Die Lage war spitze und wir durften eine Stunde später auschecken, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Im Zimmer war leider ein unangenehmer Geruch und die Klimaanlage hat permanent ein pfeifendes Geräusch gemacht. Nach dem Check-out wurden uns 4,50 € für eine Cola, die wir nicht genommen haben (wir haben nichts aus der Minibar genommen) von der Kreditkartenkaution abgezogen. Das Thema konnte gelöst werden und die 4,50 € sind erstattet, trotzdem etwas ärgerlich und die Kommunikation dazu lief nicht ganz rund. Was aber noch positiv hervorzuheben ist, war das leckere Frühstück und das freundliche Servicepersonal beim Frühstück.

Ein neues Hotel im Herzen von Vilnius in einem sehr gut renovierten historischen Gebäude. Viele Wände haben unentdeckt historische Elemente, Zimmer und Korridore sind schön, sauber und gut gepflegt. Personal ist ein weiterer Absatz wert. Nach einigen Stunden in diesem Hotel begannen wir zu traurig zu fühlen, dass es heute weniger und weniger Hotels in Europa mit einer solchen Einstellung gibt. Jede Person war sehr freundlich von Anfang an. Wir erhielten ein warmes Willkommen und die Eincheckung war reibungslos. Bellboy hielt uns mit Gepäck ohne zu fragen, obwohl wir nur einen kleinen Koffer hatten (sehr nett von ihm) und alle Informationen lieferten. Der einzige Ort, an dem ich es vergleichen könnte, wäre Sacher Hotel in Wien, denn jeder ist immer aufmerksam, freundlich und es macht die Gäste wirklich willkommen. Minibar ist sehr gut gelagert, mit Qualitätsgetränken, anständigen Wein und Snacks. Auch wenn es vor ein paar Jahren eröffnet wurde, gibt es keine Anzeichen von Alterung und natürlich das Innenraum wird gut betreut. Es gibt ein High-Class Restaurant, Bar, Spa. Frühstück ist sehr reich und hochwertig. Von der Auswahl von Mahlzeiten zu bestellen, bis zum Buffet mit frischen Saften und (außer traditionellen Frühstücksangeboten) eine breite Auswahl von Premium-Lebensmitteln wie Rauchen Esel, Drachenfrucht, Auswahl von gepflegtem Fleisch, Rindfleischsprache, Treviso DOC Prosecco, leckere Restaurant-gefertigte Pana cotta und andere Desserts. Auschecken war um 12:00 Uhr und das Frühstück am Samstagmorgen war auch bis 12:00 Uhr. Parkplatz ist im Garten, im Valet oder in den Straßen um das Hotel verfügbar. Die Lage ist sehr zentraler (nahe dem Hauptplatz in diesem Teil der Stadt). Gebäude und Innenraum sind schön und renoviert. Hochwertiges Shampoo im Badezimmer. Yoga Mat und einige Sportausrüstung im Zimmer. Alles in allem - eine wahre 5* Erfahrung, wo Gäste alles erhalten, was sie brauchen, ohne es zu fragen.

I can’t brag enough about the wonderful stay we had here. We were greeted every time we walked through the door by Andrew, Vytis, Vytautas and staff. They were so helpful in arranging tours, restaurants and spa times. The room had everything one needs for a vacation: a safe, umbrella, refrigerator, minibar, shower with rain head, double sink, heated floor, comfortable bed, and tv. Also, a wonderful breakfast was included. One could eat the buffet plus order omelets, waffles, or crepes from the menu. The spa was by appointment and one had the pool and sauna privately for an hour. I did my swim and sauna at 7am every morning. Also, make sure you get a massage by Ercan Sōnmez. I have a bulging disc and Ercan made my pain disappear. Plus, my plane ride home was more comfortable than it was on the way here. I would give this property more stars if I could because it truly was incredible. The staff is used to celebrities, politicians and VIP staying here and I was treated like Royalty. Thank you for the marvelous stay!

