Excellent location in the heart of CBD. Huge Woolsworth store and restaurants within walking distance. Mattress was little too hard and pillows were flat n musty. Cab ride from airport was abt $35 and 20 mins away.

Excellent stay. Nice amenities and close to the action in Darwin. Will definitely be staying there next time in Darwin.

Found this hotel too basic not at all like the usual Hilton Hotel. However the staff at the reception (the French man can’t remember his name) was most helpful.

Wurden heute im Hilton Darwin untergebracht nach einer unglaublich schönen Cruise mit Silversea. Dort Lunch: man bekam, ohne gefragt zu werden, als Vorspeise Lachs oder Schinken mit Salat ohne Dressing und als Hauptgang Beef oder Hühnchen, beides maximal mittlerer Qualität. Kein Versuch, dieses mittels Voranfrage zu personalisieren. Keine Coktails mehr an der Bar um 21.30 Uhr! Kein Wasser im Zimmer, musste an der Bar gekauft werden. Dies soll ein ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Sterne Hotel sein…Auch, wenn es sehr schwer fällt, nach 16 Tage high end Silversea wieder „runterzukommen“- das war schon strange….

Lunch was pre-selected by the cruise ground operator, and they did simply request to serve menu choices as alternative drop which is exactly what we provided. We have gone back to the ground handler with your feedback so that they consider that for future groups. As part of our reduction of plastic, we have removed all plastic water bottles from the room as the tap water in Australia is safe to drink. The hospitality of this Hilton Hotel was exceptional. From the first hello to our farewell the staff were so willing to please, very friendly and efficient. The hotel is beautifully styled and welcoming. It also enjoys great views of the harbour.

Everything about this stay was great. The room was excellently clean, bed was very comfortable, and the chairs. The atmosphere was nice and quiet with only the sound of the odd person here or there. The staff were all courteous and respectful, and attended to my requests/questions in a prompt and efficient manner. The food was delicious, whether it was room service at 9:30pm or the breakfast buffet at 7am, (very nice coffee too). Most importantly, the staff made me feel like this was my hotel :) :)

Television would not work at all despite repeated attempts by the staff to get it running. Appeared to be an IT issue. While the manager provided a bottle of wine and cheese board in lieu, the next morning when I got up at 04:00 to catch an early flight, the coffee pod machine didn't work. I don't think it had ever had a de- calcification clean before. While I appreciated the apologies and sincerity of the staff (not their fault) I think its poor form on the management of the hotel not to have adequate maintenance systems in place to take care of these minor issues - that cause angst and resentment among customers. I also tried to leave feedback on the Hilton website and spent 15 minutes searching - only to find that no such mechanism exists, which is why I'm writing this review. Apart from this - nice hotel and centrally located to everything.
