Die Villen by Tekoa sind oberhalb der Dominikalitobeach gelegen mit einer traumhaften Sicht auf den Pazifik. Es sind mehrere Räume mit Duschen und Toiletten, und es hat auch eine gut eingerichtete Küche, Internet, Netflix, AC, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Areal wird 24h von einem Wachmann bewacht. Die Räume sind sauber und gepflegt und sie befinden sich inmitten einer typischen, costarikanischen Gartenlandschaft. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in unserer kleinen Villa und wir werden diese Adresse gerne wieder buchen. The Villas by Tekoa are located above Dominikalitobeach with a fantastic view of the Pacific. There are several rooms with showers and toilets, and it also has a well-equipped kitchen, internet, Netflix, AC, washing machine and dryer. The area is guarded 24 hours a day by a security guard. The rooms are clean and well maintained and they are located in the middle of a typical Costa Rican garden landscape. We had a wonderful time in our little villa and we will happily book this address again. Las Villas by Tekoa están ubicadas sobre la playa de Dominikalito con una vista fantástica del Pacífico. Hay varias habitaciones con duchas y baños, y también tiene una cocina bien equipada, internet, Netflix, aire acondicionado, lavadora y secadora. La zona está vigilada las 24 horas por un guardia de seguridad. Las habitaciones están limpias y bien mantenidas y están ubicadas en medio de un paisaje típico de jardín costarricense. Pasamos un tiempo maravilloso en nuestra pequeña villa y con gusto volveremos a reservar esta dirección.

1) wrong address listed. Took me 20 minutes to figure out that the correct address was listed only in the email. Email wasn’t clear that google maps and Apple Maps was wrong.
2) no communication with the property as we were figuring out the address in the dark
3) villa booked wasn’t provided to us as their was no power in the villa which was initially booked
4) no internet provided during our stay.
5) had to figure out the water supply issue on one of the days of our stay
6) I have been trying to reach the property for refund but the property manager has been ignoring all my texts very conveniently
7) in all there is nothing that I can do

This merchant has provided a horrible service. First of all, the policy in *********** and in the merchant's web site says I will not be charged until few days before the start of reservation which in my case was in July 2023. However, I was charged the full amount at the time of making the reservation. I made reservation in March, cancelled in April 4 and as of May 15 I have not received the refund. The policy clearly stated no penalties at all for cancellations until near reservation time. I contacted merchant by phone to no avail. Was told to deal with booking since I made reservation there. Merchant's agent was very dismissive and completely of no help. I disputed the charge in my Amex and later merchant sent documentation that refund has been submitted (and paid) to bank of costa rica account! I do not even have a single account in Costa Rica. I never gave them any other information except for my Amex account #. It is ridiculous the lack of attention and disregard this merchant has shown.

These people took our money pre-Covid, and provided no services. No refund provided. Ignacio wasn’t responsive and when he finally did respond then offered to allow us to pay them again. Seriously!!?? Do yourself a favor and find another property — it looks beautiful, but these people aren’t very nice or very professional.

Super nice place in a gated community. The pictures didn't do it justice. We had a group of four so it was perfect. Lower level had a laundry room and 2 equal sized bedrooms with bathrooms inside. Each room also had a private patio with amazing views. Upstairs had a 3rd bathroom, full kitchen, dining room, living room. The outdoor covered patio wrapped around the side of the house and has even better views. We sat out there for hours at a time.
