Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Personal war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. WiFi funktionierte nicht, aber das Zimmer sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und hatte einen sehr schönen Charme.

Diese Eigenschaft ist eine schrullige und lustige Erfahrung. Wir haben unser Zimmer genossen und das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Unser Besuch war Ende November und unsere einzige Beschwerde war, dass das Badezimmer unbeheizt und eiskalt war. Wir waren uns sicher, dass es im Sommer recht angenehm werden würde.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut für Venedig, aber es gab mehrere Faktoren, die diesen Aufenthalt schlecht gemacht haben. Das Hotelzimmer war modernisiert worden, aber die Updates waren kosmetischer Natur. Zu den Hauptproblemen gehörte die Klimaanlage, die das Zimmer nicht kühlte (das Zimmer war heiß und machte das Schlafen fast unmöglich) und das heiße Wasser in der Dusche funktionierte zeitweise nicht. Außerdem war das Frühstück das schlechteste, das wir in zehn Tagen in Italien hatten! Wollte dieses Hotel mögen, aber es war sehr enttäuschend.

Staff were awesome. They provided clear instructions on how to get to the property and accessing the property after hours. They offered to help with our luggage on the stairs. Property was clean and met our expectations. For the price we paid, this was a great stay. The terrace was great, they let us hang out of the terrace after check out as we had a couple hours to kill before our train.

Location is a 3-minute walk from Saint Mark's square. It is a 5 minute walk from where the ferry drops you off in Rialto to the hotel. So it is close to all great thing's in Venice. Room was comfy bathroom was spacious but bed was rock hard. If they were to add some memory foam tops to the beds it would have made a massive difference. They have a beautiful little terrace view of all of Venice you can enjoy your coffee from. The staff was really great at communication on how to get from the train station to which ferry to take and we're available through what's app the whole time. If you're checking is going to be after 2:00 p.m. though make sure you do contact them because they won't be there after two for check-ins. They were very upfront about all of this when we contacted them with our check-in arrival time so they let us know step by step what is going to happen and what to do when we arrive. The only disappointing part I can honestly say that stuck out was the fact the room was all the way up on the fourth floor and there is no elevators at all or lifts for luggage. So when they say pack light it is no joke! Pack light! But overall I would stay here again.

The room was great, nothing to say, but we were unlucky with the shared bathroom experience as the other couple vomited and didn't bother to try to clean but we called the hotel and when we returned it was all cleaned so that what mattered the most. Entrance of the hotel not an indication of the outside.

1-Problem with the door code to get in. No receptionist to help. There were 4 other guests that also could not go in. Door was jammed. 2- overall the photos from expidia are from a decade ago the entrance looks like you might get robbed when going in does not look safe at all 3- expidia listed this as a 3 star hotel it looks more like and hostel and not a hotel or pension. 4- ac in the lobby was off we turned it on and some guy came put turned it off and put a sign that said do not touch. 5- place was bad condition shower with mold and really small the room and hot. We would have come out of there sick (asthmatic) 6-customer service the worst, the lady that whatsap me the info for the check in nasty attitude and saying i was exagerating i have pictures and they dont look like a war happend compare to the ones on expidia

Perfect spot in a quiet place just round the corner from Piazza San Marco. Spacious room (N23, floor 4) with lovely views over the town. Lord Byron apparently rented some rooms there as well.. Further rooms and reception on floor 3. Reception is manned 8-14.00 that is very convenient. A common space to make tea/coffee with a terrace on floor 4 as well (despite the number of table hardly saw anybody there). Tea facilities in the room as well. Overall feels like a cosy home.
