Hotel Haifa

Every review here regarding rude and arrogant owner behavior is true.To all, Better book some other hotel. 1.I booked master executive double room, and they allocated a different small room for my family. When i asked about it, they refused to change.pic of small room is attached 2. Children requires hot water for bath. There is no hot water coming in the bathroom.I constantly complaints for 2 days and guess,no hot water was provided. Rudely owner says we have boiler and solar water heater but hot water not needed for bath. Owner lied ***y times. 3. Reception room services not responsive ***y calls were not attended. 4. Such rude and toxic people running the hotel. We paid for the service and unfortunately we didnt get service. Only positive staff is pappu bhai, cleaning staff.

Haifa at Assi ghat is a highly recommended accommodation for stay at Varanasi. The efficiency with which the hotel runs is value for money. Very high standard of hygiene, quick response by the reception & unlimited supply of RO filtered water makes the hotel a worthwhile stay. It’s 100 mtrs fromAssi ghat.

Best place to stay around Assi ghat and around.staff and ***agement fantastic 👌. Food was amazing aswell .stayed for 2 months and whole experience was so great. Very close to ghats,durga kund,Tulsi ***as,sankat mochan. My main purpose was to stay close to Tulsi ghat where Tulsi ji lived and wrote Ram charita ***as and want to feel that vibe and surrender myself for 41 days bathing in maa ganga every morning and evening. We stayed for 2 weeks. Sometimes the geyser and heater would be off but the staff was very nice and quick to help and always fixed the issue within 15 minutes. The food was good and it was close to the ghats and the university which was really nice for us!

Hotel was good and stay was also good location is on road 80 ghat. staff are helping nature. Rooms are neat and clean and spacius. Resturent available in hotel foods are so delicious Overall I highly recommended to enjoy there services.

The hotel had the most attentive, accommodating, friendly, and overall wonderful staff! The hotel rooms were also well prepared and comfortable! I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who is visiting Varanasi :))

Great, friendly service. If you need help with anything, the staff is always ready to help. They provided heaters, toilet paper, and towels whenever we asked (which was often). Amazing and a wide variety of food at good prices. The rooms were clean. Close to Ghats and Ganga. Near ***y cafes. Great food stalls and shops nearby.

Hotel Haifa varanasi gives wonderful value for money. Excellent and experienced cook. I strongly recommend this place. Very good for foreign travellers as well. Good service, ACs all working and clean rooms.