Das Hotel befindet sich In einem geschmackvoll renoviertes Gebäudeensemble Die verschiedenen denkmalgeschützten Gebäudeteile wurden, ergänzt um moderne Einbauten, wie den Lift, zu einem harmonischen Ensemble zusammengefasst. Die Atmosphäre der Zimmer ist angenehm wohnlich. Die Altstadt lässt sich von hier bequem fußläufig erkunden. Das Personal ist aufmerksam, ohne das sonst in 5-Sterne-Hotels anzutreffende gekünstelt vornehm aufdringliche Gehabe, vielmehr bodenständig natürlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist das für diese Kategorie eher kleine Frühstück, allerdings mit einem netten Service.

Unser Aufenthalt hielt von Anfang bis Ende was er versprach. Beginnend mit dem gebuchten Transfer von / zum Flughafen, einem unkomplizierten, freundlichen Check-in plus Upgrade dank Status, und einem insgesamt rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war geräumig, luxuriös eingerichtet und trotz des vielen Verkehrs am Cathedral Square sehr leise. Insbesondere die hohe Zimmerdecke (4 Meter?) verlieh dem Raum einen tollen Charme. Lage und Architektur des Hotels sind hervorragend, entscheidend ist jedoch das zuvorkommende, professionelle und stets kompetente Personal, insbesondere die Lady in red Aleksandra ist hervorzuheben und machte unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas besonderem. Das Frühstück setzt Maßstäbe und die schöne Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Hier bleiben absolut keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Abendessen im Restaurant Telegrafas empfanden wir als sehr gut und preislich absolut angemessen! Zusätzlich hatte ich die Gelegenheit, weitere Zimmer zu besichtigen, um die Möglichkeit eines Aufenthalts meiner Eltern (mit Rollstuhl) zu prüfen. Noch im Hotel nahm ich letztlich die Buchung vor, was sicherlich ein großes Kompliment für dieses Haus darstellt. Auch hier klappte selbstverständlich alles reibungslos. Letztlich verlasse ich Litauen und das Kempinski Grand Vilnius glücklich und zufrieden, lediglich zu kurz ist unser Aufenthalt gewesen. Aber es steht fest: es war unser erster, aber nicht unser letzter Besuch dieses grandiosen Hotels. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Bei einer Buchung für zwei Tage bleibt nur ein Tag, und das Hotel wird gebeten, einen Tag zu erstatten. Sie sagte ja, aber der Agent stimmte zu. Nachdem Ctrip sich mit dem Agenten abgestimmt hatte, war der lokale Agent nicht bereit, das Geld zurückzuerstatten, was ärgerlich war.

Domus Maria is a lovely hotel located right at the doorstep of old town. the location was perfect. The closest sights to see literally started at the doorstep of the hotel. Its only about a 20-25 min walk to the hill top castle which was one of the furthest points. Between the hotel and that point of interest there is an incredible amount to see so the it was a perfect location to start from. Its also close to lots of cafes, restaurants, tourist shops, some bars etc. The bus to get to and from the airport is about a 1 - 2 minute walk away. If your needing the bus station or train station throughout your stay to go and see sights outside the city, they are also both a short walk. The only thing that could use an upgrade or refresh is the linens. The towels are really thin, the bed cover was a bit run down (you can take this off the bed though as it’s just the decorative part so it didn’t effect me), and the pillows were a bit thin and lumpy. The linens themselves though were very clean, just a bit old is all. All in all, this didn’t have a negative effect on my stay and I would stay here against for sure. Nice property, great location and very clean.

Ich habe nur einen 3-Nacht-Unterkunft im Moon Garden abgeschlossen, nach Vilnius mit meinem 5-jährigen Sohn reist. Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig, wenn Sie einfachen Zugang zur alten Stadt (die absolut schön ist auf der Straße). Das Hotel ist sauber und die Zimmer sind sehr heimlich. Das Frühstück ist etwas grundlegender, aber völlig gut und mein Sohn hat es gefallen. Ich mochte das Personal, das hier arbeitete, sie waren wirklich nett zu meinem Sohn und sogar liege ihm einen Schleifzug, so dass er auf den lokalen Schnee bedeckten Hügeln Spaß haben könnte. Insgesamt denke ich, es ist ein großer Wert für Geld Hotel in einer guten Lage. Wenn ich nach Vilnius zurückkam, würde ich hier bleiben. Der einzige Abstand war, es gibt keinen Aufzug, so wenn Sie auf dem vierten Stock bleiben, gibt es ein paar Treppenflugs, um zu klettern, aber das war gut für mich und meinen Sohn.

