I took a chance on this hotel off the reviews and booked a Jacuzzi room. The front desk ladies were very friendly during check in and check out. The first red flag was a sign at the front desk that they will refund $10 if you leave a 10/10 review for them. My room seemed fine at first glance, aside from the Jacuzzi and bathroom only separated from the main room by a shower curtain. (There is no privacy in this room with the toilet - so glad I was alone.) I first noticed the shower curtain was torn in several places. The coffee maker had also not been cleaned. That made me start checking out the room. Here is what I found: *The toilet was actual urine all over the rim under the seat. *The counter hadn't been wiped off. *All of the mirrors were actually dusty and had fingerprints and grime on them. *The desk/nightstand/coffee table surfaces were dusty and had a single swipe mark from a dirty towel. They all had actual ”chunks” of stuff stuck to them in various places. *The floor hadn't been swept and had lint and debris all over with lots of dust and dirt around the edges. *The top bed cover was stained and the comforter had stains on it. There is built up dust on the lights, bathroom lights, tops of mirrors and other areas that catch dust, as well as on the furniture. Unfortunately, I got there late and the room was very dim (some of the bathroom light bulbs were even burned out.) It was obvious that switching rooms wouldn't matter because housekeeping obviously just doesn't clean. I ended up cleaning the toilet and counters myself and hoped for the best. It wasn't until morning when I opened the curtains that I could see the reality of how dirty the room was. All of the other reviews on the hotel website about the odd maze hallways, security door that doesn't shut, and the odd curtains that seem to not close are all accurate, too. Choice Hotels gave me points for a free stay when I called them over this. I appreciated that and hope that they follow up with this particular hotel.

Unsere Verbindungszimmer waren im 2. Stock. Wir hatten Standards mit zwei Königinnen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und modern. Es gibt wenige Lichtschalter auf der Möbel, die Lichter über dem Schrank oder Kopftafel aktivieren. So viel schöner als harte Lampen, die Raum nehmen. Die Betten waren super komfortabel mit einer Vielzahl von Kissen. Das Bett war auch sehr komfortabel. Zusätzlich gab es eine Mikrowelle, K-Tasse Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Das Badezimmer bestand aus einem Dusch, WC und Glas. Es gab Standardprobengröße Seife und Make-up-Wäsche. Im Dusch waren Pumpen für Duschegel, Shampoo und Klimaanlage. Die Lichter im Badezimmer waren aber seltsam. Es gibt zwei Schalter. Eine für das Überhobenlicht. Die andere ist für das Spiegellicht und Fan. Da der Fan Teil des Überhobens ist, bin ich überrascht, dass der Fan an den Spiegellichtschalter angeschlossen war. Frühstück war Standard Holiday Inn Express Preis. Es gab die Pancake-Maschine und Cinnamon Rollen. Im Kühlschrank sind Yoghurt, hart gekochte Eier, und Kartons von Milch. Weitere ist das Brotbereich, das eine Vielzahl von Brot und Gewürze hatte. Das heiße Essen bestand aus Eiweiß-Omeletten, Truthühner-Sauce, Käse-Omeletten, Kuchen und Sauce Gray. Es gab auch eine Oatmealstation, Getreide und ganzes Obst. Neben Kaffee gab es eine Saftmaschine. Ich bin überrascht und enttäuscht, dass dieses Hotel keine Eiswasserdispenser im Kaffeestation hatte. Viele Hotelketten umfassen einen Eiswasserdispenser in ihren Kaffeestationen in oder in der Nähe der Lobby. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr guten Aufenthalt und würden sicherlich wieder besuchen.
