We really appreciated the free upgrade offered to us when we checked in & front manager and other staff were all so very friendly and welcoming. Definitely staying here again in the future!!!!

I didn't like not being able to reach the front desk from the hotel room phone, I used my cell phone each time. Even then, the phone always rang for minutes as no one was available to pick up calls.

I was sitting on the balcony when water came pouring down from the balcony above. I was drenched from the water. Front desk was notified and did nothing about it. Not even an apology

Overall great experience. Indoor pool and hot tub was great. Clean. Water pressure in shower was not the best. Great location on boardwalk. Quiet. Will stay again!

This location is awesome. Beautiful views. Staff was incredible, very friendly, professional, and courteous. Rooms were great. A few of the outlets didn't work but other than that, was clean, plenty of pillows, and they have Dove products!

The kids loved the indoor pool/lazy river. The outdoor was closed for the season but we still had a nice stay. Room was clean and even though the front desk made a mistake and double charged my card they made sure to fix the issue.