Kein Kettle in dem Zimmer jedoch habe ich einen bei der Rezeption gebeten und es wurde direkt in mein Zimmer gebracht. Personal war zufrieden und hilfreich. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe und 2 große Supermärkte in der Nähe zu Fuß. Ich werde definitiv zurück zu diesem Hotel. Danke!

10 Minuten zu Fuß vom International Busbahnhof entfernt, sind Supermärkte und Märkte in der Nähe. Die Morgentür am Eingang der alten Stadt ist auch vor Ihnen. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker. Das Zimmer ist groß und der Wasserdruck im Moment ist nichts anzutreffen. Es gibt kein Wasserschlauch im Zimmer, aber es gibt kein Problem, weil es eine Trinkwassermaschine in der Nähe des Eingangs gibt. Ich denke, das ist das beste Hotel für Tourismus.

We stayed in room 209 and I can honestly say after reading reviews online that I was a little concerned about the hotel and I relayed that to the site I booked it with before our arrival. The positives are definitely its location and breakfast. It is 5 minutes from the bus and train stations. This is great because the airport runs regular direct services to and from the stations. The breakfast was plentiful and there was a decent variety of cold and hot food to cater for all tastes although we did find it amusing that they served cooked vegetables for breakfast. The room on the day of arrival did have the necessary provisions needed and it was tidy also. It is also near the Maxima stores and plenty of restaurants and bars. The negatives are definitely the heating not on. We arrived on the 17th of October and at that time of year there has to be heating on. Now they did provide a small heater to plug in but these heaters are so old that they must cost a fortune to use and some people can find that such heaters can make them feel stuffy. The rooms need soundproofing. The main road doesn't bother me but what bothers me is listening to other guests talking and one room in particular had a couple arguing with each other. The breakfast staff were friendly but the rest were not. Maybe the employers are hard to work for? The room wasn't cleaned the next day and we didn't notice any cleaners around that day either so there may be merit to the complaints about the condition of the rooms. There was no staff at reception after 8pm which again shows that this place takes shortcuts. Maybe this place is better suited in the Summer but definitely not in the Autumn or Winter.

One of the best hotels that we stayed during our 2 weeks Europe tour We were here for 3 nights. 1) Receptionist was excellent. Ever smiling and helpful, she was understanding and cooperative. Our room had an AC problem- she immediately provided an alternative room. 2) Location- Great location just on the fringes of the old town. The walking distance to the Town hall was 5 minutes. 3) Comfort- Room was quite good size with all amenities except heating iron. Room was spanking new and very clean. Only one drinking water bottle was provided on the first night, it wasn’t replenished. Bedding was very comfortable. 4) We did not opt for the breakfast. We did not have any meals at the hotel. Room had Tea/ coffee making facility and provisions for tea and coffee. 5) Rooms and towels were cleaned only if requested by guests (by placing sign on door) 6) We had a wonderful time in Vilnius and our stay at Conti hotel was superb.

Wir hatten das große Glück, ein Upgrade aud das Top Zimmer 404 mit Dachterasse zu bekommen. Nochmals besten Dank dafür. Ein herrlicher Blick über die Dächer in der Abendsonne. Einfach nur genießen. Mit dem Auto kann man bequem zum Ausladen vorfahren. Wir hatten zusätzlich Glück einen Parkplatz 6 Minuten Fußweg entfernt zur Verfügung gestellt zu bekommen. Alles ist problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Frühstück gibt es auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet. Lecker und reichlich. Insgesamt super freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Wir fühlten uns rundum gut aufgehoben. Immer wieder gerne. Bestens zu empfehlen!

Von der Auswahl von Mahlzeiten zu bestellen, bis zum Buffet mit frischen Saften und (außer traditionellen Frühstücksangeboten) eine breite Auswahl von Premium-Lebensmitteln wie Rauchen Esel, Drachenfrucht, Auswahl von gepflegtem Fleisch, Rindfleischsprache, Treviso DOC Prosecco, leckere Restaurant-gefertigte Pana cotta und andere Desserts. Auschecken war um 12:00 Uhr und das Frühstück am Samstagmorgen war auch bis 12:00 Uhr. Parkplatz ist im Garten, im Valet oder in den Straßen um das Hotel verfügbar.
