Erstaunlicher Ort in Urubaba! Ich habe hier zwei Nächte gelebt und würde nichts mehr wünschen. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel mit großem Bett, hohen Decken, heißen Duschen und zwei Heathers. Frühstück war super klümpig und Abendessen war noch besser ! Es wird sehr empfohlen, hier zu bleiben, wenn Sie durch den Sacred Valley reisen (Pisac hat nicht schöne Hotels wie diese und ist nur 30 Minuten entfernt)

The hotel was dated and although the rooms were clean, they needs some repairs and refurbishment. There was no kettle in the room. The location is rural and there is very little around the place. Though this could be advantageous as it is quiet. The grounds are lovely. The main asset of the hotel is its staff e.g. Orlando Mattey in the dining room was helpful, patient, knowledgeable and very good.

Also meiner Meinung nach hat ein Individualtourist hier nichts verloren. Eine Riesenanlage ohne Charme. Warum das Haus fünf Sterne erhalten hat erschließt sich mir nicht. Das Buchen über *********** war schnell gemacht. Ein Kontakt zum Hotel ließ sich nicht herstellen. Über booking bekam man keine Antwort. Auch auf emails nicht. Wir mussten uns am Bahnhof durchfragen und sind dann mit einem Taxi in eine total abgelegene Gegend gebracht worden. Hier ist weiter nichts. Die hohen Berge erlauben nur eingeschränkte Sonnenstunden. Viele lieben jedoch den Blick auf die Berge. Auch keine Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Hauseigene hat absolut keinen Charme, hat hohe Decken und ist sehr kalt. Die Speisekarte ist langweilig und hochpreisig. Wir haben uns dann an die Bar gesetzt und Snacks bestellt. Mein Hühnchen war paniert und völlig geschmacklos. Die Barfrau sehr höflich und freundlich. Trotzdem, jemand, der Essen und Trinken mag, ist hier definitiv falsch. Das Frühstück ist gut, Kaffee ist allerdings schwer zu bekommen. Entweder man nimmt den aus einer Wärmekanne, der ist allerdings nur lauwarm. Oder man benutzt den einzigen Automaten, für ein Hotel mit ungefähr 200 Zimmern. Anstatt weitere Automaten aufzustellen, wird man per Schild gebeten, weniger frequentierte Zeiten zu wählen. Aus dem Automaten kommt etwa alle 60 Sekunden ein Kaffee raus, daher sind die Schlangen lang. Bei uns war der Automat auch noch ständig defekt. Ganz schlecht organisiert. Das Zimmer war groß, die Matratzen sehr gut. Das Bad jedoch renovierungsbedürftig, Fugen rausgebrochen und die Duschtür schließt nicht richtig, sodass die Fußmatte vor der Dusche klatschnass wird. Man soll kein Papier in die Toilette werfen, für so ein großes fünf Sterne Hotel peinlich. Eine Pumpenanlage löst das in anderen Häusern. Das Hotel ist quasi auf der grünen Wiese und nicht mitten in der Stadt. In unserem Preis von 175,- USD war nur Frühstück inclusive, Wellness und Spa nur gegen sehr teures Geld. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter allesamt sehr freundlich mit Spaß und lächelnd bei ihrer Arbeit. Jeden Tag um 8.00 Uhr, 12.00 Uhr und 16.00 Uhr werden vier junge Alpakas von Kindern der Gäste gefüttert. Sehr charmant anzusehen.

Hotel Luz Garden was great! The staff treated us like family and were very nice! They came by each night to see what time we wanted breakfast and even let us stay in our room a little later so we didn't have to set around town waiting for or train. I will definitely stay here again.

This was our first visit to the hotel. We reserved the suite. Photos on line gave us the impression it would be a bit larger. The issues and impressions we had are listed below, in no particular order. 1. The portable A/C unit was not functional. After calling the front desk, they ended up replacing the unit with a working unit from another room. 2. There was no coffee in the room. After calling the front desk, they brought up some coffee. 3. The coffee maker was unplugged. This required pulling out the mini-refrigerator to access the plug. 4. The bathroom was very nice and looked recently remodeled. However, use a lot of caution in the shower as its very slippery and there is nothing to grab on to. 5. Bathroom amenities are limited to shampoo, so bring anything else needed. 6. There was a small patio and the door to the patio is not lockable, though it appears there is no reasonable access to the patio, the door could have been installed with a simple deadbolt latch for peace of mind. 7. The buffet was ok. However, choices were a bit limited. 6. The safe keypad in the room did not work. After contacting the front desk, they brought us a key to operate the safe manually. 7. There is no restaurant or bar at this facility, just the morning buffet. 8. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! Summary: Service from staff rated at 4.5 stars; hotel and amenities rated at 3.0.

Let me start I was skeptical while booking but when I reached here my stay was fantastic. Location: it is a wonderful location directly on the river and 4 minutes walk from railway station and bus as well as all the restaurants. Service: Christian and Judith provided the best possible service. Breakfast was the best. Free Wifi Internet was good Allowed to keep our luggage after checkout free of charge Overall I would love to stay again here!

Großes Personal! Wir haben hier zweimal mit Gruppen von Freunden geblieben. Das Personal ist immer sehr hilfreich und freundlich und freundlich. Die Lage in Machu Picchu ist großartig und viele der Zimmer haben große Aussichten auf die Berge. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel und das Hoteldekor ist schön. Sie haben auch ein sehr schönes Frühstückszimmer/Bar und das Essen, das wir hatten (nur Frühstücksbuffet) war auch gut. Wir werden sicher hier wieder bleiben.
