Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und unsere Terrasse einsame Spitze. Es liegt außerdem sehr zentral, die Rialto Brücke z. B. in Gehdistanz. Um das Hotel herum befinden sich einige kleine, gute und günstige Lokale. Das einzige was man bemängeln kann ist, dass das Frühstück einige Zeit in Anspruch nimmt. Wenn man ein kleines Kind dabei hat, muss es etwas schneller gehen. Auch ein Kaffee gleich zu Beginn muss eigentlich unter 20 Minuten da sein. Ansonsten ist vor allen Dingen die Hilfsbereitschaft und Kompetenz des Rezeptionspersonals hervor zu heben. Die Damen sind überaus nett und machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Allerdings wirkte der Hoteldirektor auf uns etwas nervös und distanziert. Erst bei der Abreise schien er uns zu bemerken... (brauchten ihn eh nicht). Wir können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Zunächst machte es uns das Hotel nicht leicht. Die Flut verhinderte trockenen Zugang. Merken! Nie ohne Gezeitenkalender nach Venedig reisen! Und immer Plastiktüten zum Überstülpen dabeihaben. Schafft man es dann schlussendlich ins Hotel betritt man eine frisch renovierte, moderne Lobby. Und man hat es mit einem angenehmen und unprätentiösen Service zu tun. Hier fühlt man sich gewollt und betreut. Es ist eine geradezu private Atmosphäre, die das Team dort schafft. Kommt man von seinen Ausflügen zurück, ist es fast wie Heimkommen. Toll! Die Zimmer sind modern und funktional eingerichtet. Aber schick. Wohlfühlambiente auch hier. Noch was? Eine Sauna gibts und einen gut ausgestatteten Fitnessbereich. Frühstück? Auch super. Ein wirklich feines Hotel mit einer super Truppe, die den Laden schmeißt.

Phenomenal Venetian palace utilised as a hotel with a choice of rooms. We stayed in a junior Segrado suite, the room itself was decorated in traditional Venetian attire, and was well presented, comfortable bed and good cleanliness. Undoubtedly the highlight of the room though was the rooftop terrace accessed through stairs within the room, and provided views of the Grand Canal, and Venice by roof, absolutely wonderful. Only improvement for the room could be tea and coffee facilities, however you could always get hot water and cups from the restaurant/bar staff The hotel itself exudes Venetian character and wonderfully stately but yet unpretentious ambience. There are many communal rooms with fantastic decorative pieces aligning the ceilings and walls. The breakfast was good, and the waiters were all very helpful. The staff were of an exceptionally high calibre, very welcoming, no request too much, a special mention to Michael the night porter/front desk gentlemen who helped provide concierge services to us, recommended and booked some of our dinners for us as well as made recommendations on where to go during the day, a real shining star of the Ca’Sagredo team. Positioned on the grand Canal and almost centrally in Venice it is well situated for exploring the landmarks, side streets and reaching the public transport for exploring over islands. Overall a 5* rated experience, we would definitely stay again.

Post-Venetian style at its best. Das Erlebnis beginnt bei der Ankunft am hoteleigenen Anleger am Canale Grande in Sichtweite der Rialto-Brücke. Sensationeller Aufgang zur Rezeption. Unser Zimmer des Typs „GRAND CANAL“ (Nr. 51) war sehr groß, voller origineller Designmöbel - und hatte eine phantastische Aussicht. Herrliche Terrasse direkt am Canale Grande. Restaurant mit sehr kreativer Küche, überaus coole Bar.

Lassen Sie uns über Verbesserungen sprechen: Das Hotel stellte in der ersten Nacht kostenloses Wasser zur Verfügung, in der zweiten und dritten Nacht jedoch nicht. Ich dachte unbewusst, dass das Reinigungspersonal vergessen hatte, es zu platzieren, und bestellte den Zimmerservice, um das Wasser zu bringen. Oh, erbrechen Sie Blut. . . . . In der Tat können sie daran erinnern, dass es eine Gebühr gibt. . . Ich habe uns diese Details beim Einchecken nicht mitgeteilt. . . Das Frühstück ist so lala, nur einige einfache Croissants, quadratische Brotscheiben, Kekse, Fruchtgetränke und dergleichen, warmes Essen erfordert Ordnung. Es dauert zwanzig Minuten, um zum Markusplatz zu gelangen. Ich habe nicht gelernt, wie man mit dem Wasserbus fährt. Es ist nicht bequem, ältere Menschen und Kinder zu kaufen oder mitzunehmen, wenn ich gehe. Menschen mit guten Beinen und Füßen sind frei. Wie auch immer, mein Bein ist gebrochen. . .

Good bathrooms with modern fittings; very good breakfast in small restaurant through the main hotel lobby. Pleasant staff. Great location, near Vaporetto stops S Marcuolo and Ca' D'oro; about 10 minute walk to Fondamenta Nove. Lots of nice restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Lovely area for getting down quiet side streets and wandering around away from the crowds. Only downside was that double rooms were small, especially 506 which would have been better with a single bed, plus lack of drawers/shelf space though both rooms had a wardrobe.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and gave useful advise on getting around and arranging private water taxis. The breakfast had a large selection every morning and was served in beautiful surroundings. The room was a junior suite but was spacious and cleaned daily and had lovely character to it. Spending a week in the hotel did not disappoint one bit.

We have just returned from a 2-night stay at this lovely hotel. It is well positioned for all the sights and there is a public water taxi stop next to the front of the hotel. The staff make all the difference. Valentino and another young man, whose name I didn’t get, were on reception for the 2 nights we were there. They didn’t stay behind the desk but came out and circulated and were engaging with all the customers, genuinely interested in what everyone had been doing. As front of house, they were outstanding. We had a side canal view. We paid a premium and being only 5’2” if I leant out, with my husband holding my ankles, I could see the Grand Canal. Not sure I would go for this option again. The room itself was small but very comfortable. We both slept very well. The only ****** was breakfast. I would like this to be self-service. On entering the breakfast room, we were advised that we had to have table service we were automatically given some bread rolls and croissants on the table. I like to have a look and then choose my own size portions, normally small. I observed that several people seemed to want to do self-service, but this wasn’t an option. A lot of rolls and croissants weren’t used as not everyone wanted them and I assume went to the bin. Also I just like to be left to do my own thing at breakfast. Table service for tea and coffee would be good. Unfortunately, this is something that would put me off using the hotel again. The only other small issue for me is the individual shampoo etc in the bathroom. I much prefer refillable dispensers which create far less plastic waste.

Alomost perfect but “Check in Guide” As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests. Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room. The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel. BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good. Hope our information can help you~

Ein absolut perfekter Ort für Ihren Besuch in Venedig! Sekunden vom #1 Vaporetto für den Grand Canal und 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Simone ist ein freundlicher und gedankenvoller Gastgeber und macht den Aufenthalt wunderbar, mit seinen lokalen Vorschlägen und Reaktion auf Fragen und Bedürfnisse. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig mit allen Einrichtungen und der Hof ist eine wunderschöne Oase, um Ihren Tag zu beginnen und zu beenden.
