Casa Clarita

El hotel muy cuqui...detalles de decoracion muy bonitos. La habitacion muy amplia con todo lo necesario. Cama y almohadas super comodas. Limpieza en general bien. Al ser un hotel pequeño ,con una ubicacion inmejorable, la recepcion por la noche no existe. Te explican como pasar con la llave. Bien pues hay un gran fallo porque ya no que no haya nadie,es que si te falla la llave para entrar o salta la alarma,como fue nuestro caso,no hay nadie localizable. Ningun telefono para que te atiendan ante cualquier eventualidad. Salto la alarma y todos los huespedes bajamos a recepcion; rebuscamos en los papeles que veiamos y al final localizamos un telefono que vivia fuera de Valencia y que es un trabajador externo. La compañia de la alarma ni idea de quien era...en fin...un verdadero lio.Parece ser q el telefono de Casa Clarita esta conectado con recepcion de otro hotel,segun este trabajador,pero no respondia nadie tampoco en ese hotel. Tras una hora y media ( de 00.00 a 01.30 h) aparecio el trabajador externo( que no estaba de guardia ni nada) a desconectar alarma.. El hecho en si es anecdotico pero DEBERIAN TENER SIEMPRE,IMPRESCINDIBLE,TELEFONOS DE CONTACTO,PARA ESAS HORAS DE AUSENCIA DE RECEPCIONISTAS. Esta vez no paso nada pero podia haber sido algo mas grave.

Buena ubicación , hotel muy nuevo , excelente limpieza pero pésimo desayuno y mala atención por parte del personal de recepción . Hay hoteles mucho mejores que este por lo que pagamos . El desayuno cutre no lo siguiente ; se veía a los empleados yendo a comprar lo que faltaba!!! Mamma mia

Hotel position very good and well appointed.Had large bedroom good bathroom on second floor but no street view just overlooking bins.Breakfast adequate but three day stay spoilt by, on arrival, being asked to make full payment there and then with no compromise.

I loved staying at Casa Clarita! The staff really made me feel at home. Spotlessly clean rooms, very comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, convenient to Metro and easy walking distance to so many places. I highly recommend Casa Clarita to everyone!

10 of us stayed across the marathon weekend. Excellent hotel, beautiful design and excellent facilities and location in the heart of the old city was perfect. Vitoria and Charlie were super helpful before and during our visit. Breakfast was excellent as well. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Our stay at Casa Clarita was exceptional, providing us with the best experience. The staff was remarkably attentive, ensuring a smooth and fast check-in and check-out process. A thoughtful touch was the assortment of snacks and a welcoming note left in our room. Conveniently located just 3 minutes from the Cathedral of Valencia and the Micelete, this hotel is a top recommendation.

Everything was perfect! Decoration, staff, comfort. I didn't want to leave.

Immaculate little hotel just off the Placa de la Reina. Ideally placed for visiting the main sights in the city on foot, with Cathedral just off the square, the Market a short walk through the myriad of small streets. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants close by, and of course a huge range across the city centre. Our room was really very nice, and the whole hotel was I think newly finished. Reception staff were very helpful with everything.

Loved this place. Adorable small hotel. Offered a big walk in shower, plush towels, robes and slippers. Great location off a main square. Easy walk to Hop on hop off bus location, front desk marked it on the map for us. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately on the morning we left no one was in yet to call a taxi but it was easy to catch a cab at the square.
