발디비아에 가게 된다면 꼭 묵어야 할 호텔.. 하루 밤이라도 꼭 숙박해 보기 바람!! 스카이바에서의 풍경이 너무 아름다움;)

Nice views and large room, no heating system, poor quality of room lock, lousy food in the room service, no gym working... would not recommend Seems like they try to build something nice but they do not know how to manage based on all the non working features

It was very quiet which is what I needed every one was very courteous and professional and very respectful polite and prompt to help with anything I needed breakfast was good quality the food at the restaurant was incredibly delicious the staff was really good

A very well located place, excellent rooms, very good air conditioning and very busy staff in the passenger. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast service is of very high quality. Unfortunately I could not use the heated pool due to lack of time

Great place to stay! Great location and amenities! The room I stayed was nice and clean. Restaurant on the top floor has great selection for the breakfast buffet and amazing view. The only one thing I would not recommend is their pool - the water was not very clean.

Excellent staff, with atentive service. Great room with an amazing view of Valdivia river and the city. The breakfast in SkyBar at 12th floor has very good quality, also this venue is great for sunset. The best option in Valdivia!

Big beautiful bedroom, great entertainment, nice and delicious dishes... all in only one place! Swimming pool is amazing, well equipped gym, services at room were appropriated. Central and expeditious location! I will back!

Excellent experience. I have stayed multiple times at this hotel on my travels to Valdivia. The accommodations are always top notch. Their breakfast buffet is always delicious. Despite COVID restrictions, I did not feel any limitations. The staff was courteous and attentive. Looking forward to my next stay.

By all means request a river view room. You can sit out on the large terrace and enjoy a wonderful panoramic scene. The hotel is within easy walking distanc of the boat piers where you can book a trip to the old forts in Mancera and Corral. The Marques de Mancera is highly recommended. The food was excellent as was the service. A roomm like this one in the Us or Europe would cost three times more.
