahu.

Das Hotel ist hervorragend, um einen guten Deal zu erhalten, sauber überall, alles wird geschrieben und in den Zimmern und Hallen, die Bleiung der anständigen Qualität, alles frisch, die Perina ist komfortabel (geräuschlich die Wahrheit des Extrakt-Fan, arbeitet mit der Beleuchtung auf). Unser Standardzimmer war klein, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist ziemlich ausreichend. Die Aussicht vom Fenster bis zum Stadtviertel so viel, aber die Stille erlaubte, mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen und die Leitungen wurden nicht gedreht. Frühstück ist sehr gut, einschließlich warmer und kalter Gerichte, Kaffee aus dem Auto ist auch anständig!!! Personal auf der Rezeption ist sehr willkommen, ohne Kenntnis von Polnisch leicht zu sprechen. Wenn ich nächstes Mal nach Warschau, werde ich nicht einmal nach etwas suchen. Vielen Dank an das Personal (Polski und Ukrainisch). Die Gastgeber sind perfekt. Alle Touristen und Reisenden Glück.

Of the three hotels I stayed at during my 9 day stay in Poland, this was the best by far. The room was sizable with daily cleaning service and water. It even had a mini fridge to cool items. Spacious with decent furniture for relaxing, the air conditioning worked along with all basic facilities, including hot water for showering and shaving. The breakfast is outstanding with a wide range of choices, all well prepared. And even the coffee is decent. Service is very good. They give excellent advice for tourists. The only downside to the hotel I found was that they offer no laundry service. But this is a great hotel at a reasonable rate.

Verbrachte 3 Nächte hier (Freitag-Montag) in der ersten Septemberhälfte 2020. Es ist ein modernes und sauberes Hotel, das sich zentral in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes befindet. Von den oberen Stockwerken hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind geräumig eingerichtet und ruhig. Die Betten sind groß. Das Frühstück ist trotz Corona sehr reichhaltig. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch die Hotelbar. Von diesem Hotel aus ist alles gut erreichbar. Kann das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Ich habe eine nette, gute Lage gehostet. Eine kleine seltsame Dusche, wo absolut kein Platz für Dinge gesetzt werden kann. Aber die unerfreulichste Überraschung - funktioniert nicht WiFi. Nein! Ich versuchte, Dutzende von Zeiten am Abend, eine Stunde der Nacht, um 5 Uhr und um 7 Uhr - nein.

I wish I could leave a good review. Unfortunately I cannot really. I do wanna start off by saying that the female receptionist was truly lovely. There have been a number of things however that make it impossible for me to leave a good review. Firstly, they decided to change the code you need to get back into the building after 11pm, but they didn’t change it on the keys. They also forgot to change it on the paper on the inside of the door in the rooms. They just give you a piece of paper when you check in, which I didn’t realize had a different code on it than the one on my key. So I was stuck outside at 11.30 or so. I rung reception, but no one was there. I’d booked this hostel cause on Hostelworld it says there is 24 hour reception. Also when I tried calling them using the phone number on google maps, no one picked up. Secondly, I asked if they could wash my clothes in the evening. The Ukrainian guy who works behind reception told me that was possible and that it would be ready the same evening at about 10.45 pm. When I got there, it turned out the wash wasn’t ready yet, so he asked me if I wanted to pick it up the next day. I told him that was ok. The next day I picked up my wash, only to find out it’s still wet. So the other guy who was working that day put it into the bag while he must have felt that it was still wet and decided nonetheless to proceed putting it into my bag. Then the third point is even more ridiculous in my opinion. I was staying in the most expensive (4 bed) dorm, but it didn’t have a bathroom in it. As we were having drinks at one of the bars that looks out over the hostel, my friend told me that when he stayed at the hostel a few days before he stayed in the dorm one floor below mine - and that that one did have a bathroom in it and that he even paid less for it. So the next day I asked the receptionist if that room was still available. I even asked for that specific room. He told me that was a private room, even though my friend had stayed in it a few nights before. I told him I would be checking out instead. Then he told my friend the same thing, but my friend told him that that was obviously not true as he had stayed in that dorm himself a few nights before. Then he had to basically confess that what he said had been a lie. Then he came up to me and told me that I could stay in that room after all. I told him I was gonna stick to my plan to check out, as honestly, this guy was getting on my nerve. He had clearly been lying to me, he obviously hadn’t cared about my wet wash a few days before and generally his attitude was anything but what you’d expect from a receptionist. Then to add insult to injury he refused to let me store my bags in the storage area, claiming that it was only for current guests and not for former guests. Obviously this is ridiculous. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hostels in my life and the very room serves to store the baggage of former guests. I also had previously stored baggage in that very
